Methods: 158 cases of bi-direction differential malignant tumor specimens withparaffin-embedded were enrolled into our study and made tissue microarray which were dual-stainedwith CD31-PAS and stained with collagen IV. The difference of the areas and distribution withpattern surrounded by between CD31 and PAS positive respectively were identified via grid-counting,as well as the difference of VEGF expression with VE absent and present. Results: The basementmembrane of VM was both PAS and collagen IV positive. VEGF expression in the bi-directiondifferential malignant tumor was higher VM-absent than VM-present and the difference wasstatistically significance in malignant melanoma and alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma (P 【 0.05).Conclusion: PAS positive substance and collagen IV compose the wall of VE and VE could provide theoxygen and nutrition for tumor growth and progression. 展开更多

In this paper, we apply a simple adaptive feedback control scheme to synchronize two bi-directionally coupled chaotic systems. Based on the invariance principle of differential equations, sufficient conditions for the global asymptotic synchronization between two bi-directionally coupled chaotic systems via an adaptive feedback controller are given. Unlike other control schemes for bi-directionally coupled systems, this scheme is very simple to implement in practice and need not consider coupling terms. As examples, the autonomous hyperchaotic Chen systems and the new nonautonomous 4D systems are illustrated. Numerical simulations show that the proposed method is effective and robust against the effect of weak noise. 展开更多

In this paper,a new algorithm combining the features of bi-direction evolutionary structural optimization(BESO)and reinforcement learning(RL)is proposed for continuum structural topology optimization(STO).In contrast to conventional approaches which only generate a certain quasi-optimal solution,the goal of the combined method is to provide more quasi-optimal solutions for designers such as the idea of generative design.Two key components were adopted.First,besides sensitivity,value function updated by Monte-Carlo reinforcement learning was utilized to measure the importance of each element,which made the solving process convergent and closer to the optimum.Second,ε-greedy policy added a random perturbation to the main search direction so as to extend the search ability.Finally,the quality and diversity of solutions could be guaranteed by controlling the value of compliance as well as Intersection-over-Union(IoU).Results of several 2D and 3D compliance minimization problems,including a geometrically nonlinear case,show that the combined method is capable of generating a group of good and different solutions that satisfy various possible requirements in engineering design within acceptable computation cost. 展开更多

Purpose-The purpose of this paper is to develop the linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy set(LqROFS)information VIKOR method based on the bi-direction Choquet integral(BDCI),taking into account the correlation between information.The method can enrich the existing studies related to LqROFS information and better solve the problem of MAGDM problem.Design/methodology/approach-Since applying Choquet integral(CI)depict information interaction is a common operation in MAGDM.However,the traditional CI has some limitations.The unidirectional alignment may affect the MAGDM results.Therefore,a LqROFS-VIKOR method based on BDCI is proposed,where BDCI is used to aggregate the decision matrix.Furthermore,it is not reasonable to apply exact numbers to express the similarity between two qualitative data.Then a new method of defining similarity using linguistics is proposed.The similarity is used to calculate attribute weights.Findings-The validity and potential application of MAGMD method with linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy information based on BDCI are demonstrated in a numerical examples study.Originality/value-According to the study of available literature,the current research on LqROFS is incomplete.The existing studies of both similarity and aggregate operators have certain shortcomings.The definition of similarity proposed in this paper is more in line with reality.And compared with the existing methods,the BDCI-based aggregate operator can describe the interaction between information more reasonably.Based on this VIKOR method based on BDCI under the LqROFS environment can better select the alternative. 展开更多

Mg-Zn-Nd alloy is a promising biodegradable metal material for surgical staples during the reconstruction of digestive tract due to its good biocompatibility and suitable mechanical properties.However,its deformation property and corrosion resistance should be improved to make better safety and effectiveness of staples.In the present study,bi-direction drawing was adopted to maintain the initial texture characteristics,and improve mechanical property and corrosion resistance of Mg-2Zn-0.5Nd alloy.The results showed that the microstructure after bi-direction did not change too much,but the texture could maintain its initial characteristics.The ductility of the alloy with 60%accumulative area reduction after bi-direction drawing was increased by 70%,indicating that an outstanding deformation property of Mg-Zn-Nd alloy can be obtained by bi-direction drawing.The corrosion resistance was also improved after bi-direction drawing compared with that under single direction drawing. 展开更多
