In the process of accelerating modernization,the supply and marketing cooperative is always an essential force,but the gap between urban and rural circulation system is still expanding. On the basis of current development situation,it analyzed functions of supply and marketing cooperatives in rural logistics system. Finally,it came up with recommendations for improving China's rural circulation system. In the new period,it is recommended to bring into play advantages of supply and marketing cooperatives,expand the coverage,gradually promote industry upgrade of renewable resource recycling,and constantly strengthen functions of supply and marketing cooperatives in building the rural modern circulation system,to build supply and marketing cooperatives into new forces and comprehensive platform for farmers' production and living services.展开更多

The circulation of rural land is helpful to improving the allocation efficiency of land resources,increasing farmers'income and promoting the development of modern agriculture.In this paper,we used the social econ...The circulation of rural land is helpful to improving the allocation efficiency of land resources,increasing farmers'income and promoting the development of modern agriculture.In this paper,we used the social economy,the main participants and the market environment of rural land circulation to make a qualitative analysis for the factor of rural land internal circulation.With the aid of principal component analysis,grey correlation model,and other methods to make a quantitative analysis for the factor of rural land internal circulation.The results show that the grey correlation degrees of the output value of secondary and tertiary industries as a proportion of GDP,the expenditure on science and education per capita,the expenditure on financial support for agriculture,the proportion of non-agricultural population and the standardization of rural land circulation contracts are 0.8988,0.8382,0.7632 and 0.7576 respectively,indicating that these factors are significantly related to the rural internal land circulation market.展开更多

Authors resorted to market indicators, namely total average circulation,number of copies per issue, business volume and advertising investments. These indicators are found to be complementary： some indicators evaluate group position in the readers＇ market, whereas other evaluates group position in the general market and the advertising market in particular. Based in this market information, we used quantitative models （HII, CR4 and Noan） to measure de concentration in the newspaper segment. Additionally we tried to demonstrate that to analyze the dailies newspaper concentration situation in Portugal a holist perspective of the media market is needed, using a country context to understand some local characteristics and market structure and political, economic, social and technological dynamics. This paper firstly gives a discussion on Chinese cotton market, especially from a viewpoint of history to study domestic market price fluctuation. The cotton market history from E R. China＇s setting up to present has been divided into four stages and characterized as different agricultural policies applications and economic periodicities. Concluding from the history, artificial influences may be the most important reason of market inequilibrium, up to now, market and artificial interruption, are also the key problem. Then it takes domestic cotton demand as a study object, trying to find what will be a statistic significant cotton demand in national level and it＇s underneath demand frame. Through a seres of analysis on the demand frame, problems have been clearly displayed, an open microeconomic circulation supports our study and six variables had been described by statistics. Therefore, we can analyze the cases of real cotton demand that includes supply and demand reactions in China with experience and estimations. Otherwise, international cotton market is greatly interacted with Chinese domestic market more and more today. Some necessary analysis, such as international cotton supply and demand, Chinese cotton stock policy and world price long run tendency, are very important factors for Chinese cotton development. Background:To monitor carrier hosts of avian influenza in Nigeria,we randomly collected cloaca swab specimens from 155 ducks at a live bird market(LBM)in Ibadan,southwest Nigeria,between July 2011 and July 2012.Method...Background:To monitor carrier hosts of avian influenza in Nigeria,we randomly collected cloaca swab specimens from 155 ducks at a live bird market(LBM)in Ibadan,southwest Nigeria,between July 2011 and July 2012.Methods:The samples were analyzed by real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and virus isolation was carried out in embryonated chicken eggs.Partial sequencing of the antigenic cleavage site of the haemagglutinin(HA)gene was performed,multiple sequence alignment was carried out using ClustalW,and a phylogenetic tree was constructed using the neighbor joining method.Results:Twenty(13%)of the 155 samples were positive for avian influenza subtype H5N2 by real-time RT-PCR and three isolates were obtained from embryonated chicken eggs.Partial sequencing of the amino acid cleavage site of the HA genes of two isolates corresponded to a PQRETGL*F sequence that is common in low pathogenic avian influenza(LPAI).Phylogenetically,the HA genes of the two influenza viruses are monophyletic and clustered with H5N2 viruses detected in wild ducks from Africa.Conclusion:The occurrence of LPAI in domestic ducks in Nigeria underscores the importance of continuous surveillance and monitoring of the virus(in a country that is considered to be free of avian influenza)in order to prevent the emergence of virulent strains that may spread to commercial poultry and humans.展开更多
