This paper studies controlling disease spread on network with feedback mechanism, where the susceptible nodes are able to avoid contact with the infected ones by cutting their connections with probability when the density of infected nodes reaches a certain value in the network. Such feedback mechanism considers the networks' own adaptivity and the cost of immunization. The dynamical equations about immunization with feedback mechanism ave solved and theoretical predictions are in agreement with the results of large scale simulations. It shows that when the lethality a increases, the prevalence decreases more greatly with the same immunization g. That is, with the same cost, a better controlling result can be obtained. This approach offers an effective and practical policy to control disease spread, and also may be relevant to other similar networks.展开更多
To improve the inefficient prevention caused by customers unwillingness to adopt prevention strategies in health management,an incentive feedback mechanism that is based on game theory and contract design theory is in...To improve the inefficient prevention caused by customers unwillingness to adopt prevention strategies in health management,an incentive feedback mechanism that is based on game theory and contract design theory is introduced.The conditions for making customers and health maintenance organizations(HMOs)willing to participate in the proposed mechanism are given.A dual nonlinear programming model is used to identify the optimal prevention effort of customers and the pricing strategy of HMOs.Results show that to generate increased benefits,HMOs need to consider cost sharing when customers are not familiar with the proposed health services.When health services are gradually accepted,the cost sharing factor can be gradually reduced.Simulation shows that under random circumstances in which the market reaches a certain size,the proposed method exhibits a positive network externality.Motivated by network externality,HMOs only need to make their customers understand that the larger the number of participants,the greater the utility of each person.Such customers may then spontaneously invite others to purchase insurance.展开更多

The new type of continuously variable displacement mechanism is simple and easy to be made. The structure and principle of a continuously variable displacement mechanism was introduced. The mathematic model of the continuously variable displacement mechanism was set up and its static and dynamic characteristics were analyzed with the help of computer simulation. It can be seen that the cam ring on camshaft of the traditional LSHT hydraulic motor can stop at any position between minimum and maximum eccentricity, according to an input fluid pressure signal. And it can also stay anywhere stably through self-adjusting. Besides, it can work stabilized when load impact or oil leakage exists.展开更多

Curvature lines are special and important curves on surfaces.It is of great significance to construct developable surface interpolated on curvature lines in engineering applications.In this paper,the shape optimizatio...Curvature lines are special and important curves on surfaces.It is of great significance to construct developable surface interpolated on curvature lines in engineering applications.In this paper,the shape optimization of generalized cubic ball developable surface interpolated on the curvature line is studied by using the improved reptile search algorithm.Firstly,based on the curvature line of generalized cubic ball curve with shape adjustable,this paper gives the construction method of SGC-Ball developable surface interpolated on the curve.Secondly,the feedback mechanism,adaptive parameters and mutation strategy are introduced into the reptile search algorithm,and the Feedback mechanism-driven improved reptile search algorithm effectively improves the solving precision.On IEEE congress on evolutionary computation 2014,2017,2019 and four engineering design problems,the feedback mechanism-driven improved reptile search algorithm is compared with other representative methods,and the result indicates that the solution performance of the feedback mechanism-driven improved reptile search algorithm is competitive.At last,taking the minimum energy as the evaluation index,the shape optimization model of SGC-Ball interpolation developable surface is established.The developable surface with the minimum energy is achieved with the help of the feedback mechanism-driven improved reptile search algorithm,and the comparison experiment verifies the superiority of the feedback mechanism-driven improved reptile search algorithm for the shape optimization problem.展开更多
A moving target tracking control problem for marching tank based on adaptive robust feedback control scheme is addressed.A series of preparations is needed for tank gun before shooting a target,the purpose of this pap...A moving target tracking control problem for marching tank based on adaptive robust feedback control scheme is addressed.A series of preparations is needed for tank gun before shooting a target,the purpose of this paper is to design a control system to fulfill two requirements in this process:the turretbarrel system of tank needs to be adjusted from off-target position to command position and point to the moving target stably when there are strong uncertainties(modeling error,uncertain disturbance with unknown boundaries and road excitation) in the system.Considering the characteristic of coupled interaction,the first thing we do in this paper is to build a coupled analysis model of turret-barrel system with uncertainty term in state-space form.Second,an adaptive robust feedback control scheme is proposed by adding adaptive law to overcome the uncertainty.Third,multi-body dynamics software is used to establish the mechanical mechanism of the tank,and DC-motor module is established in SIMULINK environment,thus the target information and tracking error of the control system is collected and transferred,the gear-ball screw is derived directly by the output torque of the DC-motor module.Finally,the control system and the 3D model are combined together by means of Recur Dyn/SIMULINK co-simulation,the turret-barrel system of tank can approximately track the moving target in a certain range.With the adaptive robust feedback control,the target action is completely followed when the target location is constantly changing.展开更多

This is different from that of the wave-CISK mechanism. With combined effect of the cumulus convection heating and evaporation-wind feedback, the CISK-Kelvin waves and CISK-Rossby waves will develop unstably, explaining the dynamic mechanism of tropical intraseasonal oscillation in a more complete and reasonable way than the convection heating alone. Forty Wistar ra...To explore the role of mechanosensitive potassium channel TREK-1, Western blot analysis was used to investigate the expression changes of TREK-1 in left ventricle in acute mechanically stretched heart. Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 8 groups (n=5 in each group), subject to single Langendorff perfusion for 0, 30, 60, 120 min and acute mechanical stretch for 0, 30, 60, 120 min respectively. With Langendorff apparatus, an acute mechanically stretched heart model was established. There was no significant difference in the expression of TREK-1 among single Langendorff perfusion groups (P〉0.05). As compared to non-stretched Langendorff-perfused heart, only the expression of TREK-1 in acute mechanically stretched heart (120 min) was greatly increased (P〈0.05). This result suggested that some course of mechanical stretch could up-regulate the expression of TREK-1 in left ventricle. TREK-1 might play an important role in mechanoelectric feedback, so it could reduce the occurrence of arrhythmia that was induced by extra mechanical stretch.展开更多

One consequence of the large-scale equalizer is the very slow convergence, which combined with error propagation, inherent drawback of DFE, seriously deteriorates the performance of the receivers, especially in severe channels More working modes and corresponding robust control mechanism were given to help the equalizer converge to the stable state smoothly. Manipulating nanotubes wit...Nano assembly and manipulation technologies are the basis for nano-electro-mechanical systems(NEMS). Atomic force microscope(AFM) is widely used to manipulate nanotubes to assemble NEMS. Manipulating nanotubes with AFM is a challenging and difficult task. One of the major reasons is the deficiency of visual information during the manipulation process. To address these difficulties, this research aims to put forward novel virtual tools and assembly strategies to improve the efficiency, accuracy and ease of the assembly process of NEMS. This paper begins by the discussion of the principles and implementation of a virtual nano-assembly simulator, which serves as a benchmark to test the proposed NEMS assembly techniques and virtual tools. Then, a general framework of nanotube-based NEMS assembly is proposed. Several nano-assembly strategies and virtual tools, such as automated path planning for NEMS assembly, a four-step scheme of nanotube manipulation, virtual fixtures for assembly finalization and safe manipulation, are introduced. These virtual tools and methods are experimented for justification. An assembly task of moderate complexity was performed in our virtual nano-assembly simulator with and without the help of the proposed toolkit. Experimental results suggest that the proposed methods tend to greatly enhance the efficiency and accuracy of nanotube-based NEMS assembly. In general, the proposed virtual reality toolkit not only ensures the safety, but also enhances the accuracy and efficiency of the assembly of nanotube-based NEMS.展开更多

This is different from that of the wave-CISK mechanism. With combined effect of the cumulus convection heating and evaporation-wind feedback, the CISK-Kelvin waves and CISK-Rossby waves will develop unstably, explaining the dynamic mechanism of tropical intraseasonal oscillation in a more complete and reasonable way than the convection heating alone. Therefore, the evaporation-wind feedback is also important to the intraseasonal oscillation in the tropical atmosphere.

文摘To explore the role of mechanosensitive potassium channel TREK-1, Western blot analysis was used to investigate the expression changes of TREK-1 in left ventricle in acute mechanically stretched heart. Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 8 groups (n=5 in each group), subject to single Langendorff perfusion for 0, 30, 60, 120 min and acute mechanical stretch for 0, 30, 60, 120 min respectively. With Langendorff apparatus, an acute mechanically stretched heart model was established. There was no significant difference in the expression of TREK-1 among single Langendorff perfusion groups (P〉0.05). As compared to non-stretched Langendorff-perfused heart, only the expression of TREK-1 in acute mechanically stretched heart (120 min) was greatly increased (P〈0.05). This result suggested that some course of mechanical stretch could up-regulate the expression of TREK-1 in left ventricle. TREK-1 might play an important role in mechanoelectric feedback, so it could reduce the occurrence of arrhythmia that was induced by extra mechanical stretch.

文摘Least mean square (LMS) decision feedback equalizer (DFE) is preferred as an effective solution to coping with inter-symbol interference (ISI) for ATSC digital television (DTV) receivers. In DTV transmission environment, echo delay often covers several hundreds symbols, which leads to very large-scale equalizer. One consequence of the large-scale equalizer is the very slow convergence, which combined with error propagation, inherent drawback of DFE, seriously deteriorates the performance of the receivers, especially in severe channels More working modes and corresponding robust control mechanism were given to help the equalizer converge to the stable state smoothly. Simulation results show that the improved equalizer can perform better, especially in the severe channels.
文摘A system which consists of a loading chamber unit, displacement sensor, data collector and processor, and a feedback control, was established for applying mechanical forces to single plant cells. The method works by compressing an agar cell-suspension block between parallel surfaces through using a force-feedback control circuit coupled to a microchip, delivering the pre-defined. The actual controlled stimulus is achieved whilst measuring the force being imposed on the cell, and its deformation. TheArabidopsisprotoplasts were utilized to test the system. It provides an experimental approach to investigate the mechanoresponses of plant cellsin vitroconditions.

文摘Nano assembly and manipulation technologies are the basis for nano-electro-mechanical systems(NEMS). Atomic force microscope(AFM) is widely used to manipulate nanotubes to assemble NEMS. Manipulating nanotubes with AFM is a challenging and difficult task. One of the major reasons is the deficiency of visual information during the manipulation process. To address these difficulties, this research aims to put forward novel virtual tools and assembly strategies to improve the efficiency, accuracy and ease of the assembly process of NEMS. This paper begins by the discussion of the principles and implementation of a virtual nano-assembly simulator, which serves as a benchmark to test the proposed NEMS assembly techniques and virtual tools. Then, a general framework of nanotube-based NEMS assembly is proposed. Several nano-assembly strategies and virtual tools, such as automated path planning for NEMS assembly, a four-step scheme of nanotube manipulation, virtual fixtures for assembly finalization and safe manipulation, are introduced. These virtual tools and methods are experimented for justification. An assembly task of moderate complexity was performed in our virtual nano-assembly simulator with and without the help of the proposed toolkit. Experimental results suggest that the proposed methods tend to greatly enhance the efficiency and accuracy of nanotube-based NEMS assembly. In general, the proposed virtual reality toolkit not only ensures the safety, but also enhances the accuracy and efficiency of the assembly of nanotube-based NEMS.

文摘A comprehensive model that included mechanical dynamics of the shock absorber coupled with its thermal properties was proposed innovatively.Moreover a thermal-mechanical coupled model which reflected the closed-loop positive feedback system was established by using MATLAB/SIMULINK,and some curves of shock absorber temperature rising characteristic were obtained by simulation &computation under several operating modes and different parameters conditions.Research results show that:shock absorber design parameters,external excitations,and thermo-physical properties parameter,such as oil density have effect on the shock absorber temperature rising characteristic.However other thermo-physical properties parameters,such as oil specific heat,cylinder density,cylinder specific heat,and cylinder thermal conductivity,have no effect on it.The results may be used for studying reliability design of the shock absorber.
