Research on University Student Management Informatization Based on Wechat Public Platform

Compared with the traditional methods of University Students'education management, the new media Wechat public platform has the characteristics of simplicity, rapidity, accuracy and students' willingness to accept. At present, it has played an important role in the life and study of College students. As the research object of new media, Wechat Public Platform has the advantages of mass communication and interpersonal communication. Therefore, it can maximize the interaction of interpersonal communication and integrate the advantages of various media in presentation. The introduction of Wechat public platform into the information transmission mechanism of university student management will help to improve the efficiency of information transmission and improve the timeliness of information transmission. Through the WeChat public platform to timely carry out student work and timely solve the students' practical problems, college student workers can communicate with students through the platform, and the counselors can upload healthy thought content at any time, thus comprehensively improving the supervision ability of college students in China.

Studies of the management work on the college students in colleges and universities

In the stage of education, the college management is the indispensable part in the college education and teaching, but the management of colleges and universities is clearly different from the management of the junior and senior high schools, which is decided by the educational ages, and is also determined by the educational targets. In the management of the colleges and universities, how can we carry out the management of high quality？ To solve this problem, the author of this paper will carry out the analysis and elaboration from the three levels of the comparison between the management work on the college students in China and America, the transformation factors that the management work on the university students in our country is facing, and the relevant recommendations on the management work on the college students, in order to improve the quality of the management on the colleges and universities, and promote the sound development of the higher education.

Is This Development and Freedom？ Managing Sex Risk Behaviour in the Era of HIV and AIDS at a University in South Africa

This study explored HIV risk perception of university students. A descriptive study design amongst a convenience sample of registered students at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University （NMMU）, who gave voluntary informed consent to participate, and with access to the student portal was employed. Frequencies and percentages were used to describe categorical data. The Pearson correlation co-efficient （r） and Spearman＇s rank co-efficient were used to measure the strength or degree of the relationship between variables and identify the significance of the correlation between two variables respectively. Results indicate that males in the sample （n = 619） are more likely to acknowledge self-perceived risk than females. This paper concludes that management strategies should be put in place in all universities in order to help the students stay HIV negative. Unless HIV and AIDS are institutionalised, the management of risk behaviour will prove difficult.

Problems and Countermeasures of Educational Management of Postgraduates in Colleges and Universities

With the rapid development of postgraduate education in China,the number of postgraduate students in school shows a trend of continuous growth.The postgraduate education management system in most of the colleges and universities has been gradually improved,and it is the primary task of contemporary postgraduate education administrators to cultivate high-level innovative talents who are suitable for the country’s social and economic development.This study analyzed the existing problems in the management of postgraduate education in colleges and universities,and the relevant solutions of the problems were also proposed in this paper.

思政教育下高校应急管理能力现状分析——以陕西省某高校为例

基于思政教育视角了解高校应急管理能力现状,探索高校提升应急管理能力的路径。以陕西省某高校学生为调研对象,采用问卷调研法获取数据信息并对数据进行处理分析。结果显示,思政教育视角下学生对高校的应急管理能力评价较高,主要体现在事中控制能力及原因分析、信息采集与传递等方面,但其事后分析能力维度还有待进一步提升。不同年级学生感知下高校应急管理能力的事后分析能力维度存在显著性差异。为此高校应强化应急管理能力事后分析过程的公开性,强化学生参与的主体地位,不断提升学生的安全责任意识,以提高高校整体的应急管理能力,保障学生生命财产安全。

自媒体时代高校学生管理工作研究

自媒体时代的来临,给高校学生管理工作提出了全新的要求。辅导员是学生管理的主体力量,在学生管理工作中,应基于自媒体“去中心化、交互性强、传播迅速、内容良莠不齐”特征,有针对性地通过辅导员角色转换意识,做学生思想的引领者,疏导学生在自媒体交互中的不良情绪,解决学生就业等问题带来的实际困难,帮助学生正确使用自媒体工具,创新学生管理的模式和方法,以更有效的方式增强学生管理工作的实效性。

高水平应用型大学建设背景下旅游管理专硕实践教学模式探索——以北京联合大学为例

实践教学是提升旅游管理硕士专业学位(MTA)研究生实践创新能力的重要途径,对于高水平应用型大学建设具有重要意义。针对目前MTA实践教学中存在的问题,北京联合大学提出了一种创新的“12334”实践教学模式。该模式以旅游业高质量发展需求为导向,围绕培养高层次、应用型旅游人才核心目标,充分发挥校内外导师的指导作用,设计了课堂案例教学、实验室项目(活动)教学和基地真实情境教学3类教学内容,搭建了校内旅游实验教学平台、校外实践基地教学平台和国际交流与合作平台3个实践教学平台,通过认知实践、专业性实践、综合设计性实践和创新性实践4个层次,提升研究生的实践创新能力。这一模式为MTA研究生实践能力培养提供了借鉴,对于高水平应用型大学建设具有参考价值。

我国高校学生事务管理研究的现状、热点与趋势--基于CNKI和CiteSpace的可视化分析

学生事务管理是高校教育管理的重要内容,高等教育的内涵式发展和高质量发展对高校学生事务管理质量提出了更高要求,高校学生事务管理研究越来越受到重视。为深入了解我国高校学生事务管理研究现状,以可视化软件CiteSpace为主要分析工具,对我国高校学生事务管理研究相关文献进行分析后发现,国内关于高校学生事务管理的研究整体呈上升趋势,研究热点集中在高校学生事务管理的中美比较、学生发展理念、专业化建设等方面,体现出从中外对比研究逐步转向新形势下本土化创新与发展研究的趋势。建议在未来的研究中继续加强对高校学生事务实践的微观研究,加强对高校学生事务领域的纵向研究,在研究过程中综合运用多种研究方法,在中外对比研究中更加注重本土适应性及创新。

新时期地方本科院校学生管理工作有效推行机制构建研究

弗吉尼亚大学学生自我管理制度及对我国的启示

学生自我管理是自中世纪大学建立起,就已形成的一种传统模式。当前,在我国创建一流大学和治理现代化改革的时代背景下,学生参与管理的重要性越发凸显。弗吉尼亚大学拥有悠久的学生自我管理历史。其下设的荣誉委员会、学生理事会与学生司法委员会是实现学生自我管理的3个学生组织体系。分析弗吉尼亚大学学生自我管理模式,为我国推进学生自主管理提供启示:我国建立和发展学生自我管理制度需以我国大学最基本的管理体制为前提;我国大学学生自我管理制度的建设应以“学术自由”为突破口;在我国大学已有学生组织的基础上建立学生自我管理组织;将学生自我管理制度的建设纳入学校治理现代化建设中,分阶段完成学生自我管理制度的建设。

高校学生管理过程中学生主体性偏离的影响机制研究——基于三所地方普通本科高校的扎根理论分析

高校学生管理过程中普遍存在对学生主体性的偏离现象。通过扎根理论分析发现,主体性偏离的影响因素可以从内部因素、外部因素、主体行动三个方面进行分析,具体包括观念预设、权力运作、法理确认、资源供给、管理行为以及学生参与六个影响因素,但各因素的作用方式和影响路径存在差异。基于此,提出增强学生在管理过程中的主体性,高校需转变学生管理理念,树立学生主体人管理观,保持学生管理过程中规制与自由之间的张力,加强学生权力制度化建设及完善教育经费投入与高校内部经费二次分配机制等。

高校学生管理数字化转型:价值追求、关键问题和路向选择
