The influence of phasetransfer catalyst, pH value, buffer agent, substrate concentration, substituent on the benzene ringof porphyrin, and the central metal ion, etc., on the reaction rates were investigatedmeticulously. The results showed that the calix [6] arene-bismetalloporphyrins had a much highercatalytic activity than that of the corresponding metalloporphyrins.展开更多

Wherein two kinds of novel enzym models of steroids-metalloporphyrin and calixarene-metalloporphyrin have been synthesized and employed as cytochrome P450 modeling. These biomimetic systems exhibited high catalytic selectivity and efficiency in oxidation of olefins (styrene, cyclohexene) and hydrocarbonds (isopropylbenzene) as well as phenol (p-benzenediol). The excellent catalytic property stems mainly from hydrophobic effect and multiple recognition sites that lead to cooperative catalysis.展开更多
