This paper is devoted to viscous Cahn-Hiliiard equation with concentration dependent mobility. Some results on the existence, uniqueness and large time behavior are established.
It is widely believed that various animal species can sense and respond to the geophysical stimuli that precede earthquakes,especially electromagnetic fields,although supporting field evidence is mostly anecdotal.Here...It is widely believed that various animal species can sense and respond to the geophysical stimuli that precede earthquakes,especially electromagnetic fields,although supporting field evidence is mostly anecdotal.Here we report on the reactions of four female giant pandas under observation over the three days prior to the Lushan(30.1°N,103.0°E)magnitude 7.0 earthquake that occurred in Sichuan province,China,on April 20,2013.We observed no significant generalized behavioral anomalies indicative of them perceiving an impending earthquake.We also observed no startle behaviors in the 5 s prior to tremors commencing,indicating that these pandas either did not detect or did not respond to precursor P-waves.Our findings suggest that although giant pandas have evolved in,and continue to occupy exclusively,a seismically active range in central China,they do not appear to perceive pre-earthquake geophysical warning signs.展开更多

Health and longevity of citizens is not only important symbols of national development and prosperity but also the common wish of the Chinese people. Actually,smart wearable technology is an emerging one and the application of some smart wearable devices such as health watch is the most promising one in the health industry. As new psychotherapy,cognitive behavioral therapy( CBT) can change the poor awareness by means of changing one's way of thinking,thus eliminating the unhealthy emotions and behaviors. In terms of health management,CBT enjoys such advantages as guidance,motivation,integrity and short therapy time. This paper introduces the improvement of smart wearable device guided by professional health management solutions on individual health by taking Philips health watch as an example,and the users can therefrom get full understanding of the relationship between smart wearable devices and health,thus improving their individual health.展开更多
As cloud computing technology turning to mature,cloud services have become a trust-based service.Users'distrust of the security and performance of cloud services will hinder the rapid deployment and development of...As cloud computing technology turning to mature,cloud services have become a trust-based service.Users'distrust of the security and performance of cloud services will hinder the rapid deployment and development of cloud services.So cloud service providers(CSPs)urgently need a way to prove that the infrastructure and the behavior of cloud services they provided can be trusted.The challenge here is how to construct a novel framework that can effective verify the security conformance of cloud services,which focuses on fine-grained descriptions of cloud service behavior and security service level aggreements(SLAs).In this paper,we propose a novel approach to verify cloud service security conformance,which reduces the description gap between the CSP and users through modeling cloud service behavior and security SLA,these models enable a systematic integration of security constraints and service behavior into cloud while using UPPAAL to check the performance and security conformance.The proposed approach is validated through case study and experiments with real cloud service based on Open-Stack,which illustrates CloudSec approach effectiveness and can be applied on realistic cloud scenario.展开更多
