目的:探讨CT引导下生物胶定位联合单操作孔胸腔镜手术在肺部小结节治疗中的应用。方法:选取2019年2月-2021年7月揭阳市人民医院收治的60例肺部小结节患者。随机将其分为对照组和试验组,各30例。试验组给予CT引导下生物胶定位联合单操作...目的:探讨CT引导下生物胶定位联合单操作孔胸腔镜手术在肺部小结节治疗中的应用。方法:选取2019年2月-2021年7月揭阳市人民医院收治的60例肺部小结节患者。随机将其分为对照组和试验组,各30例。试验组给予CT引导下生物胶定位联合单操作孔胸腔镜手术,对照组给予常规三孔胸腔镜手术。比较两组围手术期指标、术后恢复情况及并发症。结果:试验组术中探查及手术总时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组切口瘢痕长度及住院时间均短于对照组,术后12、36 h VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率(10.00%)低于对照组(13.33%),但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CT引导下生物胶定位联合单操作孔胸腔镜手术治疗肺部小结节,可对结节病灶准确定位,进而缩短手术时间,且手术创伤小,更有助于患者术后快速恢复,值得推广。展开更多
