Three-dimensional forming problems are transformed into two-dimensional problems, and mathematical model of die cavity surface is established based on different kinds of vertical curve, as well as the mathematical model of plastic flow in extruding deformation of special-shaped products gets completed. By upper bound method, both vertical curves of die cavity and its parameters are optimized. Combining the optimized model with the latest NC technology, NC Program of die cavity and its CAM can be realized. This paper presents the major analyses carried out on shape and form’s characteristic database from Japanese and Vietnamese traditional daily products(TDPs).The aim of the research is to recognize the vital specifica...This paper presents the major analyses carried out on shape and form’s characteristic database from Japanese and Vietnamese traditional daily products(TDPs).The aim of the research is to recognize the vital specifications representing for a national style by comparing two different countries together.By using Quantification Theory Type III and Cluster analysis,firstly,the analyses were undergone separately for Japanese and then Vietnamese product data in succession so that a view of general direction for each country was caught.The result showing a difference in scale of“Complexity”and“Specification”axis between Japan and Vietnam leads to performance of the analysis done on combine database of the two countries to get a clearer view of correlation between them.However,the biggest difference between the two countries lies in“Form”(Geometric—Organic)axis.Continuously,for studying more deeply into outline of product shape,the main ratios that affect the appearance or gorgeousness of product’s outline were taken into account and analyzed.By comparing this result to the previous ones,finally a wider and more detail perspective of Japan and Vietnam shape’s specification in a mutual relationship was discovered.展开更多

Experimental study on the fundamental behavior of box shape steel reinforced concrete (SRC) beams was conducted. Seven 1 : 3 scale model SRC beams were tested to failure. The experimental results indicate that the ...Experimental study on the fundamental behavior of box shape steel reinforced concrete (SRC) beams was conducted. Seven 1 : 3 scale model SRC beams were tested to failure. The experimental results indicate that the flexural strength increases with the increase of the ratio of flexural reinforcement and the thickness of flange of the shape steel; the shear strength increases with the increase in the thickness of the web of the shape steel. Concrete filled in the box shape steel can prevent the early failure of specimens due to the buckling of the box shape steel, and increase the ultimate load. Measures should be made to strengthen the connection and co-work between the shape steel and the concrete. Formulae for flexural and shear strength of the composite beams are proposed, and the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results. In general, the box shape SRC beam is a kind of ductile member, and it is suitable for extensive engineering application.展开更多

This paper describes the novel application of ...The multiplicity distribution (P(nch)) of charged particles produced in a high energy collision is a key quantity to understand the mechanism of multiparticle production. This paper describes the novel application of an artificial neural network (ANN) black-box modeling approach based on the cascade correlation (CC) algorithm formulated to calculate and predict multiplicity distribution of proton-proton (antiproton) (PP and PP ) inelastic interactions full phase space at a wide range of center-mass of energy . In addition, the formulated cascade correlation neural network (CCNN) model is used to empirically calculate the average multiplicity distribution nch> as a function of . The CCNN model was designed based on available experimental data for = 30.4 GeV, 44.5 GeV, 52.6 GeV, 62.2 GeV, 200 GeV, 300 GeV, 540 GeV, 900 GeV, 1000 GeV, 1800 GeV, and 7 TeV. Our obtained empirical results for P(nch), as well as nch> for (PP and PP) collisions are compared with the corresponding theoretical ones which obtained from other models. This comparison shows a good agreement with the available experimental data (up to 7 TeV) and other theoretical ones. At full large hadron collider (LHC) energy ( = 14 TeV) we have predicted P(nch) and nch> which also, show a good agreement with different theoretical models.展开更多
