The computer-aided design method of cabinet based on style imagery

Due to the practical problems of the high costs and the long development cycle of China’s cabinet production,a computer-aided design method of the cabinet based on style imagery is proposed.According to the principle of the conjoint analysis method, the rough set theory and the weight coefficient of different components of the cabinet,a multi-dimensional model of style imagery to evaluate the cabinet is built. Then the related constants of style imagery are calculated and the cabinet components library is also built by the three-dimensional modeling.Finally,with recombinant technology and the mapping model between cabinet style and external characteristics,the prototype system based on Visual Studio is proposed.This system actualizes the bidirectional reasoning between product style imagery and the shape features,which can assist designers to produce more creative designs,greatly improve the efficiency of cabinet development and increase the profits of companies.

Au nanorods decorated TiO_(2)nanobelts with enhanced full solar spectrum photocatalytic antibacterial activity and the sterilization file cabinet application

TiO_(2)photocatalysts have been widely studied and applied for removing bacteria,but its antibacterial efficiency is limited to the ultraviolet(UV)range of the solar spectrum.In this work,we use the gold(Au)nanorods to enhance the visible and near-infrared(NIR)light absorption of TiO_(2)NBs,a typical UV light photocatalyst,thus the enhancement of its full solar spectrum(UV,visible and NIR)photocatalytic antibacterial properties is achieved.Preliminary surface plasmon resonance(SPR)enhancement photocatalytic antibacterial mechanism is suggested.On one hand,transverse and longitudinal SPR of Au NRs is beneficial for visible and NIR light utilization.On the other hand,Au NRs combined with TiO_(2)NBs to form the heterostructure,which can improve the photogenerated carrier separation and direct electron transfer increases the hot electron concentration while Au NRs as the electron channel can well restrain charge recombination.finally produces the high yield of radical oxygen species and exhibits a superior antibacterial efficiency.Furthermore,we design a sterilization file cabinet with Au NR/TiO_(2)NB heterostructures as the photocatalytic coating plates.Our study reveals that Au NR/TiO_(2)NB heterostructure is a potential candidate for sterilization of bacteria and archives protection.

Random Vibration Analysis of the Electronic Equipment Cabinet

In order to understand the vibration characteristic of system structure of electronic equipment cabinet within the particular vibration frequency,the finite element analysis software-ANSYS is used to simulate the tests of random vibrations of the cabinet system and obtain the isopleths graph of deformation and stress of the cabinet.It can confirm maximum of deformation and stress of the cabinet and position happened.Through more analysis of the frequency response curve,which can confirm harm- ful consequences random vibrations caused and weak link of the cabinet structure.The numerical simulation results are in good a- greement with the experimental results.It shows that this research provides an efficient method for the anti-seismic design and the dynamic optimization design.

Non-intrusive temperature rise fault-identification of distribution cabinet based on tensor block-matching

In this study,a novel non-intrusive temperature rise fault-identification method for a distribution cabinet based on tensor block-matching is proposed.Two-stage data repair is used to reconstruct the temperature-field information to support the demand for temperature rise fault-identification of non-intrusive distribution cabinets.In the coarse-repair stage,this method is based on the outside temperature information of the distribution cabinet,using tensor block-matching technology to search for an appropriate tensor block in the temperature-field tensor dictionary,filling the target space area from the outside to the inside,and realizing the reconstruction of the three-dimensional temperature field inside the distribution cabinet.In the fine-repair stage,tensor super-resolution technology is used to fill the temperature field obtained from coarse repair to realize the smoothing of the temperature-field information inside the distribution cabinet.Non-intrusive temperature rise fault-identification is realized by setting clustering rules and temperature thresholds to compare the location of the heat source with the location of the distribution cabinet components.The simulation results show that the temperature-field reconstruction error is reduced by 82.42%compared with the traditional technology,and the temperature rise fault-identification accuracy is greater than 86%,verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the temperature-field reconstruction and temperature rise fault-identification.

Application of Workflow Technology to Cabinet Dyeing

In this paper, workflow technology is firstly applied to the cabinet dyeing order system for cabinet dyeing unit. The system setup workflow models which conform to the existing system and resource and the system adopts flexible workflow process mechanism to enhance the adaptability and opening and solve the exception and abnormality manipulation. The results show that it can not only provide the better dyeing order process, but also set dyer free from the fussy daily business and predigest task flow and heighten production efficiency.

Energy Conservation Effect of Refrigerated Cabinets at Supermarket Utilizing the Exhaust Heat from Dispersed Power

Since the nuclear disaster occurred from huge earthquake in Japan 2011, Japanese energy generation system has been expected to prioritize safety and trustworthiness. To meet this requirement, distributed power supply systems are considered to be one of solutions. In this study, we aimed to conserve energy and reduce carbon dioxide emission of supermarket which installed a novel environment-friendly dispersed power. We focused the energy used by refrigerated cabinets. We built small scale model of supermarket which was equipped with dispersed power. From this scale model, the energy conservation effect of supercooling is from 10% to 25% during the summertime and intermediate time. At last, we found that when outside temperature is about 14 ℃ or more, supercooling was effective. In addition, since energy consumption of refrigerated cabinet is influenced by inside enthalpy, we controlled the inside air temperature and humidity by installing desiccant system and examined its effect.

Measures and Strategic Conception of Japan to Deal with the Russia–Ukraine Crisis

After the outbreak of the Russia–Ukraine conflict, Japan wasted no time in advancing its national strategy and actively promoted shuttle diplomacy with the United States(U.S.), Europe, East Asia, and neighboring countries of Ukraine around sanctions against Russia based on strategic considerations and the goal of maximizing national interests. Disinfection efficiency of positive pressure respiratory protective hood using fumigation sterilization cabinet

Concerns have been raised about both the disinfection and the reusability of respiratory protective equipment following a disinfection process.Currently,there is little data available on the effects of disinfection and decontamination on positive pressure respiratory protective hoods(PPRPH).In this study,we evaluated the effect of vaporized hydrogen peroxide(VHP)on the disinfection of PPRPH to determine applicability of this method for disinfection of protective equipment,especially protective equipment with an electric supply system.A hydrogen peroxide-based fumigation sterilization cabinet was developed particularly for disinfection of protective equipment,and the disinfection experiments were conducted using four PPRPHs hung in the fumigation chamber.The pathogenic microorganism Geobacillus stearothermophilus ATCC 7953 was used as a biological indicator in this study and the relationship between air flow(the amount of VHP)and disinfection was investigated.Both function and the material physical properties of the PPRPH were assessed following the disinfection procedure.No surviving Geobacillus stearothermophilus ATCC 7953,both inside and outside of these disinfected PPRPHs,could be observed after a 60 min treatment with an air flow of 10.5–12.3 m^(3)/h.Both function and material physical properties of these PPRPHs met the working requirements after disinfection.This study indicates that air flow in the fumigation chamber directly influences the concentration of VHP.The protective equipment fumigation sterilization cabinet developed in this paper achieves the complete sterilization of the PPRPHs when the air flow is at 10.5–12.3 m^(3)/h,and provides a potential solution for the disinfection of various kind of protective equipment.

CAD-Based Research on the Design of a Standard Unit Cabinet for Custom Furniture of the Cabinet Type

Mass customization(MC)cabinet furniture has rapidly developed into the mainstream mode of furniture manufacturing in the information age with cus-tomized products and services,mass production mode and complete and unified space joint form through the design system of“standard unit cabinet+nonstan-dardized customized cabinet”.Based on this,taking the design of a standard unit cabinet as the center,the modular design method is used to study the design of functional modules in a standard unit cabinet based on a CAD drawing form.In this paper,the relationship between the function and structure of a standard unit cabinet is analysed according to the principles of serialization,generaliza-tion and combination in the standardized design principles of a custom wardrobe,combined with the modular design method.Finally,the functional and structural design of two standardized series of wardrobes from the Korean furniture brand“Hanssen”is studied in terms of functional and structural dimensions.Conclusion:MC wardrobe can be designed using a combination of configurations of functional modules to achieve a standardized design that reduces the internal diversity of the product and increases the external diversity of the product.In addition,functional modules and structural design have an adaptive relationship in the design of a standard unit cabinet for a custom wardrobe.It is hoped that this study can have some reference value for the practice of MC furniture and the development of functional modules for custom wardrobes.
