Boronization with carborane (C2B10H12) by ICRF has been applied routinely to the walls of HT-7 super-conducting tokamak for the reduction of impurity influx, especially carbon and oxygen. Significant suppression of metallic impurities and radiating power fraction are achieved. The improved confinement for both particle and energy is observed in full range of operation parameters. Energy balance analysis shows that electron heat diffusion coefficient is strongly reduced. Measurements by Langmuir probes at the edge plasma show that the poloidal velocity shear after boronization is changed to a profile favoring to good confinement. The main emphasis of this paper is to describe effects of boronization on aspects of the enhanced plasma performance. 展开更多

目的:建立仿生提取-高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱技术测定冰硼散及朱砂药材中可溶性汞含量的分析方法,可用于研究冰硼散及朱砂药材的用药安全性。方法:通过模拟人体胃肠道环境,采用人工胃液提取冰硼散及朱砂中的可溶性汞,结合高... 目的:建立仿生提取-高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱技术测定冰硼散及朱砂药材中可溶性汞含量的分析方法,可用于研究冰硼散及朱砂药材的用药安全性。方法:通过模拟人体胃肠道环境,采用人工胃液提取冰硼散及朱砂中的可溶性汞,结合高效液相色谱(以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;8%甲醇-0.06 mol·L^-1乙酸铵-0.05%2-巯基乙醇的水溶液为流动相;流速0.4 mL·min^-1;进样体积20μL)-电感耦合等离子体质谱技术进行分析测定。结果:通过检测15批冰硼散样品及9批朱砂药材,结果甲基汞、乙基汞、无机汞分别在0.0007~0.28、0.007~1.4、0.17~34 ng·mL^-1范围内,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r值分别为0.9997、0.9995、0.9998,平均回收率分别为96.8%、99.7%、98.0%,RSD分别为2.3%、2.8%、5.5%(n=6)。冰硼散中甲基汞含量为0.00046~0.018 mg·kg^-1,无机汞含量为0.64~4.73 mg·kg^-1,乙基汞含量为0.075~0.096 mg·kg^-1;朱砂中甲基汞含量为0~0.034 mg·kg^-1,无机汞含量为8.54~101.07 mg·kg^-1,乙基汞含量为0~0.82 mg·kg^-1。结论:该方法简便、快速、灵敏,重现性好,可用于冰硼散及朱砂药材中可溶性汞的测定。 展开更多

掺硼金刚石膜(BDD)具有良好的力学性质、生物相容性和表面抗污染性,有望在体内植入中保持长期的稳定性。以液态硼酸三甲酯为硼源,采用光刻工艺和选择性生长法制备线宽为200μm和100μm的BDD膜叉指微电极,所制备的微电极边界清晰规整、... 掺硼金刚石膜(BDD)具有良好的力学性质、生物相容性和表面抗污染性,有望在体内植入中保持长期的稳定性。以液态硼酸三甲酯为硼源,采用光刻工艺和选择性生长法制备线宽为200μm和100μm的BDD膜叉指微电极,所制备的微电极边界清晰规整、薄膜质量良好,图形区薄膜的选择性高。采用电化学工作站表征电极在电解质溶液中的循环伏安行为和阻抗特性,结果表明:掺硼金刚石膜电极的尺寸和形状对电化学窗口和背景电流影响较小。200μm和100μm的叉指电极相邻微带电极间扩散方式分别是线性扩散和半球形稳态扩散,100μm叉指电极的CV曲线趋近于半球形稳态扩散的S形。掺硼金刚石膜微电极只有一个时间常数,将利于物质的快速和准确检出。 展开更多

In this article, the authors report on the use of Radio Frequency (RF) Magnetron Sputtering combined with Plasma-Based Ion Implantation (PBII) technique to synthesize the Boron-Carbon (B-C) films. High purity of boron carbide (99.5%) disk was used as a target with an RF power of 300 W. The mixtures of Argon (Ar)-Methane (CH4) ware used as reactive gas under varying CH4 partial flow pressure at the specified range of 0 - 0.15 Pa and fixed total gas pressure and total gas flow at 0.30 Pa and 30 sccm, respectively. The effect of CH4 flow ratio on the friction coefficient of B-C films was studied. The friction coefficient of the film depended on the concentration of B. When it was 10% or lower, the coefficient decreased to 0.2 or lower. In this concentration range of B, the specific wear rate also decreased to the order of 10-7 mm3/Nm, and excellent wear resistance was displayed. 展开更多
