The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 10.074(17), b = 15.05(2), c = 18.99(3) ?, β = 98.85(3)o, V = 2845(8) ?3, Z = 4, F(000) = 1464, Dc = 1.746 g/cm3, μ = 6.523 mm-1, R = 0.0333 and wR = 0.0703. In this complex, the bismuth atom is eight-coordinated in a capped distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry. 展开更多

A novel dimer of the bismuth(Ⅲ) complex with dithiotetrahydropyrrolocarbamate, [Bi(S_2CNC_4H_8)_2·(NO_3)]_2, was synthesized and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to a monoclinic system with space group P2_1/n, a=0.64718(13) nm, b=2.6738(6) nm, c=1.0423(2) nm, β=106.384(3)°, Z=4, V=1.730(3) nm^3, D_c=2.163 g/cm^3, μ=10.682 mm^(-1), F(000)=1072, R=0.0329, wR=0.0659. The structure shows a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal configuration with the seven-coordinated central Bi atom. In the crystal, the molecular packing in the unit cell reveals that the two adjacent molecules are symmetrically linked each other in the dimer by virtue of a couple of Bi-S interaction. 展开更多

A bismuth(Ⅲ) complex 1 (H2-4,4'-bipy)[Bi(HPPA)5](H2PPA).4H2O (H2PPA = p- hydroxy- phenylacetic acid, 4,4'-bipy = 4,4"-bipyridyl) was hydrothermally synthesized from p-hydroxy-phenylacetic acid (H2PPA), Bi(NO3)3"6H20 and 4,4'-bipyridyl, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, molar conductivity and TG. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies demonstrated that the complex is of monoclinic system, space group P21 with a = 10.928(7), b = 22.558(7), c = 11.313(7) A, β = 91.864(4)°, V = 2787.7(4) A3, Z = 2, C58H61BiN2O22, Mr = 1347.07, F(000) = 1364, Dc= 1.605 g/cm-3, p(MoKa) = 3.247 mm-1, the final R = 0.0269 and wR = 0.0540 for 9776 observed reflections with I 〉 2or(I). The bismuth(I/I) is seven-coordinated with O atoms, forming a monocapped octahedral geometry. Complex 1 further forms a 3D supramolecular architecture by hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group PI with a = 11.199(2), b = 11.593(2), c = 11.865(3)/A, α= 99.330(1), β = 111.506(1), γ = 104.804(1)^o, V= 1328.4(5)A^3, Dc= 1.722 g/cm^3, Z = 1, Mr = 1377.82, F(000) = 692,μ(MoKa) = 2.306 mm^-1, S = 1.093, R= 0.0281 and wR = 0.0756 for 4179 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(/)). The coordination polyhedron around Zn(II) can be described as a tetrahedron, trigonal bipyramid and octahedron. A new nickel(Ⅱ) complex, C34H38N8NiO4, has been prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 11.715(5), b = 12.328(5), c =11.113(5)A, β= 92.589(5)°, Z = 2, Dc = 1.411 g/cm^3,μ = 0.658 mml, the final R = 0.0427 and wR = 0.1099 for 2229 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The complex is a centrosymmetric plane in which nickel(Ⅱ) is coordinated in a regular octahedron to the ligand phenytoin through the nitrogen atoms of ethylenediamine, imine and amine. The complex was valued for its antimicrobial activity against bacterial strands using the agar diffusion method, and found to be active against the four test bacterial organisms. Preliminary screening for antimicrobial activities showed that the title complex is quite active against standard strains of Salmonella species, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus pumilus and Eschierichia coli. 展开更多

The compound crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group Pbcn with a = 12.0821(II), b = 18.3140(17), c = 30.961(3) A, V= 6850.7(11) A^3, C80H48C14N4O12Zn2, Mr= 1529.76, Dc = 1.483 g/cm^3,μ(MoKa) = 0.925 mm^-1, F(000) = 3120, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0559 and wR = 0.1146 for 3963 observed reflections (I〉 2σ(I)). In the crystal structure, the zinc atom is five-coordinated with three carboxylate oxygen atoms from three different cbba ligands and two nitrogen atoms from the phen ligand, showing a distorted square-pyramidal geometry. The crystal is of triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 7.5380(6), b = 8.0402(7), c = 13.5094(11) , α = 104.269(1), β = 93.604(1), γ = 98.349(1)°, V = 780.93(11) 3, Mr = 765.00, Dc = 1.627 g/cm3, F(000) = 390, μ = 0.776 mm-1 and Z = 1. The final R = 0.0322 and wR = 0.0825 for 7038 observed reflections with I 2σ(I) and R = 0.0341 and wR = 0.0832 for all data. The title complex exhibits an infinite chain-like structure through bridging isonicotinate-N-oxide. Strong interchain hydrogen bonds between isonicotinate-N-oxide and H2biim result in the robust 3-D supramolecular architecture. Moreover, the complex shows strong photoluminescence with emission maximum at λ = 401 nm upon λex = 330 nm. 展开更多

The L molecule is nonplanar and intermolecular C-H...N hydrogen bonds link two L molecules to form a dimer, which is further connected by intermolecular C-H...π interactions to produce 1D chains along the c axis. In complex 1-Me2CO, the iron(II) cation lies in a distorted octahedral environment with two cis-disposed NCS- ions. The L ligand coordinates via one triazole nitrogen and the quinolyl nitrogen. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic system, P21/c space group with a = 1.09515(8), b = 1.17739(8), c = 2.29075(14) nm, β = 117.070(4)°, V = 2.6302(3) nm3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.417 g/cm3, ? = 0.999 mm–1, F(000) = 1123, R = 0.0472 and wR = 0.1169. X-ray single-crystal diffraction showed that 1 demonstrates a one-dimensional chain structure. The quantum chemical calculation of 1 has been investigated. Complex 1 emits fluo- rescence at 558 nm and exhibits certain inhibitory activity against NCI-H460, A549 and MCF-7. 展开更多

A new zinc(II) complex, Zn(2-NH2py)2Br2 (py=pyridine), has been synthesized, and its molecular structure has been confirmed by IR, elemental analysis and -ray crystal structure analysis. Its space group is P21/n with Mr=413.43 (C10H12Br2N4Zn), a=7.435(2), b=12.865(3), c=14.186(4)? b=94.08(2)? V=1353.5(5) 3, Z=4, Dc=2.029 g/cm3, F(000)=328, ?2.378mm-1, R=0.0283, wR=0.0501. The total observed reflections with I≥2?I) were 5314, of which the independent reflections were 3106. The complex structure contains a distorted tetrahedron formed by four atoms coordinated to zinc atom, namely two bromide atoms and two nitrogen atoms. The two ZnBr bond lengths within one molecule, 2.3763(6) and 2.4002(5)? respectively, are not equal; and so are the two ZnN bond lengths, which are 2.031(2) and 2.044(2)?respectively. The calculation results using PM3 method through MOPAC software package in Chem 3D show that its first molecular hyperpolarizability b value is 5.210-30esu, which is comparable with that of p-nitroaniline. No bulk SHG effect has been detected due to the centrosymmetric space group. 展开更多

Structural analyses reveal that complex 1 exhibits a(6, 6)-connected topology network with a Schl?fli symbol of(63). The adjacent 2 D layers are further stacked via strong hydrogen-bonding interactions, giving a 3 D supramolecular framework. In addition, the structure of complex 1 was calculated by the B3LYP/LANL2 DZ method by Gaussian program. The complex with empirical formula C48H32Cd2NI2024 (Mr = 692.83) crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a - 12.0344(14), b = 10.5752(13), c = 21.578(3) A, β = 104.150(2)°, V = 2662.8(6) A^3, Z = 2, D, = 1.728 g/cm^3,μ(MoKa) = 0.897 mm^-1, F(000) = 1384, S = 1.016 and (△/σ)max = 0.001. R = 0.0638 and wR = 0.0737 for all data; the final R = 0.0337 and wR = 0.0644. In this complex, four carboxylates are bidentate-or chelate-coordinated with the Cd(Ⅱ) centers to give the dinuclear structure. The other coordination positions of Cd(Ⅱ) are occupied by the lone pair electrons from N of four pyridines. Thermal analyses DSC and TG-DTG have been used to determine the thermal decomposition mechanism of the title complex. 展开更多

The crystal structure has been determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P2 1/c with a = 8.982(2), b = 17.908(4), c = 13.219(3) A, β= 96.981(4)°, Z = 4, V= 2110.6(8) A^3, Dc = 1.347 g/cm^3, μ(MoKa) = 12.23 cm^-1, F(000) = 880, R = 0.0497 and wR = 0.1263. In the molecular structure of the title complex, the tin atoms are five-coordinated in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry. A one-dimensional linear polymer is formed through an interaction between the O atoms of pyridine-3-carboxylic acid N-oxide and tin atoms of an adjacent molecule. 展开更多

The complex crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 10.960(2), b = 9.4841(18), c = 20.599(4), β = 104.452(3)o, V = 2073.4(7)3, C48H36N4O10Zn2, Mr = 959.55, Dc = 1.537 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.225 mm-1, F(000) = 984, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0364 and wR = 0.0843 for 2788 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). In the crystal structure, the zinc atom is five-coordinated with two carboxylate oxygen atoms from different dpas, one coordinated water molecule and two nitrogen atoms from bipy ligands, showing a slightly distorted triangular bipyramidal geometry. Furthermore, it exhibits a zero-dimensional network structure with a sixteen-membered ring and shows yellow photoluminescent property at room temperature. 展开更多
