Spatially direct and indirect transitions between the electronic levels at and above the effective band gap are well resolved. The shifts of the electronic levels with Bi incorporation are identified quantitatively. The results show that the upshift of the valence band edge is clarified to be dominant, while the Bi-induced downshift of the conduction band edge does exist and contributes to the band gap reduction in the GaSbBi quantum-well layer by (29±6)%.展开更多
Magneto-optic Faraday rotation effect and the amount of bismuth substituted in yttrium iron garnet single crystal films prepared by gel-coating on modified gadolinium-gallium garnet substrates are investigated, where ...Magneto-optic Faraday rotation effect and the amount of bismuth substituted in yttrium iron garnet single crystal films prepared by gel-coating on modified gadolinium-gallium garnet substrates are investigated, where the gel is synthesized by a sol-gel reaction of nitrates and ethylene glycol. The coated gel is annealed in air at temperatures up to 660 ℃ for 4 h, which is about 300 ℃ lower than that of liquid-phase epitaxy. The maximum amount of Bi substitution is x =2.7 and the crystallization temperature of garnet phase decreases with the increase of x down to 520 ℃ for x =2.7. In this film, a huge Faraday rotation of -8.1×10 4 (°)/cm at λ =0.633 μm is obtained.展开更多

We prepared a series of samples with nominal composition of Bi2-xPbxSr2Ca2Cu3Oy (0.1&lex&le2). The zero resistance transition temperature Tc of 106K and the critical transport current density Jc of 1 × 103A/cm2 at 77K have been obtained for the samples of Bi2-xPbxSr2Ca2Cu3Oy (x=0.2 and 0.3). The X-ray diffraction analysis and measurement of AC magnetic susceptibility confirmed that the material is comprised of single high-Tc phase. We also report the magnetic properties of this material as well as the results of TEM observation.展开更多

The two materials were deposited, on top of SiO2/Si substrates, using P...We report on the fabrication and characterization of multi-leg bismuth telluride (Bi2Te3) and antimony telluride (Sb2Te3) thermoelectric devices. The two materials were deposited, on top of SiO2/Si substrates, using Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD). The SiO2 layer was used to provide insulation between the devices and the Si wafer. Copper was used as an electrical connector and a contact for the junctions. Four devices were built, where the Bi2Te3 and Sb2Te3 were deposited at substrate temperatures of 100°C, 200°C, 300°C and 400°C. The results show that the device has a voltage sensitivity of up to 146 μV/K and temperature sensitivity of 6.8 K/mV.展开更多
目的比较不同抗生素组合的铋剂四联、序贯疗法根除Hp的成本-效果,确定最佳根除方案。方法选择2014年9月~2015年2月就诊于山西医科大学第一医院消化科门诊初次检测Hp阳性的慢性胃炎患者120例,随机分为三组:A组加例,给予含克拉霉素的铋剂...目的比较不同抗生素组合的铋剂四联、序贯疗法根除Hp的成本-效果,确定最佳根除方案。方法选择2014年9月~2015年2月就诊于山西医科大学第一医院消化科门诊初次检测Hp阳性的慢性胃炎患者120例,随机分为三组:A组加例,给予含克拉霉素的铋剂四联方案;B组40例,给予含呋喃唑酮的铋剂四联方案;C组40例,给予序贯疗法。疗程均10 d,停药1个月后复查^(14)C呼气试验。根除率按意向性(Intention To Treat,ITT)分析和符合方案(Per Protocol,PP)分析,计算各方案所需成本并进行成本-效果分析。结果①按ITT分析,A、B、C三组根除率分别为82.5%、87.5%、92.5%;按PP分析,根除率分别为84.6%、89.7%、92.5%,不同方案根除率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②3种方案药物成本分别为409.8元、336.2元、322.6元,成本-效果比(C/E)分别为4.84、3.75、3.49。结论序贯疗法根除率最高、成本最低、C/E最小,经济、安全、有效,可作为首选一线根除方案;其次为含呋喃唑酮的铋剂四联方案。展开更多
