This paper mainly discusses the effect of intercultural communication on business setting, and its structure is generally designed according to the following five dimensions: intercultural communication and business context, management beliefs in intercultural context, the do's and don'ts in intercultural business context, strategies and gender treatment, conclusion. After making comparison and analysis, it is expected to give people more knowledge about distinctive business details within different cultural backgrounds. Furthermore, this paper aims to put forward useful suggestions to weaken cultural conflicts in business dealings.展开更多
