This study takes the perspective of Big Data technology and collects relevant information on the application of supply chain management in 100 agricultural product enterprises through a survey questionnaire. The study found that the use of Big Data can effectively improve the accuracy of demand forecasting, inventory management efficiency, optimize logistics costs, improve supplier management efficiency, enhance the overall level of supply chain management of enterprises, and propose innovative strategies for supply chain management of agricultural products enterprises based on this. Big Data technology brings a new solution for agricultural products enterprises to enhance their supply chain management level, making the supply chain smarter and more efficient. 展开更多

A construction strategy for a tunnel with big deformation 被引量:2

By integrating literature reviews, site observa- tion, field monitoring, theoretical analysis, summarization, etc., a construction strategy was proposed and verified for tunneling with big deformation in this paper. The tunnel was in phyllite, shotcrete cracks and steel arch distortion were observed, and a big deformation with a maximum of 2.0 m was monitored during the initial stage of the construction. Through carefully examining the site observation and laboratory test results, a construction principle was established for the tunneling on the basic concept of maintaining the rock strength/stiffness and keeping the rock dry, by providing confinement pressure to the rock, reducing the rock exposure time, keeping water out of the tunnel, etc. To achieve the construction principle, a set of specific construction measures with 11 items was further proposed and applied to the construction. To check the effectiveness of the construction measures, field monitoring was carried out, which showed that the rock deformation was well controlled and the tunnel became stable. An allowable deformation was then determined using the Fenner formulae and the monitored data in order to guide further construction, which received a good result. From this study, it can be concluded that providing quick strong initial support and reserving core soil at the working faceare extremely important to control the rock deformation and keep the tunnel stable. 展开更多

Industry is the main industry of the real economy,the main body of scientific and technological innovation,and essential support for improving the quality and efficiency of the regional economy.In recent years,Guizhou’s industry has achieved efficiency,motivation,and change by relying on three strategic actions:big data,significant poverty alleviation,and big ecology,which has promoted the development of Guizhou’s s industrial economy.Guided by the ideas and concepts of high-quality development,this paper intends to construct the evaluation index system and evaluation model for the high-quality development of the industrial economy.This paper evaluates the high-quality development of the industrial economy in Guizhou Province from both vertical and horizontal aspects.Vertically,Guizhou in recent years in terms of big data,big ecology,and poverty alleviation strategy under the development trend is good;horizontally,among the four provinces and cities in southwestern China,Guizhou Province has the lowest average score in the past five years,and it is urgent to improve the talent policy and promote the upgrading of industrial structure.Finally,combined with relevant policies,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the shortboard of industrial development in Guizhou to promote the high-quality development of Guizhou’s industry. 展开更多

欧洲国际石油公司一直是国际油气行业能源转型的先行者和领跑者,但随着国际政治经济形势和地缘政治的剧烈变化,欧洲国际石油公司纷纷放弃原先较为激进的“大能源”转型发展战略和降低油气业务比重的计划,被迫实施油气业务“归核化”举... 欧洲国际石油公司一直是国际油气行业能源转型的先行者和领跑者,但随着国际政治经济形势和地缘政治的剧烈变化,欧洲国际石油公司纷纷放弃原先较为激进的“大能源”转型发展战略和降低油气业务比重的计划,被迫实施油气业务“归核化”举措。而北美国际石油公司则坚守“大油气”转型发展战略,始终坚持稳健均衡的转型发展战略、转型实施路径、投资策略及并购策略,采取更为稳妥务实的转型举措,选择开展与油气业务强相关的、可以有效利用现有油气基础设施和公用工程的生物质、氢能及CCUS业务。实践表明,传统油气业务是国际油气行业能源转型的最大底层经济支撑,能源转型要避免大幅剥离传统油气资产而造成暂时或区域能源供应安全问题,油气资源目前依然是油气行业核心竞争力的主要来源。我国油气行业可借鉴北美国际石油公司能源转型发展的经验,研究制定中长期油气增储上产发展战略目标,积极有效地实施高效勘探、效益开发,因地制宜地发展战略性新兴产业和未来产业,优先选择可以与现有产业、业务、资产形成协同效应、耦合效果的新兴产业和业务,摒弃“只买不卖”的传统资产经营理念,树立资产并购与剥离常态化思维,同时加快与数字化、人工智能先进技术的耦合发展。 展开更多
