Six main factors such as ammonia nitrogen(NH-N),total phosphorus(TP),total nitrogen(TN),chemical oxygen demand(COD),dissolved oxygen(DO) and p H were used to establish the evaluation and classification standards of water quality. The results show that the evaluation results of water quality by RAGA-PPCE model and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are basically the same. The evaluation results of RAGA-PPCE model are objective and reasonable and can be applied to the comprehensive evaluation of water quality.展开更多

[Objective]The research aimed to analyze precipitation change and agricultural drought and flood degrees during crop growth season in Binzhou.[Method]Based on monthly rainfall and average temperature data at Binzhou m...[Objective]The research aimed to analyze precipitation change and agricultural drought and flood degrees during crop growth season in Binzhou.[Method]Based on monthly rainfall and average temperature data at Binzhou meteorological observatory during March-November of1981-2010,by using linear regression,climatic tendency rate and dry-wet coefficient,precipitation change and agricultural drought and flood degrees during crop growth season of the past 30 years in Binzhou were analyzed from natural precipitation tendency change and satisfaction degree of agricultural water demand during crop growth season.[Result]In the past 30 years,precipitation during growth season in Binzhou presented increasing tendency.Spring,summer and autumn precipitation all increased somewhat,especially summer precipitation.Monthly average rainfall distribution was very uneven,and rainfall in July and August was more.In the past 30 years,average dry-wet coefficient K value during crop growth season in Binzhou was 0.60,it overall belonged to moderate drought climate type,and occurrence frequency of drought was 97%.It belonged to serious drought climate type in spring and autumn and light drought climate type in summer.Dry-wet coefficient presented rising tendency,illustrating that climate was developing toward wet direction.Seen from mean over the years,except humid in July,it was over light drought in other months.[Conclusion]Climate was overall arid during crop growth season in Binzhou,but precipitation somewhat increased in the past 30 years.Therefore,we suggested that artificial rainfall work should be enhanced.展开更多

Isolation and purification, biochemical and molecular biolo- gy identification and drug susceptibility test of Streptococcus suis were carried out, and mixed infection of S. suis with classical swine fever virus, pseudorabics virus and porcine circovirus virus was statistically analyzed. The results showed that 46 strains of S. suis were screened, and the positive rate was approximately 24.9%, with high degree of resistance and multiple resistances. S. suis had different degrees of mixed infection with classical swine fever virus, pseudorabics virus and porcine cireovirus virus, and the total mixed infection rate was 58.7%.展开更多

The dominant species, common species and rare species, as well as floristic characters of different locust species were determined in different ecological environments at different periods. To evaluate the levels of heavy metal pollution and risks in consumption of aquatic products from a market in Binzhou,the contents of Cu,Zn,Cd,Cr and Pb in the edible part of eight aquatic species such as Ctenopharyng...To evaluate the levels of heavy metal pollution and risks in consumption of aquatic products from a market in Binzhou,the contents of Cu,Zn,Cd,Cr and Pb in the edible part of eight aquatic species such as Ctenopharyngodon idellus were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The results show that the levels of the five elements differed among different species of aquatic products.The ability of bivalves to accumulate heavy metals was significantly higher than that of fish.Compared with relevant food hygiene standards,there was a certain excess of Cr in Ruditapes philippinarum and Penaeus vannamei.The results of human exposure risk assessment show that the THQ values of the heavy metals in the eight aquatic species were all less than 1,indicating that the consumption of these aquatic products had no potential non-carcinogenic risks.展开更多

文摘[Objective]The research aimed to analyze precipitation change and agricultural drought and flood degrees during crop growth season in Binzhou.[Method]Based on monthly rainfall and average temperature data at Binzhou meteorological observatory during March-November of1981-2010,by using linear regression,climatic tendency rate and dry-wet coefficient,precipitation change and agricultural drought and flood degrees during crop growth season of the past 30 years in Binzhou were analyzed from natural precipitation tendency change and satisfaction degree of agricultural water demand during crop growth season.[Result]In the past 30 years,precipitation during growth season in Binzhou presented increasing tendency.Spring,summer and autumn precipitation all increased somewhat,especially summer precipitation.Monthly average rainfall distribution was very uneven,and rainfall in July and August was more.In the past 30 years,average dry-wet coefficient K value during crop growth season in Binzhou was 0.60,it overall belonged to moderate drought climate type,and occurrence frequency of drought was 97%.It belonged to serious drought climate type in spring and autumn and light drought climate type in summer.Dry-wet coefficient presented rising tendency,illustrating that climate was developing toward wet direction.Seen from mean over the years,except humid in July,it was over light drought in other months.[Conclusion]Climate was overall arid during crop growth season in Binzhou,but precipitation somewhat increased in the past 30 years.Therefore,we suggested that artificial rainfall work should be enhanced.

文摘To fully understand swine stroptococcosis in Binzhou and surrounding areas, we studied its incidence rate and incidence characteristics in 2013, in order to put forward constructive suggestions for scientific prevention and control of swine streptococcosis. Isolation and purification, biochemical and molecular biolo- gy identification and drug susceptibility test of Streptococcus suis were carried out, and mixed infection of S. suis with classical swine fever virus, pseudorabics virus and porcine circovirus virus was statistically analyzed. The results showed that 46 strains of S. suis were screened, and the positive rate was approximately 24.9%, with high degree of resistance and multiple resistances. S. suis had different degrees of mixed infection with classical swine fever virus, pseudorabics virus and porcine cireovirus virus, and the total mixed infection rate was 58.7%.
文摘Based on the census and analysis on locust occurrence in Binzhou from 1991 to 2010, the locust species that ever occurred in Binzhou were identified. A total of 18 locust species were found. They belong to six families and 15 genera. The identified locust species were distributed in farmland, wasteland, swamp and special environment, four different ecological environments in Binzhou. The dominant species, common species and rare species, as well as floristic characters of different locust species were determined in different ecological environments at different periods. In this paper, the life histories and habits of seven dominant and two rare locust species were described in detail.

文摘Based on the relevant statistics on the agricultural non-point source pollution in Binzhou City,we studied the spatio-temporal variation in agricultural non-point source nitrogen pollution and phosphorus pollution in Binzhou City during 2008-2015. The results showed that the agricultural non-point source nitrogen pollution and phosphorus pollution in Binzhou City changed from 114400 t and 28800 t in 2008 to110600 t and 24400 t in 2015,respectively; for the non-point source nitrogen pollution sources,the proportion of chemical fertilizer,manure and domestic sewage changed from 80. 41%,10. 47% and 9. 13% in 2008 to 82. 94%,4. 77% and 12. 29% in 2015,respectively; for the non-point source phosphorus pollution sources,the proportion of chemical fertilizer,manure and domestic sewage changed from 89. 29%,8. 32% and 2. 39% in 2008 to 91. 6%,4. 78% and 3. 62% in 2015,respectively; in 2015,the non-point source nitrogen pollution was most serious in Wudi County and Huimin County and least serious in Zhanhua County; the non-point source phosphorus pollution was most serious in Zouping County and least serious in Wudi County.

文摘Using entropy method and the urban ecological environment suitability index method,22 indicators were chosen from economic system,social system,and environmental system to measure and evaluate the suitability of urban ecological environment in Binzhou City during 2008-2015. The results showed that the suitability of urban ecological environment in Binzhou City was high overall from 2008 to 2015. It was at grade II in 2008 and 2009 and at grade I in the other years. The development level of economic and environmental systems was relatively high,and some indicators of social system had certain shortcomings.

文摘The coordinated development of urban and rural areas is an inevitable trend to break the dual urban-rural structure and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.The statistical data on the overall economic and social development of urban and rural areas in Binzhou from 2006 to 2015 were studied and analyzed,and an urban and rural integrated evaluation index system was established,which was evaluated using principal component analysis.The results showed that the overall level of urban and rural integrated development in Binzhou City is low,but has been rising in recent years;and the urbanrural dual structure gradually weakens.

文摘To evaluate the levels of heavy metal pollution and risks in consumption of aquatic products from a market in Binzhou,the contents of Cu,Zn,Cd,Cr and Pb in the edible part of eight aquatic species such as Ctenopharyngodon idellus were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The results show that the levels of the five elements differed among different species of aquatic products.The ability of bivalves to accumulate heavy metals was significantly higher than that of fish.Compared with relevant food hygiene standards,there was a certain excess of Cr in Ruditapes philippinarum and Penaeus vannamei.The results of human exposure risk assessment show that the THQ values of the heavy metals in the eight aquatic species were all less than 1,indicating that the consumption of these aquatic products had no potential non-carcinogenic risks.
