RENEWAL OF BASIC LAWS AND PRINCIPLES FOR POLAR CON-TINUUM THEORIES (Ⅱ)—MICROMORPHIC CONTINUUM THEORY AND COUPLE STRESS THEORY

The purpose is to reestablish the balance laws of momentum, angular momentum and energy and to derive the corresponding local and nonlocal balance equations for micromorphic continuum mechanics and couple stress theory. The desired results for micromorphic continuum mechanics and couple stress theory are naturally obtained via direct transitions and reductions from the coupled conservation law of energy for micropolar continuum theory, respectively. The basic balance laws and equations for micromorphic continuum mechanics and couple stress theory are constituted by combining these results derived here and the traditional conservation laws and equations of mass and microinertia and the entropy inequality. The incomplete degrees of the former related continuum theories are clarified. Finally, some special cases are conveniently derived.

Advances in Basic Theory Research of Mongolian Medicine and Prospects of Its Combination with Systems Biology Research

This paper sorted out the relevant literature on the basic theory of Mongolian medicine,explored the research methods and ideas of the basic theory of Mongolian medicine,and elaborated the idea of combining systems biology to study part of the basic theory of Mongolian medicine.Through searching classic works and research papers in academic journals,this paper sorted out and summarized the research progress of the basic theory of Mongolian medicine and the existing problems in the current research,analyzed its characteristics,combined with systems biology methods to systematically explain some content in the basic theory,reveal its scientific connotation,and provide a basis for further research.

On the “Online and Offline Blended Teaching” Mode for Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Universities—A Case of “Introduction to Basic Principles of Marxism”

With the deepening development of educational informatization, online and offline blended teaching, as a new teaching mode, is increasingly receiving widespread attention from educators [1]. At present, the reform of the “online and offline blended teaching” of ideological and political education courses directly affects the quality of talent cultivation in universities. The article takes the course “Introduction to Basic Principles of Marxism” as an example to explore the reform mode of “online and offline blended teaching” in ideological and political theory courses in universities from the aspects of reasonable allocation of class hours, design of online teaching activities, how to deepen classroom teaching offline, and diversified assessment modes. Furthermore, the article summarizes the experience of mode reform and promotes the deep development of the people-oriented education concept in ideological and political courses in universities, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of moral education in ideological and political education in universities.

Present state,basic theories,methods and progresses of investigation and assessment on marine hazardous geology in China

The achievement progresses of investigation and studies on marine hazardous geology are summarized and presentsd in the late 20 century in China. The importance, research value and present-day studies of marine hazardous geology, a newly developing branch of geoscience, are well expatiated. Several often confused concepts and theories are explained and redefined here. The comment on the means of investigations, assessment of marine hazardous geology, as well as its evolution, innovation, existing questions and future tasks are also introduced and presented. The concepts of 'hazard geology', geohazard', 'map of marine hazard geology', 'integrated evaluaton on seafloor stablity' are respectively discussed, including their definition, research objects, methods and contents. The types and classification of marine hazardous geology, principles and methods of marine hazardous geology map compilation, the assessment methods and models of marine hazardous geology environment and seafloor stability and so on are also discussed.

Thermal Analysis of Organic Light Emitting Diodes Based on Basic Heat Transfer Theory

We investigate the thermal characteristics of standard organic light-emitting diodes （OLEDs） using a simple and clear 1D thermal model based on the basic heat transfer theory. The thermal model can accurately estimate the device temperature, which is linearly with electrical input power. The simulation results show that there is almost no temperature gradient within the OLED device working under steady state conditions. Furthermore, thermal analysis simulation results show that the surface properties （convective heat transfer coetficient and surface emissivity） of the substrate or cathode can significantly affect the temperature distribution of the OLED.

Philosophical Views and Basic Theories of System Dynamics

System dynamics, founded by professor Forrester at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1956, is a discipline which analyzes and studies the system of information feedback. Basic views of theories of system dynamics distinctively show its dialectical characteristics. More attention should be paid to the features of complicated nonlinear systems. The model simulation of system dynamics is a kind of structure-function simulation. One of the remarkable advantages of system dynamics is that it can handle problems of high order, nonlinear and multiplefeedback system.

BASIC EQUATIONS, THEORY AND PRINCIPLE OF COMPUTATIONAL STOCK MARKET (Ⅰ)──BASIC EQUATIONS

This paper studies computational stock market by using network model and similar methodology used in solid mechanics. Four simultaneous basic equations, i. e., equation of interest rate and amount of circulating fond, equations of purchasing and selling of share, equation of changing rate of share price, and equation of interest rate, share price and its changing rate, have been established. Discussions mainly on the solution and its simple applications of the equation of interest rate and amount of circulating fond are given. The discussions also involve the proof of tending to the equilibrium state of network of stock market based on the time discrete form of the equation by using Banach theorem of contraction mapping, and the influence of amount of circulating fond with exponential attenuation due to the decreasing of banking interest rate.Keyworks: stock market; network model; differential equation; contraction mapping; elasticity; methodology

ON THE STABILITY OF DISTORTED LAMINAR FLOW(Ⅰ)—BASIC IDEAS AND THEORY

This paper suggests a hydrodynamic stability theory of distorted laminar flow, and presents a kind of distortion profile of mean velocity in parallel shear flow. With such distortion profiles, the new theory can be used to investigate the stability behaviour of parallel shear flow, and thus suggests a new possible approach to instability.

Analysis of the development and application of incomplete contract theory based on the basic theory of economics

Incomplete contract theory （GHM-model）, namely, GHM model, Grossman-Hart-Moore model, GHM model or called ownership - control model by Grossman and Hart （Grossman ＆ Hart, 1986）, it is established by Hart and Moore （Hart ＆ Moore, 1990） and other cofounder, so this theory is also known as GHM theory or GHM model. Domestic scholars generally call their theory incomplete contract theory or incomplete contract theory, because the theory is ba^ed on the following analytical framework： They use the incompleteness of contracts for research as starting point to property or （ residual ） optimal control with Ge for research purposes. It is the most important analytical tool for analyze business theory and corporate governance structures with Ge control incentives to obtain the information. GHM model directly inherit the transaction cost theory by Coase, and Williamson, and it is a critical development. Among them, the 1986 model is mainly to solve the integration problem of assets, in 1990, the model evolved into a general model of asset ownership.

新世纪以来我国铀矿地质科技创新重要进展及展望

新世纪以来,我国铀矿地质勘查领域重大理论和技术创新成果,极大地改变了我国砂岩型、热液型铀矿的找矿思路、找矿方向,引领、支撑了系列找矿重大突破,重塑了铀矿勘查新格局。文章首先分析了我国20余年来铀矿地质科研布局的总体思路与演进方向;然后总结了铀矿重大基础地质与成矿理论研究进展,系统凝练了地质、物化探、遥感、钻探工艺、分析测试等领域的技术创新及核心勘查装备研制成果,梳理了铀资源预测评价技术研究进展及应用成效;最后,在重大基础前沿和成矿理论、先进铀矿勘查技术研发、非常规核能裂变资源勘查技术研究、数字铀矿勘查技术开发等方面提出了未来10~15年主要发展趋势和方向,指出在“双碳”目标和核能大发展对铀资源保障需求背景下,必须继续坚持并加强铀矿地质科技创新,高质量引领和推动“新区、新层位、新类型、新深度”找矿突破。

以医史佐助为载体构建中医基础理论课程思政教学的研究

中医基础理论课程是中医学理论体系的入门课程,习近平总书记强调要把思政课程融入人才教育培养体系,紧抓高校课程思政建设,提高高校人才培养质量,要在课程教学中注重加强医德医风教育,那么如何有效发掘中医基础理论课程中的思政元素并将其融入课程,起到润物无声的教育效果是当务之急。文章以“医史佐助”为载体,将中医医史文化、经典名医名家事迹等融入中医基础理论课程是一条有效途径。

我国公安情报学学科建设核心议题述评

[目的/意义]通过客观观察公安情报学学科建设现状,尝试提出学科建设工作策略。[方法/过程]通过遴选与识读公安情报学学科建设主题核心文献,从学科定位、理论体系、学科建设工作方式等方面呈现公安情报学学科版图,从课程体系建设、人才培养方案、培养层次与方式、继续教育等方面呈现公安情报学人才培养现状。[结果/结论]公安情报学学科建设始终围绕国家安全需要与公安实战展开,专业知识体系有待完善、主干知识有待进一步厘定,学科建设现阶段应以基层急需人才培养为攻坚要点。

侦查学学科体系重构

纵览侦查学学科发展历程,可见学界对侦查学基石问题之侦查学学科体系的认识未能达成共识,仍存在学科体系内容差异性较大、学科体系内在逻辑关系模糊、学科体系各子体系范畴不明等问题。为此,应从学科体系框架的厘定、学科体系内在逻辑关系的释明、学科体系内在范畴的探索三方面针对性地对侦查学学科体系进行重构。从侦查学理论基础、基础理论、应用理论、侦查运行四个方面自上而下确立侦查学学科体系元素。探究本体论、认识论、方法论与价值论理论基础下侦查本体论、侦查认识论、侦查方法论、侦查价值论和侦查法治论之侦查学第一梯队基础理论的深意,并在该基础理论范畴内,对侦查死角论、侦查僵局论、侦查错误论、侦查情势论、侦查权论等进行归类,辨明侦查学应用理论的内涵,使学界现有的各种侦查学知识各归其位,彰显学科体系的目的性、有序性、层次性和自组织性。

“心主火”论在当今临床辨证诊断过程中一直处于非常重要的地位,《黄帝内经》中早已借助心藏象,通过“象的流动与转化”全方位拓展,发挥“火曰炎上”的核心意蕴。然而,《中医基础理论》心藏象学说在剪辑和编撰过程中,却遗落“心主火”及其相关内容,造成了心藏象基础理论的缺失。不同版本《中医基础理论》均采取相同做法,全面忽略与迁就了《中医基础理论》的这一重大缺陷。中医学发展到今天,充实《中医基础理论》心藏象“心主火”及其相关论述,恢复和保持传统中医基础理论的系统性和完整性,以及指导临床的针对性,显得格外重要。因而在充分论证基础上,将《黄帝内经》心藏象“心主火”理论尽快纳入新版《中医基础理论》之中,已经成为当务之急。

学术沙龙对中医基础理论专业研究生能力提升的实践与探索

学术沙龙是一种灵活的学术交流形式,新冠疫情背景下,线下的学术沙龙活动受到了极大的影响,但同时线上交流活动受到了前所未有的推动。各种会议应用被广泛用于线上交流,而智慧教学平台的诸多配套功能可对学术沙龙的内容及形式进行改善,在疫情期间,成为组织研究生交流、扩展教学的有力补充。从开始的无奈之举,到后来逐渐摸索出一系列线上活动的优势与长处,线上沙龙活动,不但在疫情期间帮助学生们更好地完成学业、增强了团体的凝聚力,而且也为教师提供了全新的学生活动实践经验,并在实践中摸索出中医药学知识推广的新思路。疫情过后,全国全面恢复正常秩序,线下的教学与学生活动也已经恢复如前。而线上教学平台已成为日常教学的有力补充,线上沙龙也得以保留,且大大丰富了线下沙龙的内容与活动形式,已经成为学术沙龙不可分割的一部分。

中国特色教育技术学基础理论研究框架与运用示例--基于教育哲学和程序化扎根理论

基础理论研究是任何学科发展的命脉是学科之基。然而,在教育数字化转型和当前主流教育实证研究范式下,我国教育技术学对本土化的基础理论研究的关注度还远不够。基础理论是我国教育技术学的根本,建构中国特色教育技术学基础理论体系尤为重要。当前,中国特色教育技术学基础理论体系尚未形成很大原因是缺少方法论指导。基于此,文章从方法论的层面探讨如何开展中国特色教育技术学基础理论研究框架,首先,从教育哲学视角对基础理论体系分类;其次,基于教育哲学的运思方式和程序化扎根理论方法,建构基础理论的研究范畴;最后,举例说明如何利用该框架开展中国特色教育技术学基础理论的研究,以期为我国教育技术学基础理论研究工作尽绵薄之力。

论藏传因明的理论价值及其理性工具作用

因明起源于古代印度,但随佛教的传播传入我国西藏地区以后,经过千余年的发展和演变,已经彻底融入藏族传统文化,完全实现了中国西藏化的改造,成为藏族传统文化的重要组成部分。因明作为佛教哲学和逻辑方法的学问,其本身就有着重要的理论价值和工具性作用,成为论证其宗派思想和教理见解的基本理论和有效方法。藏传因明形成以后,其思想理论得到不断的充实和发展,其理性工具作用得到进一步加强和应用,成为藏族传统文化重要的理性工具,有效提升了藏民族的思维辨证能力,并为藏族传统文化的传承和发展提供了理论支撑。文章以藏传因明的基本原理为研究对象,以其所蕴含的哲学思想和理论方法为研究主题,通过分析其思想内容和理论方法,深入挖掘其理论价值和方法意义,以促进藏族传统文化的大繁荣、大发展,并为藏族传统文化的创造性转型和创新性发展服务。

县域基本公共服务均等化政策执行差异何以形成?——基于扎根理论的探索性分析

县域政策执行是如期实现基本公共服务均等化政策目标的关键环节。扎根理论研究发现,县域执行主体的不同策略选择引发了均等化政策执行过程及其效能的差异,这表现为通过常态、运动、变通的执行策略达成了县域“总体均等化”标准,但不同策略下县域均等化的程度、水平呈现差异特征。建构理论模型并分析执行差异的形成机理:在均等化政策执行的准备与实施阶段,政策特质、政策压力、资源情景、行政管理体制机制影响了执行主体的策略选择。其中,常态执行实现兜底保障的主要原因是执行主体受到政策特质指挥、政策压力驱动、资源情景约束;运动执行带来资源悬浮的深层逻辑为政策特质与政策压力复合推动、政策压力与资源情景组合作用,而通过行政管理体制机制变革可以调适偏差;变通执行推动供需匹配的内在机理是政策特质触动、政策压力驱动、资源情景限制、行政管理体制机制过程调节。新发展阶段,为将基本公共服务均等化政策优势更好转化为政策效能,需注重发挥常态执行兜底优势、及时调整运动执行悬浮偏差、适当预留变通执行弹性空间。

为什么是义务论?——揭开菲尼斯自然法理论的面纱

学界对菲尼斯自然法理论性质之判定存在较大争论,需要分析该理论的具体内容,以得出恰当结论。作为菲尼斯自然法理论的第一原则,基本善虽然是一种实体目的,但因为其自身各种特性而呈现出形式性。实践理智性方法论的基本要求是菲尼斯自然法理论的另一核心组成部分,是正当参与基本善的途径。不过,基本善在其中出现了虚化的情形,因此,这些基本要求构成了人类正当行为的形式性内容。而形式性是义务论的重要表征,菲尼斯自然法理论与之相合。同时,菲尼斯自然法理论也符合义务论的三重结构:道德要求是行动者相关的、道德要求有时是非最大化的、行动者行为的所有后果并非都和道德评价有关。因此,菲尼斯自然法理论总体上是义务论。
