Developing suitable photocatalysts and understanding their intrinsic catalytic mechanism remain key challenges in the pursuit of highly active,good selective,and long-term stable photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction(PCO_(2)...Developing suitable photocatalysts and understanding their intrinsic catalytic mechanism remain key challenges in the pursuit of highly active,good selective,and long-term stable photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction(PCO_(2)R)systems.Herein,monoclinic Cu_(2)(OH)_(2)CO_(3)is firstly proven to be a new class of photocatalyst,which has excellent catalytic stability and selectivity for PCO_(2)R in the absence of any sacrificial agent and cocatalysts.Based on a Cu_(2)(OH)_(2)^(13)CO_(3)photocatalyst and 13CO_(2)two-sided^(13)C isotopic tracer strategy,and combined with in situ diffused reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(DRIFTS)analysis and density functional theory(DFT)calculations,two main CO_(2)transformation routes,and the photo-decomposition and self-restructuring dynamic equilibrium mechanism of Cu_(2)(OH)_(2)CO_(3)are definitely revealed.The PCO_(2)R activity of Cu_(2)(OH)_(2)CO_(3)is comparable to some of state-of-the-art novel photocatalysts.Significantly,the PCO_(2)R properties can be further greatly enhanced by simply combining Cu_(2)(OH)_(2)CO_(3)with typical TiO_(2)to construct composites photocatalyst.The highest CO_(2)and CH_(4)production rates by 7.5 wt%Cu_(2)(OH)_(2)CO_(3)-TiO_(2)reach 16.4μmol g^(-1)h^(-1)and 116.0μmol g^(-1)h^(-1),respectively,which are even higher than that of some of PCO_(2)R systems containing sacrificial agents or precious metals modified photocatalysts.This work provides a better understanding for the PCO_(2)R mechanism at the atomic levels,and also indicates that basic carbonate photocatalysts have broad application potential in the future.展开更多
目的:探讨含重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor,rhbFGF)和重组人骨形态发生蛋白-2(recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2,rhBMP-2)骨水泥在骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折(osteopor...目的:探讨含重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor,rhbFGF)和重组人骨形态发生蛋白-2(recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2,rhBMP-2)骨水泥在骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折(osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,OVCF)患者经皮椎体后凸成形术(percutaneous kyphoplasty,PKP)治疗的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2021年1月收治的103例行PKP手术治疗的OVCF患者,男40例,女63例;年龄61~78(65.72±3.29)岁。受伤原因:滑倒33例,跌倒42例,提重物受伤28例。根据填充骨水泥不同分为3组:磷酸钙组34例,男14例,女20例,年龄(65.1±3.3)岁,填充磷酸钙骨水泥;rhBMP-2组34例,男12例,女22例,年龄(64.8±3.2)岁,填充含rhBMP-2的骨水泥;rhbFGF+rhBMP-2组35例,男14例,女21例,年龄(65.1±3.6)岁,填充含rhbFGF和rhBMP-2的骨水泥。比较3组Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry dysfunction index,ODI)、骨密度、椎体前缘丢失高度、伤椎前缘压缩率、疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual simulation score,VAS)及再骨折发生率。结果:所有患者获得12个月随访。3组术后ODI、VAS呈下降(P<0.001),骨密度增高(P<0.001),椎体前缘丢失高度、伤椎前缘压缩率呈先下降后缓慢上升趋势(P<0.001),rhbFGF+rhBMP-2组术后第1、6、12个月ODI、VAS均低于rhBMP-2组和磷酸钙组(P<0.05),术后第6、12个月骨密度大于rhBMP-2组和磷酸钙组(P<0.05)。rhbFGF+rhBMP-2组术后第6、12个月椎体前缘丢失高度、伤椎前缘压缩率均低于rhBMP-2组和磷酸钙组(P<0.05)。3组再骨折发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:含rhbFGF和rhBMP-2骨水泥可更有效地增加OVCF患者骨密度,获得术后满意的临床和放射学效果,显著改善临床症状。展开更多
Both global warming and influenza trouble humans in varying ways, therefore it is important to study the trends in both global warming and evolution of influenza A virus, in particular, proteins from influenza A virus...Both global warming and influenza trouble humans in varying ways, therefore it is important to study the trends in both global warming and evolution of influenza A virus, in particular, proteins from influenza A virus. Recently, we have conducted two studies along this line to determine the trends between global warming and polymerase acidic protein as well as matrix protein 2. Although these two studies reveal some interesting findings, many studies are still in need because at least there are ten different proteins in influenza A virus. In this study, we analyze the trends in global warming and evolution of polymerase basic protein 2 (PB2) from influenza A virus. The PB2 evolution from 1956 to 2008 was defined using the unpredictable portion of aminoacid pair. Then the trend in this evolution was compared with the trend in the global temperature, the temperature in north and south hemispheres, and the temperature in influenza A virus sampling site and species carrying influenza A virus. The results show the similar trends in global warming and in PB2 evolution, which are in good agreement with our previous studies in polymerase acidic protein and matrix protein 2 from influenza A virus.展开更多
Ni-Al hydrotalcite derived catalyst (Ni-Al2O3-HT) exhibited a narrow Ni particle-size distribution with an average particle size of 4.0 nm. Methanation of CO2 over this catalyst initiated at 225℃ and reached 82.5% ...Ni-Al hydrotalcite derived catalyst (Ni-Al2O3-HT) exhibited a narrow Ni particle-size distribution with an average particle size of 4.0 nm. Methanation of CO2 over this catalyst initiated at 225℃ and reached 82.5% CO2 conversion with 99.5% CH4 selectivity at 350℃, which was much better than its impregnated counterpart. Characterizations by means of CO2 microcalorimetry and 27 Al NMR indicated that large amount of strong basic sites existed on Ni-Al2O3-HT, originated from the formation of Ni-O-Al structure. The existence of strong basic sites facilitated the activation of CO2 and consequently promoted the activity. The combination of highly dispersed Ni with strong basic support led to its unique and high efficiency for this reaction. Keywords展开更多
