The presence of endogenous neural stem/progenitor cells in the adult mammalian brain suggests that the central nervous system can be repaired and regenerated after injury.However,whether it is possible to stimulate neurogenesis and reconstruct cortical layers II to VI in non-neurogenic regions,such as the cortex,remains unknown.In this study,we implanted a hyaluronic acid collagen gel loaded with basic fibroblast growth factor into the motor cortex immediately following traumatic injury.Our findings reveal that this gel effectively stimulated the proliferation and migration of endogenous neural stem/progenitor cells,as well as their differentiation into mature and functionally integrated neurons.Importantly,these new neurons reconstructed the architecture of cortical layers II to VI,integrated into the existing neural circuitry,and ultimately led to improved brain function.These findings offer novel insight into potential clinical treatments for traumatic cerebral cortex injuries. 展开更多

At the present time,new state compulsory standards for school education,standard curricula,and curricula have been developed.The programs of higher and postgraduate education do not take into account changes in educational curricula of secondary education.The future specialists of pedagogical universities are teachers of the school.Therefore,graduates of universities on pedagogical specialties,including scientific direction,should be profoundly aware of the content of subjects studied in secondary education.It is very important to understand the need to ensure the continuity of educational curricula of higher pedagogical and general secondary education in conditions of updating the content of education.The relevance of the research topic is due to the lack of continuity in the educational programs of higher pedagogical and general secondary education in conditions of updating the content of education;discrepancy of professional competences of young pedagogical staff,graduates of higher educational institutions,to the conditions of the updated content of school education;the lack of fundamental and applied research to date,considering the theoretical and methodological foundations for ensuring the continuity of natural science education in the“school-university”system in the context of updating the content of education;the need for the research in the context of the implementation of the State Program for the Development of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2016-2019,which indicates an increase in the prestige of the profession of teachers and an increase in their quality.These theoretical and methodological bases for ensuring the continuity of educational programs of higher pedagogical and secondary education in conditions of updating the content of education will make it possible to introduce changes in the educational curricula of higher and postgraduate education for the training of pedagogical personnel. 展开更多

滇西吉义独蛇绿混杂岩位于金沙江缝合带的南端,岩石组合出露较齐全,包括堆晶橄榄岩、堆晶辉石岩、堆晶辉长岩以及玄武岩等,它们呈构造岩片的形式产出并与外来岩块组成蛇绿混杂岩。堆晶橄榄岩和辉石岩具低Al_2O_3,低TiO_2,而高Mg~#值(Mg~... 滇西吉义独蛇绿混杂岩位于金沙江缝合带的南端,岩石组合出露较齐全,包括堆晶橄榄岩、堆晶辉石岩、堆晶辉长岩以及玄武岩等,它们呈构造岩片的形式产出并与外来岩块组成蛇绿混杂岩。堆晶橄榄岩和辉石岩具低Al_2O_3,低TiO_2,而高Mg~#值(Mg~#=0.88~0.92),富集Cr和Ni,稀土总量偏低(∑REE=14.82×10^(-6)~27.75×10^(-6)),倒"U"型的稀土元素分布特征。堆晶辉长岩和玄武岩的Mg~#值较低,分别为0.70~0.79和0.51~0.66,具拉斑系列的演化趋势。玄武岩可以细分为2组:第一组玄武岩以平坦型稀土配分模式,低Mg~#(Mg~#=0.44~0.46),低稀土总量(∑REE=52.29×10^(-6)~60.26×10^(-6))为特征;第二组玄武岩则为LREE弱富集型的稀土配分模式,其Mg~#较高(Mg~#=0.54~0.68),稀土总量也较高(ΣREE=62.13×10^(-6)~101.87×10^(-6))。在原始地幔标准化的微量元素配分图解中,两组玄武岩均相对富集大离子亲石元素而亏损Nb、Ta和Ti,与岛弧岩浆岩类似,明显不同于N-MORB。岩石的Sr-Nd同位素组成较为均一和稳定,堆晶橄榄岩和辉石岩的(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr);=0.7051~0.7056,ε_(Nd)(t)=2.8~4.1,玄武岩的(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr)_i=0.7050~0.7056,ε_(Nd)(t)=5.1~5.8,且显示出原始地幔的同位素组成特征,暗示这些岩石为同源岩浆分异演化而成的岩浆产物。岩浆演化的主要方式为分离结晶作用,受地壳混染不明显。岩浆结晶形成岩石的顺序为:堆晶橄榄岩→堆晶辉石岩→堆晶辉长岩→玄武岩2组→玄武岩1组。岩石地球化学特征表明,吉义独蛇绿岩的形成与俯冲作用有关,且形成于金沙江洋内俯冲的消减环境。 展开更多

Sample investigation and evaluation of the water quality in aquaculture ponds around the basic farmland protection areas in Foshan city

To investigate the water quality of sampling in aquaculture ponds around the basic farmland protection areas in the five districts of Foshan city, and use the environmental pollution index to evaluate the condition of water quality. The results indicated that water temperature and pH of aquaculture ponds cound meet the requirements of fish normal growth,and dissolved oxygen was rich, but the water quality was over fertilized generally. In 20 investigation spots of the five districts, the content of CODCr, NH4^+-N and TP exceeded 90%, 30% and 85% respectively. The pollution degrees of the water quality from high to low in aquaculture ponds were Chancheng district,Nanhai district, Sanshui district, Shunde district, Gaoming district. The comprehensive quality index of aquaculture ponds was 1.44 in Foshan city, the water quality was polluted severly as a whole. The share rate of pollution load of TP was the highest, the second were CODCr and NH4^+-N. On the whole, the pollution of organic matter was very prominent in the water quality of aquaculture ponds around the basic farmland protection areas in Foshan city that had been eutrophicated. 展开更多

The zeroth law is represented by some parameters () that specify respective quantum states. The... We propose a representation of the basic laws, namely the zeroth, first, second and third law, in quantum thermodynamics. The zeroth law is represented by some parameters () that specify respective quantum states. The parameters are the elements of thermodynamic state space. The introduction of such parameters is based on a probabilistic nature of quantum theory. A quantum analog of the first law can be established by utilizing these parameters. The notion of heat in quantum systems is clarified from the probabilistic point of view in quantum theory. The representation of the second law can be naturally described in terms of these parameters introduced for the respective quantum systems. In obtaining the representation of quantum thermodynamics, consistency between quantum theory and classical thermodynamics should have been preserved throughout our formulation of quantum thermodynamics. After establishing the representation of the second law, the third law is discussed briefly. The relationship between thermodynamic temperatures and the parameters in is also discussed. 展开更多

目的:探讨外源性碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在伤口愈合过程中可能的愈合机制以及对瘢痕形成的影响。方法:选用成年健康新西兰兔24只,建立兔耳创面愈合模型96个,随机分为bFGF治疗组和磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)对照组,观察平均愈合时间、瘢痕... 目的:探讨外源性碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在伤口愈合过程中可能的愈合机制以及对瘢痕形成的影响。方法:选用成年健康新西兰兔24只,建立兔耳创面愈合模型96个,随机分为bFGF治疗组和磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)对照组,观察平均愈合时间、瘢痕体积、组织学变化及超微结构。结果:①bFGF组与对照组愈合时间分别为(18.4±1.6)d、(21.3±1.4)d,两组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。②bFGF组瘢痕体积明显小于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。③光镜观察,bFGF组在愈合期炎症反应、血管形成及成纤维细胞增殖更明显。在愈合后的瘢痕组织中,胶原纤维排列较规则。对照组炎症反应时间较长,胶原纤维较粗大,排列紊乱。④电镜下可见治疗组成纤维细胞胶原合成持续时间较短。肥大细胞与成纤维细胞紧密接触,调整愈合全过程。后期表皮与真皮间有部分基底膜重建;对照组成纤维细胞合成持续时间较长,未见有基底膜的重建。结论:在伤口愈合过程中,外源性bFGF通过对细胞的调控有效地发挥促愈合作用;同时,通过部分重建基底膜结构,改善瘢痕的形成。 展开更多

We have proposed a new mathematical method,the SEIHCRD model,which has an excellent potential to predict the incidence of COVID-19 diseases.Our proposed SEIHCRD model is an extension of the SEIR model.Three-compartments have added death,hospitalized,and critical,which improves the basic understanding of disease spread and results.We have studiedCOVID-19 cases of six countries,where the impact of this disease in the highest are Brazil,India,Italy,Spain,the United Kingdom,and the United States.After estimating model parameters based on available clinical data,the modelwill propagate and forecast dynamic evolution.Themodel calculates the Basic reproduction number over time using logistic regression and the Case fatality rate based on the selected countries’age-category scenario.Themodel calculates two types of Case fatality rate one is CFR daily,and the other is total CFR.The proposed model estimates the approximate time when the disease is at its peak and the approximate time when death cases rarely occur and calculate how much hospital beds and ICU beds will be needed in the peak days of infection.The SEIHCRD model outperforms the classic ARXmodel and the ARIMA model.RMSE,MAPE,andRsquaredmatrices are used to evaluate results and are graphically represented using Taylor and Target diagrams.The result shows RMSE has improved by 56%–74%,and MAPE has a 53%–89%improvement in prediction accuracy. 展开更多

Four blowing conditions are considered in the computer runs: top blowing, combined blowing using just a bottom centered nozzle, combined blowing using two bottom lateral nozzles, and full combined blowing using the three top and the three bottom nozzles. BACKGROUND Platelet-rich plasma(PRP) is an increasingly used biologic adjunct for muscle injuries, as it is thought to expedite healing. Despite its widespread use, little is known regarding the mechanisms by which PRP produces its efficacious effects in some patients.AIM To clarify the effects of PRP on muscular pathologies at the cellular and tissue levels by evaluating the basic science literature.METHODS A systematic review of PubMed/MEDLINE and EMBASE databases was performed using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and MetaAnalyses(PRISMA) guidelines and checklist. Level III in vivo and in vitro studies examining PRP effects on muscles, myocytes and/or myoblasts were eligible for inclusion. Extracted data included PRP preparation methods and study results.RESULTS Twenty-three studies were included(15 in vivo, 6 in vitro, 2 in vitro/in vivo). Only one reported a complete PRP cytology(platelets, and red and white blood cell counts). Five in vitro studies reported increased cellular proliferation, four reported increased gene expression, and three reported increased cellular differentiation. Five in vivo studies reported increased gene expression, three reported superior muscle regeneration, and seven reported improved histological quality of muscular tissue.CONCLUSION The basic science literature on the use of PRP in muscle pathology demonstrates that PRP treatment confers several potentially beneficial effects on healing in comparison to controls. Future research is needed to determine optimal cytology,dosing, timing, and delivery methods of PRP for muscle pathologies. 展开更多

During the continuous casting process of high-Mn high-Al steels,various types of gases such as Ar need to escape through the top of the mold.In which,the behavior of bubbles traversing the liquid slag serves as a restrictive link,closely associated with viscosity and the thickness of liquid slag.In contrast to two-dimensional surface observation,three-dimensional(3D)analysis method can offer a more intuitive,accurate,and comprehensive information.Therefore,this study employs a 3D X-ray microscope(3D-XRM)to obtained spatial distribution and 3D morphological characteristics of residual bubbles in mold flux under different basicity of liquid slag,different temperatures,and different holding times.The results indicate that as basicity of slag increases from 0.52 to 1.03,temperature increases from 1423 to 1573 K,the viscosity of slag decreases,the floating rate of bubbles increases.In addition,when holding time increases from 10 to 30 s,the bubbles floating distance increases,and the volume fraction and average equivalent sphere diameter of the bubbles solidified in the mold flux gradually decreases.In one word,increasing the basicity,temperature,and holding time leading to an increase in the removal rate of bubbles especially for the large.These findings of bubbles escape behavior provide valuable insights into optimizing low basicity mold flux for high-Mn high-Al steels. 展开更多
