The presenting features of ET canrange from being asymptomatic to thrombohemorrhagic complications. Here, we report a case of ET accompanied by acute myocardium infraction (AMI) and gastrointestinal bleeding. The diag- nosis and treatment of ET will also be discussed.展开更多
