A Study on the Application of Audible Thinking Combined with Case Teaching Method in the Teaching of Nursing Room Visits for Trained Nurses

Objective:To investigate the effect of using audible thinking combined with the case teaching method in the teaching of nursing checkups for regulation nurses.Methods:The period was April 2023–April 2024,and a randomized controlled group study was carried out in which 76 regulation nurses in our hospital were randomly divided into a research group and a control group,with 38 regulation nurses in each group.The control group used conventional teaching methods,and the research group used audible thinking combined with the case teaching method,comparing the two groups’independent learning ability scores,assessment scores,and teaching satisfaction.Results:Independent learning ability score:after teaching,the research group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);Assessment results:the research group was considerably higher than the control group(P<0.05);Teaching satisfaction:the research group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of audible thinking combined with the case teaching method in the teaching of nursing room visits for trained nurses can improve independent learning ability and assessment results and increase teaching satisfaction.

A Research on the Application of Case Teaching Method in Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education in College English Course under the Concept of OBE

Since the idea of“Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education”was formally proposed in 2016,it has rapidly become a research hotspot in education reform.Although a large number of relevant studies have focused on the effective paths to curriculum-based ideological and political education in specific courses,there are few studies on how to integrate ideological and political education contents into particular courses under specific educational concepts and by particular teaching methods.Thus,this paper will explore how to improve the teaching effectiveness of curriculumbased ideological and political education in College English course with the OBE concept as the driving force and the case teaching method as the means.Finally,a few thoughts on the application of case teaching method in College English course are offered.

Iterative Case-Driven Method and Practice of Java Language Teaching

This project intends to study and discuss the teaching method of programming languages through an iterative case-driven model, to break through the traditional syntax-based teaching method so that students can actively participate in the case analysis and design which are closely related to enterprise applications. The Application of Case Method in the Teaching of Investment Project Evaluation

Case Method originated in the 1920s and was initiated by Harvard Business School in the United States.At that time,it adopted a unique style of case study,which was based on real situations or events in business management,in this way,it is helpful to cultivate and develop students’active participation in class discussion.For investment students,specialized courses such as Investment Project Evaluation and corporate finance are concentrated in the upper grades,and in the freshman,sophomore phase has completed the Finance,finance,macroeconomics and other basic courses.On the basis of students’existing knowledge structure,the course“Investment Project Evaluation”needs to fully tap students’potential in learning and train students’practical problem-solving ability,to cultivate students’thinking ability of combining theoretical knowledge with practical cases,to avoid the teaching mode of“I tell you to listen”,and to guide students to think,analyze and solve problems actively.

Foreign Landscape Architecture History Teaching by Introducing Three-dimensional Graphic Analysis:A Case Study of Italian Renaissance Gardens

Taking contents of Italian Renaissance gardens in the course Foreign Landscape Architecture History as an example,this paper introduces case teaching method and analyzes application of three-dimensional graphic analysis method in case teaching in detail,aiming at typical cases of Italian Renaissance gardens,namely,Villa Medici,Fiesole and Villa d’Este,Tivoli.Three-dimensional graphic analysis can help students form intuitive feeling of terrain and space,further understand the typical gardening techniques of foreign gardens,so as to improve the teaching effect of landscape architecture history course.

Application of Case Teaching in Primary Mathematics Pedagogy Class in Normal University

Objective： Case Teaching Method used in Primary Mathematics Pedagogy course can highlight the characteristics of pedagogy course. 案例为基础教学法在生殖医学中心临床医学专业实习医生教学中的应用

目的:探讨案例为基础教学法(CBL)在生殖医学中心临床医学专业实习医生教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月—2021年6月在郑州大学第二附属医院生殖医学中心实习的65名临床医学专业实习医生为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组32名和研究组33名。对照组采用传统教学法,研究组采用CBL,比较两组实习生理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩、自评结果(思维能力、自学能力、沟通能力、学习兴趣、团队协作能力)和教学满意度。结果:研究组实习医生的理论考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.529,P<0.05);研究组实习医生的技能考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.353,P<0.05);研究组实习医生的思维能力、自学能力、沟通能力、学习兴趣、团队协作能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.126、4.612、8.495、7.344、11.813,P<0.05);研究组实习医生的教学满意度为93.94%,高于对照组的71.88%(χ^(2)=5.626,P<0.05)。结论:CBL教学法在生殖医学中心临床医学专业实习医生教学中的应用效果显著,不仅提升了医生的理论和技能考核成绩,还提高了实习医生的思维能力、自学能力、沟通能力、学习兴趣以及团队协作能力,而且大多数实习医生对该方法也表示满意。

案例教学法在“油气层保护”课程中的应用

在新时代背景下,社会需要的是理论知识丰富、实践能力较强的复合型人才,若是沿用传统的教学模式,难以培养出符合社会需求的人才。案例教学法作为一种新型的互动教法,可有效弥补传统教学模式缺乏互动性、实践性的问题,促进复合型人才的培养。基于此,以油气层保护课程为主要研究对象,对其教学现状进行分析,并对案例教学法在该课程中的应用策略进行探讨,以其为相关专业教师提供参考。

高等医学教育PBL病例讨论课的教学设计改革

采用PBL教学法进行病例讨论式教学方式,已经在高等医学教育中得到广泛应用。PBL病例讨论课普遍存在部分学生参与度不高的现象。为了解决这个问题,在PBL病例讨论课中进行分小组讨论式的教学设计改革,将10人组拆分成3组或4组,每组2~~3人;调整教学评价模式,将原来的指导教师综合评价转变为组对组之间学生评价并设置加分项。教学组织形式和评价模式改革有助于所有学生积极参与讨论,取得了较好的课堂教学效果。

PBL联合CBL教学模式在心律失常心电图教学的应用

目的 探讨以问题式教学法(PBL)联合以案例式教学法(CBL)在进修学员心律失常心电图教学中应用及效果。方法 选取2022年2月7日至2023年1月20日于解放军总医院进修的78名学员为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组(n=39)和对照组(n=39),观察组应用PBL联合CBL教学法,对照组采用传统授课教学法(LBL),比较两组心电图理论成绩、心电图判读成绩及教学模式认可度。结果 观察组心电图理论知识成绩和心电图判读成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组学员在激发学习兴趣、增强自主学习意识、提高分析问题能力、提高解决问题能力、利于知识掌握、利于师生互动、对教学满意方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。其中,两组在利于知识掌握方面差异最为显著。结论 在心律失常心电图教学中,PBL联合CBL教学法能更好地提高进修学员的理论实践成绩及教学认可度,可在教学中进行应用。

神经外科临床带教中采取案例及任务驱动教学法的效果

目的探讨在神经外科临床带教中运用案例及任务驱动教学法进行带教的实施效果。方法选取2021年9月—2022年7月神经外科临床实习的80名学生为研究对象,将2021学年度采取传统教学法的40名学生纳入对照组,将2022学年度采取案例及任务驱动教学法的40名学生纳入研究组,对比教学效果调查结果、考核成绩、教学满意度评价以及评判性思维能力评分。结果教学前,2组教学效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。教学后,研究组解剖学知识的理解力、临床思维能力、主动学习积极性、解决临床问题能力、口头表达能力及期待临床实习评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组理论考核、临床知识、病例分析评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组基础知识理解、重点内容掌握、教学模式可行、学习兴趣、课堂气氛、教师教学热情以及师生互动评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组评判性思维能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论神经外科临床带教采取案例及任务驱动教学法可激发学生学习兴趣,增加师生互动,可提高学生理论知识与操作技能,教学评价效果较好。

CBL-CDIO教学模式在临床药师会诊教学中的应用

目的探讨基于案例的学习(CBL)和构思-设计-实施-运作(CDIO)教学模式在临床药师会诊教学中的应用效果,旨在构建一种高效的教学体系,从而提升临床药师学员的药学会诊实践技能。方法详细阐述CBL-CDIO教学模式组成要素及特点,通过中枢神经系统感染会诊案例,具体展示该模式在实际教学中的运用。并对该教学模式在临床药师会诊教学中的设计和实施进行思考和分析。结果CBL-CDIO教学模式的药学会诊教学在临床药师培训中获得了学员积极的反馈,教学效果好,达到了预期的教学目标。结论CBL-CDIO教学模式有效地解决了传统教学中师生互动匮乏及理论与实践融合不足的问题,提供了一种清晰、实用的新型临床药师会诊教学模式。

《大学生与生殖健康》医学类通识课备课经验探讨

通识教育作为一种综合性的教育方式,旨在培养学生的综合素质和批判性思维能力。医科类通识教育课程近年来备受瞩目,其如何由“专业性”强向“多元化”转变成为一个值得深入研究的课题。为了吸引并适应来自不同专业、拥有不同教育背景的学生,教师在备课时应细致考虑如何挖掘并融入医科课程中的人文情怀、艺术美感以及社会学视角,从而使课程内容更加丰富多元。文章从以下方面探讨医科类通识教育的备课经验:1)明确核心内容:对疾病专业知识“降级”,由疾病机制讲解转为提炼拆分问题能力的训练,引领不同思考维度碰撞,运用多学科视角看待医学与人类、社会等的关系。2)巧妙引入主题:利用实际案例,挖掘医疗治疗准则之外的冲突点,擅于挖掘矛盾引发思辨。3)丰富学习资源:注重学习资源的时效性,充分利用多媒体,提供数据库源。4)多元考核方式:摒弃背诵式答卷,采用日常互动、案例分析、心得体会等多种方式进行课程成效考核。5)增强思政教育:医学快速发展是社会进步的小缩影,适时引导更能激发学生的自豪感、自信心。做好医科类通识教育课程备课,充分发挥医学所包含的文、史、哲、理等素材,才能打造优质的通识课程。

作物育种方法与实践课程思政教学案例库建设探索

自2020年5月教育部印发《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》以来,中国农业大学非常重视课程思政建设,将“立德树人”贯穿教学始终,在国内最早实施课程育人大纲,将“培养什么人,怎样培养人,为谁培养人”作为教学重中之重。在研究生院课程思政教学改革项目的支持下,我们对研究生学位课“作物育种方法与实践”的课程思政案例进行了搜集和整理,并将其融合在整个课程教学过程中,收到了很好的教学效果,受到了学生的普遍欢迎。该课程于2022年被评为“北京市课程思政示范课程”。

互联网混合式教学在风湿免疫科教学中的应用

互联网混合教学模式是利用网络信息技术把传统课堂教学和互联网教学的优势相结合,激发学生学习积极性和主动性,引导学生自主学习,增强学习成绩和效果,扩大教学资源的教学模式。风湿免疫科疾病分类复杂、种类多、临床表现多样、有异质性,疾病与自身抗体间关系纵横交错,涉及基础免疫学知识、理论性强、抽象不易懂,致使诊治困难,是内科教学的重点和难点。在风湿免疫科临床教学中利用互联网混合教学模式,开展以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)、以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)、形式多样自主学习和互联网混合式教学,将互联网教学和传统教学“有机”结合,引导学生由“大致了解”“体会”的表层学习到“完全理解”“熟练应用”的深层学习,使学生更好地掌握和应用风湿免疫科的相关知识。

启发式临床医学与案例教学法在内分泌科临床教学中的应用

目的 探究启发式临床医学教学法与案例教学法应用至内分泌科临床教学当中对教学效果及质量的影响。方法 选取2021年2月—2023年1月在湖北医药学院附属国药东风总医院内分泌科实习的54名实习生为研究对象,将2021年2月—2022年1月参与实习的27名实习生纳入对照组,将2022年2月—2023年1月参与实习的27名实习生纳入观察组。对照组实习期间开展传统教学,观察组在实习教学期间应用启发式临床医学教学法结合案例教学法。比较2组出科考核(理论知识、实践技能、病例分析)分数,比较其入科及出科批判性思维能力测试量表(critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version,CTDI-CV)评分、医患沟通技能评价量表(set the stage, elicit information,give information,understand the patient’s perspective,end the encounter,SEGUE)评分,调查2组对教学方法有效性的看法。结果 观察组理论知识、实践技能、病例分析出科考核分数[(84.96±6.96)分、(81.48±6.82)分、(83.79±7.15)分]均高于对照组[(79.85±5.73)分、(74.26±6.13)分、(77.95±7.64)分],差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。出科时,2组CTDI-CV总分高于入科时,观察组CTDI-CV总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);2组SEGUE总分高于入科时,观察组SEGUE总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组增强临床思维评价、提高自主学习积极性评价、促进团结协作评价、提高应变能力评价认可人数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在内分泌科临床教学中应用启发式临床医学教学法及案例教学法,可提高实习生临床综合能力水平,增强其批判性思维,使其与患者开展高效沟通,对科室临床教学质量的提升具有促进作用。

工作坊联合案例教学法在口腔修复临床本科实践教学中的探索

目的探索工作坊结合案例教学法在口腔修复学本科实践教学中的应用,评价其可行性和实施效果。方法选择2020年9月—2022年6月在郑州大学口腔医学院实习的2016、2017级80名口腔医学专业本科生作为研究对象,将2个年级的80名学生随机平均分为试验组、对照组,各40名。试验组采用工作坊联合案例教学法,对照组采用传统带教模式。实习结束后,对2组进行实践技能考核、案例分析和问卷调查,评价相关教学效果。结果2组上颌中切牙临时冠制作评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组上颌中切牙牙体预备成绩、实践技能考核总分、案例分析评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学生对工作坊教育联合案例教学模式的认可度更高,教学效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论在口腔修复本科实践教学中,采用工作坊联合案例教学模式较传统带教模式能获得更佳的教学效果。
