Urban air pollution is a commonly concerned environmental problem in the world. Identification of air quality trend using long-term monitoring data is helpful to understand the effectiveness of pollution control strategies. This study, using data from six monitoring stations in Zhengzhou City, analyzed the changing trend in concentrations of SO2, NOJNO2 and TSP/PM10 in 1996-2008, based on non-parametric Mann-Kendall test and Sen's slope estimator, and evaluated the comprehensive air pollution level using Multi-Pollutant Index (MPI). It was found that the concen- tration of each pollutant exceeded obviously the World Health Organization (WHO) guideline value, but the changing trend varied: SO2 and NO2 were significantly increased mainly due to an increase in coal consumption and vehicle number, while NOx, TSP and PM10 decreased. The air pollution was serious, and differed markedly among the three functional regions: it is the most severe in the Industrial and Residential Area (IRA), followed by the Transportation Hub and Business District (THBD), and then the High-tech, Cultural and Educational Area (HCEA). Different from NO2 concentration that had a similar change trend/rate among the function regions, the change rate of PM10 concentra- tion differed spatially, decreased much more obviously in THBD than other two regions. For the whole city, the com- prehensive air pollution level declined gradually, illustrating that the air quality in Zhengzhou was improved in the last decade. 展开更多

Atmospheric particles in central London during July 1996 have been apportioned to sources by two complimentary techniques: (1) morphological characteristics, determined using high power light microscopy; (2) chemical composition determined by energy dispersive spectroscopy. During the study period, the majority of particles were found to be either biological in origin, or from vehicle related combustion processes. Trends in the latter group of particles are explored further. Numbers of particles per cubic metre were determined at an hourly resolution over a period of six days, and were found to be significantly correlated with other traffic pollutants such as benzene and 1,3 butadiene, although there is no relationship with mass of PM10 as measured by a nearby UK Government monitoring station. We suggest in this paper that numbers of particles from car exhausts are more representative of traffic pollution than current estimates which use monitoring by mass. 展开更多

A 600 MW coal-fired boiler with a four-corner tangential combustion mode is considered here to study the combustion features and pollutant emissions at different loads for large-percentages of blending dried sludges.The influence of the over-fired air(OFA)coefficient is examined and the impact of the blending ratio on the boiler operation is explored.The results show that for low blending ratios,a slight increase in the blending ratio can improve the combustion of bituminite,whereas a further increase leads to the deterioration of the combustion of blended fuels and thus reduces the boiler efficiency.Enhancing the supporting capability of the secondary air effectively reduces the slagging degree in the bottom ash hopper and improves the burnout rate of coals.For a large-percentage blending case at full load,it is found that the OFA coefficient must be reduced appropriately,otherwise,a secondary high-temperature combustion zone can be generated in the vicinity of the furnace arches,causing high temperature slagging and superheater tube bursting.Considering the influences of combustion and pollutant emissions,the recommended OFA coefficient is 0.2.Blending dried sludge under low loads increases the flue gas temperature at the furnace exit.While reducing the flue gas temperature in the main combustion region,which is beneficial to the safe operation of the denitrification system.Increasing the blending ratio and reducing load lead to an increase in NOx concentration at the furnace exit Sludges with low nitrogen content are suggested for the practical operation of boilers. 展开更多

Air is an important condition for human activities and survival,and its quality is closely related to the quality of life and level of health for the people.In recent years,the problem caused by air quality has become one of the main problems that endanger human health and restrict economic development,which has been widely concerned.In this paper,the air quality status and its changing trend were analyzed by using the methods of the comprehensive index of ambient air quality and Spearman s rank correlation coefficient,based on the hourly pollutant concentration data of five national ambient air quality monitoring stations in the central urban area of Liupanshui City,Guizhou Province from January 1,2015 to December 31,2019.The results showed that the concentration of air pollutants in the atmosphere in the past five years showed a downward trend in the central urban area of Liupanshui City.During 2018-2019,the air quality has been up to the standard for two consecutive years,and it was developing to a higher quality direction.The air quality was better in summer half year than in winter half year.In one year,the air quality was the best in June and the worst in February.The air quality was the best at 07:00 and the worst at 21:00 every day.The air quality in the east and the west of the city was better than that in the middle.In most years,the activities,making and burning paper to resemble money as an offering sacrifices to gods or ancestors in Zhongyuan Festival,caused serious pollution. 展开更多

This paper introduces and analyzes Korea's NGV (natural gas vehicles) policy for soot-free bus fleet which intends to promote CNG (compressed natural gas) bus in metropolitan area for the reduction of air pollution from road sector. At the early stage, Korean goverrmaent established various supporting policy systems to encourage public transportation companies to purchase CNG buses as a means to replace diesel buses. It was evaluated as very successful with making net economic benefit of CNG bus promotion policy. During the 2nd stage, Korean government implemented CNG hybrid bus promotion policy to further reduce both air pollution and greenhouse gas. Now, a new social demand for the vehicles is zero-emission vehicles. The author asserts that current FCEV (fuel cell electric vehicle) should be considered as an alternative to zero-emission vehicles in Korea and suggests policy recommendation for the promotion of FCEV by referring the current CNG bus promotion policy in public transportation sector. 展开更多

生物质炉排炉内一次风沿炉排长度方向的配风方式会显著影响其燃烧特性,但目前未见相关报道。该文以某130t/h的秸秆直燃炉排炉为研究对象,探究一次风配风方式对炉内燃烧和污染物生成等关键参数的影响。开展一次风均匀(基准)、分段和精细... 生物质炉排炉内一次风沿炉排长度方向的配风方式会显著影响其燃烧特性,但目前未见相关报道。该文以某130t/h的秸秆直燃炉排炉为研究对象,探究一次风配风方式对炉内燃烧和污染物生成等关键参数的影响。开展一次风均匀(基准)、分段和精细分段配风下,炉排和炉膛气固两相燃烧的耦合数值模拟。结果表明:1)基准工况的模拟值与现场实测的炉内温度和出口NO等相对误差均在10%以内;2)与均匀配风相比,分段和精细分段配风提高了挥发分和焦炭燃烧段的氧气含量,促使更多的可燃物在固相燃烧,焦炭燃尽率由76.5%升至87.8%和95.5%;相应的从床层逸出到气相的可燃气体减少,使炉膛内烟气温度峰值降低且分布更加均匀;3)后两个工况中避免了炉内出现局部高温、富氧区域,NOx的形成受到抑制,出口NO由172mg/m^(3)(11%O_(2))降至161mg/m^(3)和156mg/m^(3)。综上,沿炉排长度进行一次风的分段或精细分段配风,可明显改善生物质的燃尽和污染物生成特性。 展开更多

京津冀区域燃煤小锅炉清洁改造环境效益评估

燃煤小锅炉(≤35 t·h^(-1))作为散煤消耗的主要设备之一,其排放也是京津冀等区域大气污染的重要来源。尽管燃煤小锅炉清洁改造工作已经取得了一定成效,但关于其城市尺度的环境效益评估尚不充分,这在一定程度上限制了精准减排策略... 燃煤小锅炉(≤35 t·h^(-1))作为散煤消耗的主要设备之一,其排放也是京津冀等区域大气污染的重要来源。尽管燃煤小锅炉清洁改造工作已经取得了一定成效,但关于其城市尺度的环境效益评估尚不充分,这在一定程度上限制了精准减排策略的制定与实施。基于生态环境部收集的燃煤小锅炉清洁改造清单数据,采用排放因子法建立京津冀地区城市级燃煤小锅炉大气污染物排放清单,并利用WRF-CAMx空气质量模型模拟评估2013-2017年京津冀地区各城市燃煤小锅炉清洁改造的环境效益。结果显示,2013-2017年期间,京津冀地区完成约8万台、16.5万蒸吨燃煤小锅炉清洁改造,累积减煤量高达3.18×10^(7)t。燃煤小锅炉清洁改造对大气污染控制具有重要作用,2013-2017年京津冀地区常规大气污染物NO_(x)、SO_(2)、PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)和VOCS的减排量分别为4.77×10^(4)、19.3×10^(4)、2.85×10^(4)、3.02×10^(4)、1.54×10^(4)t。但其规模与污染物减排量不成比例,≤1 t·h^(-1)的燃煤小锅炉虽然仅占京津冀地区总清洁改造规模的15.9%,但其对PM_(2.5)和PM_(10)的减排贡献高达74.6%和89.2%。空气质量模拟结果也表明燃煤小锅炉清洁改造在一定程度上改善了京津冀地区的空气质量,北京市、天津市和河北省的PM_(2.5)年平均浓度分别下降了1.96%、3.54%和2.95%。工业密集区的改善效果尤为显著,最高降幅可达2.72μg·m^(-3)。不同改造方式中,煤改气及淘汰对空气质量改善贡献最大,这主要与其改造规模大小分布相一致。研究结果有利于相关部门更好地了解燃煤小锅炉清洁改造的必要性和潜在环境改善效果,亦可为东北地区、天山北坡城市群等城市群深化燃煤小锅炉清洁改造以及推进65 t·h^(-1)以上燃煤锅炉超低排放改造工作树立典范。 展开更多

基于政策和标准“双轮驱动”的提升四川省锅炉治理水平比较研究

锅炉是能源消费的主要载体,对减少二氧化碳和大气污染物排放、推动空气质量改善至关重要。国务院印发的《空气质量持续改善行动计划》提及“锅炉”16次,凸显其减排的迫切性。国家发展和改革委员会牵头印发的《锅炉绿色低碳高质量发展行... 锅炉是能源消费的主要载体,对减少二氧化碳和大气污染物排放、推动空气质量改善至关重要。国务院印发的《空气质量持续改善行动计划》提及“锅炉”16次,凸显其减排的迫切性。国家发展和改革委员会牵头印发的《锅炉绿色低碳高质量发展行动方案》则从减污降碳的角度进一步安排、部署了锅炉的整治工作。为了加快释放锅炉整治的大气污染物减排潜力,更加有力地支撑空气质量持续改善,研究结合四川省锅炉大气污染物排放标准前期研究成果,借鉴国内外锅炉治理经验,从政策引导和省级排放标准制定的角度,提出提升四川省锅炉治理水平的对策建议。结果显示:四川省锅炉整治面临政策缺乏针对性、执行标准宽松、激励机制不足等问题,部分地区燃气锅炉低氮燃烧改造率不足30%,燃煤锅炉和生物质锅炉的减排空间仍然较大。为提升四川省锅炉治理水平,建议实施高标准新建锅炉、加快存量锅炉整治、强化资金激励、加强差异化管控及锅炉设备更新改造,从而推动锅炉绿色低碳转型,实现减污降碳的协同增效。 展开更多

燃煤工业和生活锅炉(下称燃煤锅炉)是京津冀地区大气污染控制的重点,分析其污染物排放特征对燃煤锅炉的污染控制具有重要意义.对京津冀地区燃煤锅炉的容量、锅炉种类、除尘方式、实际除尘效率等技术分布信息进行了统计,在此基础上建立... 燃煤工业和生活锅炉(下称燃煤锅炉)是京津冀地区大气污染控制的重点,分析其污染物排放特征对燃煤锅炉的污染控制具有重要意义.对京津冀地区燃煤锅炉的容量、锅炉种类、除尘方式、实际除尘效率等技术分布信息进行了统计,在此基础上建立了基于技术分布信息的2012年京津冀地区燃煤锅炉大气污染物排放清单,并分析了技术特征对燃煤锅炉大气污染物排放的影响.结果表明:京津冀地区燃煤锅炉以10 t/h及以下的小容量锅炉为主,主要炉型为层燃炉,除尘方式以湿式除尘及多管旋风除尘为主;2012年京津冀地区燃煤锅炉的SO2、NOx、颗粒物、PM10和PM2.5排放量分别为90.81×104、30.88×104、31.46×104、14.64×104和8.07×104t,排放主要集中于10 t/h及以下和35 t/h以上的锅炉;天津、石家庄、保定、唐山是锅炉污染物排放量最大的城市;供热、食品、化工、造纸是燃煤锅炉排放最集中的行业.京津冀地区不同城市锅炉的容量及行业分布差异明显,各城市对燃煤锅炉应因地制宜采取天然气替代、集中供热等措施,以控制燃煤锅炉的污染物排放. 展开更多
