Due to the large instantaneous flow rate of servo valve working under specific operating conditions, the temperature of servo valve would reach 120℃ and the valve core and valve sleeve deform in a short amount of time. So the control precision of servo valve significantly decreases and the clamping stagnation phenomenon of valve core appears. In order to solve the problem of degraded control accuracy and clamping stagnation of servo valve under large temperature difference circumstance, the numerical simulation of heat-fluid-solid coupling by using finite element method is done. The simulation result shows that zero position leakage of servo valve is basically impacted by oil temperature and change of fit clearance. The clamping stagnation is caused by warpage-deformation and fit clearance reduction of the valve core and valve sleeve. The distribution roles of the temperature and thermal-deformation of shell, valve core and valve sleeve and the pressure, velocity and temperature field of flow channel are also analyzed. Zero position leakage and electromagnet's current when valve core moves in full-stroke are tested using Electro-hydraulic Servo-valve Characteristic Test-bed of an aerospace sciences and technology corporation. The experimental results show that the change law of experimental current at different oil temperatures is roughly identical to simulation current. The current curve of the electromagnet is smooth when oil temperature is below 80℃, but the amplitude of current significantly increases and the hairy appears when oil temperature is above 80℃. The current becomes smooth again after the warped valve core and valve sleeve are reground. It indicates that clamping stagnation is caused by warpage-deformation and fit clearance reduction of valve core and valve sleeve. This paper simulates and tests the heat-fluid-solid coupling of double flapper-nozzle servo valve, and the obtained results provide the reference value for the design of double flapper-nozzle force feedback servo valve.展开更多

Under the presupposition that gas existence affects water transport, a coupled mathematical model of contaminant transport in unsaturated zone has been established based on fluid_solid interaction mechanics theory. The asymptotical solutions to the nonlinear coupling mathematical model were accomplished by the perturbation and integral transformation method. The distribution law of pore pressure, pore water velocity and contaminant concentration in unsaturated zone has been presented under the conditions of with coupling and without coupling gas phase. An example problem was used to provide a quantitative verification and validation of the model. The asymptotical solution was compared with Faust model solution. The comparison results show reasonable agreement between asymptotical solution and Faust solution, and the gas effect and media deformation has a large impact on the contaminant transport. The theoretical basis is provided for forecasting contaminant transport and the determination of the relationship among pressure_saturation_permeability in laboratory.展开更多

The variation in temperature and pressure can destabilize gas hydrate in nearby formation around the borehole, which may reduce the strength of the formation and result in wellbore instability. A non-isothermal, transient, two-phase, and fluid-solid coupling mathematical model is proposed to simulate the complex stability performance of a wellbore drilled in HBS. In the model, the phase transition of hydrate dissociation, the heat exchange between drilling fluid and formation, the change of mechanical and petrophysical properties, the gas-water two-phase seepage, and its interaction with rock deformation are considered. A finite element simulator is developed, and the impact of drilling mud on wellbore instability in HBS is simulated. Results indicate that the re- duction in pressure and the increase in temperature of the drilling fluid can accelerate hydrate decomposition and lead to mechanical properties getting worse tremendously. The cohesion decreases by 25% when the hydrate totally dissociates in HBS. This easily causes the wellbore instability accordingly. In the first two hours after the formation is drilled, the regions of hydrate dissociation and wellbore instability extend quickly. Then, with the soaking time of drilling fluid increasing, the regions enlarge little. Choosing the low temperature drilling fluid and increasing the drilling mud pressure appropriately can benefit the wellbore stability of HBS. The established model turns out to be an efficient tool in numerical studies of the hydrate dissociation behavior and wellbore stability of HBS.展开更多

The electric current density, temperature and velocity distributions in the torch are obtained through the coupled iterative calculation about the electromagnetic equations described in a magnetic vector potential format and the modified fluid dynamics equations. The fluid-solid coupled calculation method is applied to guarantee the continuity of the electric current and heat transfer at the interface between the electrodes and fluid. The predicted location of the anodic arc root attachment and the arc voltage of the torch are consistent with corresponding experimental results. Through a specific analysis of the influence of mass flow rates and electric current on the torch outlet parameters, the total thermal efficiency, thermal loss of each part, and the laws of the variation of outlet parameters with the variation of mass flow rates and electric current was obtained. It is found that operation under a laminar condition with a limited area of the anode could increase the total thermal efficiency of the torch.展开更多

Focusing on rotating water cooling radiating, the present paper proposes simulating the water cooling temperature field as well as the flow field through the method of combining fluid-solid coupled heat transfer and MRF(Multiphase Reference Frame). In addition, taking an 800 kW magnetic coupling as an example, the paper optimizes the shape, number, cooling water inlet speed? and so on? of the cooling channel. Considering factors such as the complete machine’s temperature, and drag torque, it is proved that the cooling e ect is best when there are 36 involute curved channels and when the inlet speed is 3 m/s. Furthermore, roll temperature has a large influence on the quality of magnesium alloy sheet; therefore, a new model using circular fluid flow control roll temperature has been designed. A scheme combined Single-phase freesurface method(SPF), momentum exchange method(MEM), and Lattice Boltzmann method(LBM) is proposed to predict the impact of rockfall-induced surges. First, the LBM-SPF model is used to simulate the motion of the free surface, and the MEM model is used to calculate the hydrodynamic force acting on rock mass. To address the incompatibility issue arising from the coupling of LBM-SPF model and MEM model, a correction scheme inside the solid is induced. The experimental results show that the silt inside the bucket has been strengthened by negative pressure, and the strengthening effect decreases with the increase of the distance from the bucket. A three-dimensional numerical model of the experiments was built by means of finite element software ABAQUS with fluid-solid coupling method. The results show that the bearing capacity of the silt inside the bucket foundation increases significantly at the former stage of negative pressure consolidation, while the increasing trend slows down over time. The rotation centers of the bucket foundation and the inner soil region tend to be closer to each other based on the consolidation. The bearing capacity of the bucket foundation is improved effectively with the increase of soil strength. The effects of negative pressure consolidation on the bearing capacity of bucket foundation were also illustrated by an actual offshore wind power project case.展开更多

We obtained the curved surfaces of ground surface subsidence and strata consolidation subsidence. The results show that the quantity of ground surface subsidence is 31 mm for the non-dewatering method, 39 mm for the dynamic dewatering method, and 105 mm for the dewatering method. Their ratio is 1:1.3:3.4; and the percentages of strata consolidation subsidence to whole ground surface subsidence of each construction method is 27% (no-dewatering), 50% (dynamic dewatering), and 79% (dewatering). It is obvious that the non-dewatering construction method is the most effective method to control the strata consolidation subsidence induced by metro tunneling in saturated soft clay strata, and it has been successfully applied to the construction of the Shenzben metro line 1.展开更多

It is assumed that the fluid is incompressible and inviscous, and the plate is made of rigid-plastic material and simply supported along its edge. By using the method of the Hankel integral transformation, the nonuniform fluid resistance is derived as the plate and the fluid is coupled. Finally, an analytic solution for a circular plate under a medium load is obtained according to the equations of motion of the plate with finite deformation.展开更多

Based on the simulation results, it is found that a non-uniform distribution of temperature appears in different positions of the blade surface, which has directly impacted on stress field. The maximum temperature with a value of 1030 ℃ occurs at the leading edge. During the steady stage, the maximum stress of thermally grown oxide (TGO) appears in the middle of the suction side, reaching 3.75 GPa. At the end stage of cooling, the maximum compressive stress of TGO with a value of-3.5 GPa occurs at the leading edge. Thus, it can be predicted that during the steady stage the dangerous regions may locate at the suction side, while the leadine edge mav be more Drone to failure on cooling.展开更多

文摘A series of model experiments of bucket foundations concerning suction installation and negative pressure consolidation in saturated silt were carried out in a cube steel bin at Tianjin University. The effects of negative pressure consolidation on the bearing capacity of bucket foundation were also illustrated by an actual offshore wind power project case.
文摘To choose the optimum construction method of metro tunneling, we conducted research with numerical simulation on strata consolidation subsidence by dewatering, dynamic dewatering, and non-dewatering construction method, taking the integrated effects of fluid-solid coupling and tunneling mechanics into account. It is obvious that the non-dewatering construction method is the most effective method to control the strata consolidation subsidence induced by metro tunneling in saturated soft clay strata, and it has been successfully applied to the construction of the Shenzben metro line 1.
文摘This paper mainly focuses on the simulation and experimental study of the reliability of the solid rocket nozzle cover. The test-bed is designed according to the technical requirements in order to provide different stamping rates and tests for different sizes of covers. The gas source, the four valves and the installation container structure are used to realize the stamping. The installation container is a multistage flange stacking structure to achieve the installation of different sizes of plugging covers, and then the opening process of the plugging cover is recorded by the high speed pressure sensor and the automatic control system. The fluid solid coupling method is used to simulate the impact state of plugging cover in the flow field at 10,20,30 and 35 ms,and the maximum pressure at 35 ms is 1.244 MPa.Then the deformation of aluminum alloy plugging cover is observed by stress analysis and display dynamic method. The maximum value of Von Mises Stress of the simulation result is 277.600 MPa.In the experimental test, the performance of the system is tested with a high strength plugging cover. In the opening state of the two large flux control valves, the pressure in the installation container reaches 1.000 MPa at 35 ms.And then we modify the experimental system with the knowledge of aerodynamic theory. Finally, the plugging cover is installed to carry out the experiment,so as to obtain the reliable stamping rate of the plugging cover.Simulations, blind measurements and measurement results provide strong data for reliability of the plugging cover opening, and provide reliable reference data for rocket engine charge structure and nozzle shape optimization.

文摘Groundwater exploitation has been regarded as the main reason for land subsidence in China and thus receives considerable attention from the government and the academic community.Recently, building loads have been identified as another important factor of land subsidence, but researches in this sector have lagged. The effect of a single building load on land subsidence was neglected in many cases owing to the narrow scope and the limited depth of the additional stress in stratum. However, due to the superposition of stresses between buildings, the additional stress of cluster loads is greater than that of a single building load under the same condition,so that the land subsidence caused by cluster loads cannot be neglected.Taking Shamen village in the north of Zhengzhou,China,as an example,a finite-difference model based on the Biot consolidation theory to calculate the land subsidence caused by cluster loads was established in this paper.Cluster loads present the characteristics of large-area loads, and the land subsidence caused by cluster loads can have multiple primary consolidation processes due to the stress superposition of different buildings was shown by the simulation results.Pore water migration distances are longer when the cluster loads with high plot ratio are imposed,so that consolidation takes longer time. The higher the plot ratio is,the deeper the effective deformation is,and thus the greater the land subsidence is.A higher plot ratio also increases the contribution that the deeper stratigraphic layers make to land subsidence.Contrary to the calculated results of land subsidence caused by cluster loads and groundwater recession, the percentage of settlement caused by cluster loads in the total settlement was 49.43%and 55.06%at two simulated monitoring points, respectively. These data suggest that the cluster loads can be one of the main causes of land subsidence.
文摘This paper concerns the dynamic plastic response of a circular plate resting on fluid subjected to a uniformly distributed rectangular load pulse with finite deformation. It is assumed that the fluid is incompressible and inviscous, and the plate is made of rigid-plastic material and simply supported along its edge. By using the method of the Hankel integral transformation, the nonuniform fluid resistance is derived as the plate and the fluid is coupled. Finally, an analytic solution for a circular plate under a medium load is obtained according to the equations of motion of the plate with finite deformation.
文摘A deep-sea resonant sandwich linear ultrasonic motor is proposed and designed. We determine the parameter of its structure by finite-element analysis. The piezoelectric actuator adopts compound vibration mode of fifth order bending vibration and second order longitudinal. The mode degeneracy of that is completed. We manufacture the prototype to measure the performance of it. We measure its vibration mode and resonant frequency. The velocity of prototype can reach 264.5 mm/s while the water pressure is 8 MPa and the voltage signal with frequency of 30.30 kHz and voltage amplitude of 150 V.

文摘To study the temperature distribution and thermal-stress field in different service stages, a two-dimensional model of a turbine blade with thermal barrier coatings is developed, in which the conjugate heat transfer analysis and the decoupled thermal-stress calculation method are adopted. Thus, it can be predicted that during the steady stage the dangerous regions may locate at the suction side, while the leadine edge mav be more Drone to failure on cooling.
