Effects of butyphthalide + rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis on the DWI characteristics, coagulation function and neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction 被引量:1

Objective: To investigate the effects of butyphthalide + alteplase (rt-PA) intravenous thrombolysis on the diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) characteristics, coagulation function and neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: The patients with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted to our hospital between April 2015 and October 2018 and with the onset time 4.5 hours were selected and divided into the observation group receiving butyphthalide + rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis and the control group receiving rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis by random number table. The differences in DWI parameter apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC), coagulation function indexes and neurological function indexes were compared between the two groups. Results: At 7 and 14 days after treatment, the ADC values of both groups were significantly increased, and the ADC values of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group;at 7 days after treatment, the prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) levels in both groups were significantly prolonged whereas fibrinogen (FIB), D-dimer (D-D), platelet activating factor (PAF), P-selectin, von Willebrand factor (vWF), neuron-specific enolase (NSE), S100B protein (S100B), malondialdehyde (MDA) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) contents were significantly decreased, and the APTT and PT levels in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group whereas FIB, D-D, PAF, P-selectin, vWF, NSE, S100B, MDA and ET-1 contents were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion: Butyphthalide + rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis can improve the DWI characteristics, coagulation function and neurological function of patients with acute cerebral infarction. 展开更多

Objective: To investigate the effects of butyphthalide combined with routine anticoagulant and antioxidant therapy on the nerve function, angiogenesis and free radical generation in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 142 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in this hospital between August 2014 and January 2017 were collected as research subjects and divided into control group (n=71) and butyphthalide group (n=71) by random number table method. Control group received routine anticoagulant and antioxidant therapy, and butyphthalide group received butyphthalide combined with routine anticoagulant and antioxidant therapy. The differences in serum nerve function indexes, angiogenesis indexes and free radical generation-related indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in serum levels of nerve function indexes, angiogenesis indexes and free radical generation-related indexes between the two groups of patients. After treatment, serum nerve function index IGF-1 level of butyphthalide group was higher than that of control group whereas copeptin, PAO and H-FABP contents were lower than those of control group;serum angiogenesis indexes VEGF, MMP-2 and MMP-9 contents were higher than those of control group;serum contents of free radical generation-related indexes ROS and MDA were lower than those of control group. Conclusions: Butyphthalide combined with routine anticoagulant and antioxidant therapy can effectively optimize the nerve function, promote the cerebral angiogenesis and inhibit the free radical generation in patients with acute cerebral infarction. 展开更多

Objective:To study the effects of butyphthalide combined with antioxidant therapy on neurotrophic status and cellular oxidative damage in patients with cerebral infarction complicated by diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods: The patients with cerebral infarction complicated by diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to our hospital between January 2017 and December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group receiving conventional therapy and the observation group receiving butyphthalide combined with antioxidant therapy. The contents of cytokines and oxidative damage markers in serum were measured before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Results: Serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), platelet-derived endothelial cell growth factor (PD-ECGF) and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) levels of both groups significantly increased whereas macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), chemokine ligand 16 (CXCL16), activated leukocyte cell adhesion molecule (ALCAM), platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1 (PECAM-1), malondialdehyde (MDA), 8-iso-prostaglandin F2 (8-iso-PGF2 ) and 8-hydroxy-2-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) levels significantly decreased after treatment, and serum BDNF, IGF-I, VEGF, PD-ECGF and T-AOC levels of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group whereas MIF, TNF-α, CXCL16, ALCAM, PECAM-1, MDA, 8-iso-PGF2 and 8-OHdG levels were significantly lower than those of the control group.Conclusion: Butyphthalide combined with antioxidant treatment of cerebral infarction complicated by diabetic peripheral neuropathy can improve the neurotrophic status and alleviate the cellular oxidative damage. 展开更多
