The results indicated that not all exons show the period-3 behavior. The exons were adjusted in order to make them accord with the order of the protein translated, and we found that the period-3 character is relation to the length of exons and the bases distribution in the three codon position. Furthermore, as long as the exons with period-3 behavior accord with the order of protein translated, they would exhibit the synonymous codons usage preference, and the codons with g/c at the third position are used in higher frequency. The results are significant to the gene prediction and the research on the introns.展开更多

The heterogeneity observed in FASD-related phenotypes can be attributed to a number of environmental and genetic factors;however, ethanol dose and timing of exposure may have significant influences. Here, we report the behavioral effects of acute, binge-like ethanol exposure at three neurodevelopmental times corresponding to the first, second, and third trimester of human development in C57BL/6J mice. Results show that developmental ethanol exposure consistently delays the development of basic motor skill reflexes and coordination as well as impairs spatial learning and memory. Observed changes in activity and anxiety-related behaviors, however, appear to be dependent on timing of alcohol exposure. The variability in behaviors between different treatment models suggests that these may be useful in evaluating the mechanisms disrupted by ethanol at specific neurodevelopmental times. The results provide further evidence that, regardless of developmental stage, the developing brain is acutely sensitive to alcohol exposure.展开更多

The as-grown MoS_2 ultrathin film is about 10 nm thick, or about a few atomic layers of MoS_2. The film has a large optical absorption range of 300-700 nm and strong luminescence emission at 682 nm. The optical absorption range covered almost the entire ultraviolet to visible light range, which is very useful for making high-efficiency solar cells. Moreover, the MoS_2/Si heterojunction exhibited good rectification characteristics and excellent photovoltaic effects. The power conversion efficiency of the heterojunction device is about 1.79% under white light illumination of 10 m W/cm^2. The results show that the monolayer MoS_2 film will find many applications in high-efficiency optoelectronic devices.展开更多

Conclusions:Results clearly indicate an altered chemical behavior of L-ascorbic acid either alone or in combination with nickel sulfate in vitro at different pH.Perhaps oxidation of L-ascorbic acid to L-dehydro ascorbic acid via the free radical(HSc*) generation from the reaction of H,ASc + Ni(Ⅱ) is the cause of such alteration of λ_(max),value of L-ascorbic acid in the presence of metal nickel.展开更多

文摘The influences of Fe2+ on the aggregation behavior of residual hydrophobic modified polyacryamide (HMPAM) in treated oily wastewater were studied by fluorescence spectrum and DLS. The result of I1/I3 showed that the polarity of hydrophobic domain increased and the size of hydrophobic domain may be decreased with the increasing of Fe2+ in produced water. Fe2+ was helpful for the increase of hydrophobic domain, therefore due to the aggregation degree for HMPAM.
文摘This paper explores the decision-making mechanism of the consuming behavior hidden behind the sudden popularity of the Oriental Selection Company in terms of the mental accounting theory.Firstly, according to the“Non-alternative”characteristics of mental accounting, this paper expounds how the strategy of the bilingual live-streaming of Oriental Selection promoters stimulates consumers’desire to buy the advertised products and services whilst using the utility theory of mental accounting to analyze how Oriental Selection promoters improve consumers’acquisition utility and total utility.Secondly,we sum up the successful experiences of Oriental Selection:The live-streaming industry should apply the theory of mental accounting in effectively overcoming the shortcomings of the live-streamed marketing by stimulating consumers’desire and influencing their decision-making behavior through the streaming of content that triggers them to make purchases. This is achievable by abandoning the traditional ways of loudly urging consumers to buy goods. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to use the mental accounting theory in promoting sustainable consumption and points out the prospects for Oriental Selection.
文摘Objective:Healthcare-seeking behavior(HSB)would affect the prevalence of morbidity and mortality. There are various factors that affect one's HSB.This study aimed to determine if health awareness and lifestyle might relate to HSB.Methods:A cross-sectional study was applied by using three questionnaires to determine par ticipants'health awareness, lifestyle, and HSB.This study took place in Universitas Advent Indonesia and the students were recruited to be par ticipants. Results:There were 39 par ticipants joined in this study. Most of the par ticipants were females,third-year students, and from Accounting major.Almost all participants were aware of their low risk of health issues, had a fine lifestyle, and had moderate HSB.Conclusions:One's urge to seek health care facilities was not related to their health awareness and lifestyle. There was no fur ther study to contradict with this finding at this moment.

文摘We present a study of the fabrication of monolayer MoS_2 on n-Si(111) substrates by modified thermal evaporation deposition and the optoelectrical properties of the resulting film. The results show that the monolayer MoS_2 film will find many applications in high-efficiency optoelectronic devices.

文摘Communication behavior recognition is an issue with increasingly importance in the antiterrorism and national defense area. However, the sensing data obtained in actual environment is often not sufficient to accurately analyze the communication behavior.Traditional means can hardly utilize the scarce and crude spectrum sensing data captured in a real scene. Thus, communication behavior recognition using raw sensing data under smallsample condition has become a new challenge. In this paper,a data enhanced communication behavior recognition(DECBR)scheme is proposed to meet this challenge.Firstly,a preprocessing method is designed to make the raw spectrum data suitable for the proposed scheme. Then,an adaptive convolutional neural network structure is exploited to carry out communication behavior recognition. Moreover,DCGAN is applied to support data enhancement, which realize communication behavior recognition under small-sample condition. Finally, the scheme is verified by experiments under different data size. The results show that the DECBR scheme can greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency of behavior recognition under smallsample condition.

文摘Objective:To evaluate the alteration of chemical behavior of L-ascorbic acid(vitamin C) with metal ion(nickel) at different pH solutions in vitro. Methods:Spectra of pure aqueous solution of L-ascorbic acid(E mark) compound and NiSO_4(H_2O)(sigma USA) were evaluated by UV visible spectrophotometer.Spectral analysis of L-ascorbic acid and nickel at various pH(2.0, 7.0,7.4 and 8.6) at room temperature of 29℃ was recorded. In this special analysis, combined solution of L-ascorbic acid and nickel sulfate at different pH was also recorded. Results:The result revealed that λ_(max)(peak wavelength of spectra) of L-ascorbic acid at pH 2.0 was 289.0 run whereas at neutral pH 7.0,λ_(max) was 29S.4 run.In alkaline pH 8.6,λ_(max) was 295.4 nm and at pH 7.4 the λ_(max) of L-ascorbic acid remained the same as 295.4 nm.Nickel solution at acidic pH 2.0 was 394.5 nm,whereas at neutral pH 7.0 and pH 7.4 were the same as 394.5 nm.But at alkaline pH 8.6,λ_(max) value of nickel sulfate became 392.0 nm.The combined solution of L-ascorbic acid and nickel sulfate(6 mg/mL each) at pH 2.0 showed 292.5 nm and 392.5 nm,respectively whereas at pH 7.0,L-ascorbic acid showed 296.5 nm and nickel sulfate showed 391.5 nm.At pH 7.4,L-ascorbic acid showed 297.0 nm and nickel sulfate showed 394.0 nm in the combined solution whereas at pH 8.6(alkaline) L-ascorbic acid and nickel sulfate were showing 297.0 and 393.5 nm,respectively. Conclusions:Results clearly indicate an altered chemical behavior of L-ascorbic acid either alone or in combination with nickel sulfate in vitro at different pH.Perhaps oxidation of L-ascorbic acid to L-dehydro ascorbic acid via the free radical(HSc*) generation from the reaction of H,ASc + Ni(Ⅱ) is the cause of such alteration of λ_(max),value of L-ascorbic acid in the presence of metal nickel.

文摘Autism spectrum disorder is classified as a spectrum of neurodevelopmental disorders with an unknown definitive etiology.Individuals with autism spectrum disorder show deficits in a variety of areas including cognition, memory, attention, emotion recognition, and social skills. With no definitive treatment or cure, the main interventions for individuals with autism spectrum disorder are based on behavioral modulations.Recently, noninvasive brain modulation techniques including repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, intermittent theta burst stimulation, continuous theta burst stimulation, and transcranial direct current stimulation have been studied for their therapeutic properties of modifying neuroplasticity, particularly in individuals with autism spectrum disorder.Preliminary evidence from small cohort studies, pilot studies, and clinical trials suggests that the various noninvasive brain stimulation techniques have therapeutic benefits for treating both behavioral and cognitive manifestations of autism spectrum disorder. However, little data is available for quantifying the clinical significance of these findings as well as the long-term outcomes of individuals with autism spectrum disorder who underwent transcranial stimulation. The objective of this review is to highlight the most recent advancements in the application of noninvasive brain modulation technology in individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
