The importance, research value and present-day studies of marine hazardous geology, a newly developing branch of geoscience, are well expatiated. Several often confused concepts and theories are explained and redefined here. The comment on the means of investigations, assessment of marine hazardous geology, as well as its evolution, innovation, existing questions and future tasks are also introduced and presented. The concepts of 'hazard geology', geohazard', 'map of marine hazard geology', 'integrated evaluaton on seafloor stablity' are respectively discussed, including their definition, research objects, methods and contents. The types and classification of marine hazardous geology, principles and methods of marine hazardous geology map compilation, the assessment methods and models of marine hazardous geology environment and seafloor stability and so on are also discussed.展开更多

For TCM, the multiple components in vivo are possibly to be detected; the number of components is relatively restricted; they could represent the therapeutic effect of the parent recipe; the concentrations and pharmacokinetics (PK) could affected by the combination of traditional medicines in recipe; the effects of new bioactive compounds (metabolites) related with those of their recipe; and the PK can be affected by body state in TCM treatment significantly. The desired results for micromorphic continuum mechanics and couple stress theory are naturally obtained via direct transitions and reductions from the coupled conservation law of energy for micropolar continuum theory, respectively. The basic balance laws and equations for micromorphic continuum mechanics and couple stress theory are constituted by combining these results derived here and the traditional conservation laws and equations of mass and microinertia and the entropy inequality. The incomplete degrees of the former related continuum theories are clarified. Finally, some special cases are conveniently derived.展开更多
Background:Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)as a traditional Chinese medical practice,has gradually evolved into a coherent and systematic medical science based on natural principles and applied to human beings over t...Background:Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)as a traditional Chinese medical practice,has gradually evolved into a coherent and systematic medical science based on natural principles and applied to human beings over time.The publication of the“Huangdi Neijing”(The Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine,Written between the Warring States period and the Qin and Han Dynasties,and finally compiled in the Western Han Dynasty,from 475 B.C.E.-8 C.E.)signified the establishment of a comprehensive theoretical framework for Chinese medicine.Due to the perspective of the‘correspondence between heaven and man’in TCM,the purpose of this paper is to explore the origin and development of the basic theories of TCM under the ancient astronomical view and the connection between the two.Methods:This paper emphases on the universe uninty with the humanities,philosophy,and medicine,starting with the forms of stargazing in ancient Chinese astronomy and the natural laws derived by the ancients from their observations of natural celestial phenomena.Results:Astronomy,arts and crafts,divination and medical correlations are based on the sequential changes of natural seasons.Conclusion:The operation of natural celestial phenomena and the characteristics of physical phenomena correspond to human physiology,and the development of the basic theories of Chinese medicine is inextricably linked to ancient astronomy,ancient philosophy,and ancient primeval science.展开更多

目的浅析椎动脉型颈椎病(cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy,CSA)患者实施基于“筋骨平衡”理论针刺推拿疗法对其中医症状积分、颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表(cervical vertigo symptom and function assessment scale,ESCV)...目的浅析椎动脉型颈椎病(cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy,CSA)患者实施基于“筋骨平衡”理论针刺推拿疗法对其中医症状积分、颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表(cervical vertigo symptom and function assessment scale,ESCV)评分、颈椎曲度及脑血流参数的影响。方法选择该院2019年12月—2021年12月就诊的CSA患者86例实施研究,随机数字表法分作观察组与对照组,各43例;其中对照组脱落2例,剔除1例,共完成40例;观察组脱落1例,剔除1例,共完成41例;对照组予以常规牵引疗法,观察组予以基于“筋骨平衡”理论针刺推拿疗法;比较两组治疗前与治疗后中医症状积分、ESCV评分、颈椎曲度及脑血流参数的变化,并对比两组疗效。结果治疗后,观察组中医症状积分皆显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组ESCV评分和颈椎曲度皆明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组椎底动脉及左、右椎动脉的Vs与Vd水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率显著高于对照组[95.12%(39/41)vs 80.00%(32/40),P<0.05]。结论基于“筋骨平衡”理论针刺推拿疗法对CSA患者疗效显著,有效改善中医症状积分、ESCV评分以及颈椎曲度,增强脑血流参数。展开更多
