The detection of hypersonic targets usually confronts range migration(RM)issue before coherent integration(CI).The traditional methods aiming at correcting RM to obtain CI mainly considers the narrow-band radar condition.However,with the increasing requirement of far-range detection,the time bandwidth product,which is corresponding to radar’s mean power,should be promoted in actual application.Thus,the echo signal generates the scale effect(SE)at large time bandwidth product situation,influencing the intra and inter pulse integration performance.To eliminate SE and correct RM,this paper proposes an effective algorithm,i.e.,scaled location rotation transform(ScLRT).The ScLRT can remove SE to obtain the matching pulse compression(PC)as well as correct RM to complete CI via the location rotation transform,being implemented by seeking the actual rotation angle.Compared to the traditional coherent detection algorithms,Sc LRT can address the SE problem to achieve better detection/estimation capabilities.At last,this paper gives several simulations to assess the viability of ScLRT. 展开更多

Towards higher impact velocities,ballistic events are increasingly determined by the material temperatures.Related effects might range from moderate thermal softening to full phase transition.In particular,it is of great interest to quantify the conditions for incipient or full melting of metals during impact interactions,which result in a transition from still strength-affected to hydrodynamic material behavior.In this work,we investigate to which extent the respective melting thresholds are also dependent on the initial,and generally elevated,temperatures of projectiles and targets before impact.This is studied through the application of a model developed recently by the authors to characterize the transition regime between high-velocity and hypervelocity impact,for which the melting thresholds of materials were used as the defining quantities.The obtained results are expected to be of general interest for ballistic application cases where projectiles or targets are preheated.Such conditions might result,for example,from aerodynamic forces acting onto a projectile during atmospheric flight,explosive shapedcharge-jet formation or armor exposure to environmental conditions.The performed analyses also broaden the scientific understanding of the relevance of temperature in penetration events,generally known since the 1960s,but often not considered thoroughly in impact studies. 展开更多

Considering the possible operation modes of the system, a waved operation mode and a continuous operation mode are put forward at first. At the same time, some relative formulas are modified. In examples, the influential factors and operation modes are analyzed based on the system effectiveness. From simulation results, some design and operation strategies of the system for destroying time sensitive targets are concluded, which benefit to the improvement of the system effectiveness. 展开更多

It has been demonstrated that neonatal administration of monosodium glutamate (MSG) results in a clearly defined lesion of the arcuate nucleus (AN) of the hypothalamus.The present study shows that fat was accumulated in the abdomen of male rats treated with MSG; weights of the body, pituitary and testis were lower, 6-EP content in hypothalamus decreased while L-EnK content increased, serum LH, FSH, TSH, GH and TS levels all decreased in varying degrees while serum PRL level significantly increased. The cAMP content lowered in pituitary, but nor in testes; clear histological changes occurred in testicular tissue; Se-GSH-Px activity in both testis and adrenal gland lowered while LPO level significantly increased. Both Se-GSH-Px activity and LPO level in liver increased.These results indicate that MSG is harmful to the function of the hypothalamus-pituitarytarget system of neonatal rats 展开更多

When a penetrator with enhanced lateral effect(PELE) impacts on a reinforced concrete(RC) target,the target is damaged with a large opening.An understanding of how PELE projectile parameters affect the opening dimension,is essential for effective design of the PELE projectile.In this study,under the condition that the impact velocity and target parameters(strength and thickness) were fixed values,the important influence factors of the PELE(jacket wall thickness B,jacket material strength Y1,filling material strength Y2 and angle of monolithic jacket θ) were determined by a dimensional analysis.Tests and simulations of the PELE penetrating the RC target were conducted to analyze the influence of these factors on opening diameter(D,an equivalent diameter under relative kinetic energy).Based on the test and simulation results,it is found that the influence of these factors B,Y1 and θ on the deformation mode of the jacket shows a similar trend:as values of the three factors decrease,the jacket deforms from small bending deformation to large one,and then to curling deformation.This causes the opening diameter to first increase with the decrease of these three factors,and then decreases.It is well known that the bending resistance of the jacket is related to these factors B,Y1 and θ.Therefore,a plastic limit bending moment(M0) of the jacket was quoted to characterize the influence of these factors on the bending deformation of the jacket and the opening diameter of the target.The influence factor Y2 causes D to first increase with the increase of Y2,and then decreases.A formula was developed to predict the opening diameter,whose influence parameters were considered in a dimensionless way.It has been shown that the dimensionless opening diameter D/d1 is dependent on two dimensionless parameters■ and■,where d1 and fc are the outer diameter of the projectile and the compressive strength of the target,respectively. 展开更多

Previous studies have shown that berberine has neuroprotective effects against Alzheimer’s disease,including antagonizing tau phosphorylation,and inhibiting acetylcholinesterase activity and neural cell apoptosis.However,its low bioavailability and adverse reactions with conventional administration limit its clinical application.In this study,we prepared berberine nanoliposomes using liposomes characterized by low toxicity,high entrapment efficiency,and biodegradability,and modified them with lactoferrin.Lactoferrin-modified berberine nanoliposomes had uniform particle size and high entrapment efficiency.We used the lactoferrin-modified berberine nanoliposomes to treat a mouse model of Alzheimer’s disease established by injection of amyloid-beta 1-42 into the lateral ventricle.Lactoferrin-modified berberine nanoliposomes inhibited acetylcholinesterase activity and apoptosis in the hippocampus,reduced tau over-phosphorylation in the cerebral cortex,and improved mouse behavior.These findings suggest that modification with lactoferrin can enhance the neuroprotective effects of berberine nanoliposomes in Alzheimer’s disease. 展开更多

Conducting a third-party assessment on targeted poverty alleviation can effectively avoid the disadvantage that local government plays as both athlete(i.e.performer of poverty alleviation work)and referee(i.e.referee for poverty alleviation effect)in poverty alleviation to ensure the truth of poverty alleviation,and therefore,it is an important part of the work to win the battle against poverty.Since 2016,the thirdparty assessment teams from colleges and universities for targeted poverty alleviation have achieved good results and performance in the assessment on both the effectiveness of targeted poverty alleviation work and the exit of poor counties in China,and they have made due contributions to the cause of poverty alleviation.However,as a new thing,third-party assessment obviously has some problems,mainly including the following:subjective understanding on the long-term nature of rural poverty alleviation is insufficient,and there is a lack of long-term considerations and related mechanism for third-party assessment;affected by policies and institutions,most of the existing third-party assessment teams from colleges and universities have not regarded third-party assessment of targeted poverty alleviation as a cause,and they lack the motivation to actively study the assessment business;and the third-party assessment staff from colleges and universities for targeted poverty alleviation have low stability and high mobility,not conducive to the long-term construction of assessment teams.In order to establish long-term poverty alleviation and prevention mechanisms,these issues must be addressed squarely and relevant countermeasures need to be taken actively to effectively build a long-term mechanism for building third-party assessment teams from colleges and universities for targeted poverty alleviation. 展开更多

Analyzing the effective compounds, potential targets and diseases of Jianpi Jiedu recipe based on network pharmacology and function validation of cytobiology

Objective: To analyze the active compounds, potential drug targets and therapy diseases of Jianpi Jiedu Recipe (JPJDR) based on network pharmacology and bioinformatics technology, and verify the biological function of some active compounds by cytology experiments. Methods: The online databases including TCMSP, TCMID, Cancer HSP, TCM-PTD, TCM Database@Taiwan and DrugBank were applied to screen the active compounds and the potential drug targets of JPJDR. Cytoscape 3.3 software was executed to construct the network between active compounds and drug targets. DAVID database was used to probe the effective diseases and analyze the involved KEGG pathways according to the predicted targets corresponding to JPJDR. Results: According to the rules of oral bioavailability (OB)>30% and drug-likeness (DL)>0.18, 58 of 513 effective compounds in JPJDR were screened out, as well as the corresponding 437 potential drug targets. By the analysis of DAVID database, all these key targets were associated closely with the occurrence and development of metabolic disorders and cancers, and all the targets were closely correlated with the pathways in cancer. Further analysis demonstrated that, there were a lot of effective compounds in JPJDR, such as Quercetin, Formononetin, Stigmasterol, Diosgenin,β-sitsterol, Oxymatrine, Kaempferol, Isorhamnetin and Ampelopsis. The results of cell proliferation experiments further showed that, among the selected nine key traditional Chinese medicine compounds, only Ampelopsis can dose-dependently inhibit the proliferation of colorectal cancer cells. Conclusions: Through network pharmacology analysis, we found that JPJDR contains many effective compounds which may directly target to the cancer-related proteins. 9 compounds were the major active compounds with high degrees of targets. Among the 9 screened compounds, Ampelopsis was validated for its inhibitory effect on the proliferation of colorectal cancer cells using CCK-8 assay. Network pharmacology is an effective approach to explore the functional mechanism of formula. 展开更多

An Air Defense Weapon Target Assignment Method Based on Multi-Objective Artificial Bee Colony Algorithm

With the advancement of combat equipment technology and combat concepts,new requirements have been put forward for air defense operations during a group target attack.To achieve high-efficiency and lowloss defensive operations,a reasonable air defense weapon assignment strategy is a key step.In this paper,a multi-objective and multi-constraints weapon target assignment(WTA)model is established that aims to minimize the defensive resource loss,minimize total weapon consumption,and minimize the target residual effectiveness.An optimization framework of air defense weapon mission scheduling based on the multiobjective artificial bee colony(MOABC)algorithm is proposed.The solution for point-to-point saturated attack targets at different operational scales is achieved by encoding the nectar with real numbers.Simulations are performed for an imagined air defense scenario,where air defense weapons are saturated.The non-dominated solution sets are obtained by the MOABC algorithm to meet the operational demand.In the case where there are more weapons than targets,more diverse assignment schemes can be selected.According to the inverse generation distance(IGD)index,the convergence and diversity for the solutions of the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm III(NSGA-III)algorithm and the MOABC algorithm are compared and analyzed.The results prove that the MOABC algorithm has better convergence and the solutions are more evenly distributed among the solution space. 展开更多

IZO films were deposited onto PET substrate at room temperature with the inclined opposite target type DC magnetron sputtering equipment,in which a sintered oxide IZO target(doped with 10% ZnO,packing density of 99.99%) was used.The effects of total sputtering pressure and film thickness on IZO films properties were studied.All the films produced at room temperature have a amorphous structure,irrespective of the total sputtering pressure and film thickness.A resistivity of the order of 10-4 Ωcm was obtained for IZO films deposited at lower pressure(film thickness of 190 nm).The resistivity of IZO films deposited at room temperature depends on film thickness and shows a minimum at a thickness of 530 nm. 展开更多

目的探讨椎间孔镜靶向单通道髓核摘除术(TO-PTED)对腰椎融合术后相邻节段椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床运用。方法选取2018年1月—2021年3月在我院行TO-PTED的45例腰椎融合术后相邻节段LDH患者为观察组,另随机选取同期在我院行椎板间开窗髓... 目的探讨椎间孔镜靶向单通道髓核摘除术(TO-PTED)对腰椎融合术后相邻节段椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床运用。方法选取2018年1月—2021年3月在我院行TO-PTED的45例腰椎融合术后相邻节段LDH患者为观察组,另随机选取同期在我院行椎板间开窗髓核摘除术的45例腰椎融合术后相邻节段LDH患者为对照组。比较两组患者的围手术期临床资料、手术前后的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、日本骨科协会评分(JOA)、影像学资料,采用改良MacNab标准来进行疗效的评价。结果观察组患者的手术时长、术中失血量、住院天数均显著低于对照组,术中X线透视次数、临床优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者术后1个月、12个月的VAS评分显著低于术前,JOA评分显著高于术前(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后1个月、12个月的VAS评分显著低于同期对照组,JOA评分显著高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。术后1月观察组相对椎间高度及节段角度显著优于对照组,且术后12月,观察组相对椎间高度及节段角度维持优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术前、术后1月及12月相对椎间孔面积均无显著变化,且两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论TO-PTED能明显缓解腰椎融合术后相邻节段LDH患者的疼痛状况,促进腰椎功能的恢复,具有创伤小、术中失血量少、术后恢复快等优点,疗效优于传统的椎板间开窗髓核摘除术,可在临床推广应用。 展开更多

目的探讨目标教学法结合计划(plan)、执行(do)、检查(check)和处理(act)(PDCA)管理模式在呼吸内科规培护士临床教学中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月进入呼吸内科轮转的64名规培护士作为研究对象,根据入科时间分为对照组和... 目的探讨目标教学法结合计划(plan)、执行(do)、检查(check)和处理(act)(PDCA)管理模式在呼吸内科规培护士临床教学中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月进入呼吸内科轮转的64名规培护士作为研究对象,根据入科时间分为对照组和试验组,各32名。对照组采用传统临床教学模式,试验组采用目标教学法结合PDCA管理临床教学模式。对比2组规培护士的考核评分、出科综合素质评分及满意度评分。结果试验组的操作成绩[(96.05±1.57)分],高于对照组[(94.91±1.51)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组规培护士的沟通协调、专业知识、专业技能、安全意识、解决问题应急能力评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组满意度平均分为(92.31±1.31)分,高于对照组的(91.07±0.59)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标教学法结合PDCA管理临床教学模式有助于提高呼吸内科规培护士的临床操作水平,利于高素质护理人才的培养,同时提升了规培护士的满意度。 展开更多

目的:观察激光光动力疗法(LPDT)联合靶向治疗在晚期贲门-胃底癌(CFGC)中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年4月—2022年5月安阳市中医院收治的62例晚期CFGC患者作为研究对象。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各31例。观察组给予靶向治... 目的:观察激光光动力疗法(LPDT)联合靶向治疗在晚期贲门-胃底癌(CFGC)中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年4月—2022年5月安阳市中医院收治的62例晚期CFGC患者作为研究对象。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各31例。观察组给予靶向治疗联合LPDT,对照组给予靶向治疗。比较两组治疗后食管梗阻程度、近期疗效、不良反应、生存质量,随访3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月生存率。结果:治疗后,观察组食管梗阻程度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.55%,明显高于对照组的74.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组生存质量改善率为61.29%,明显高于对照组的35.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后12个月生存率为58.06%,显著高于对照组的32.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:LPDT联合靶向治疗可改善晚期CFGC梗阻症状,提高近期疗效,并有助于延长生存期,改善患者生存质量。 展开更多

目的:探究右美托咪定与利多卡因靶控输注在无痛胃肠镜麻醉中的相互作用和配伍方案优化。方法:选择进行无痛胃肠镜检查的患者92例为研究对象,随机分为A、B、C、D四组,每组23例。比较四组麻醉时(T_(1))、无痛胃肠镜置入时(T_(2))、无痛胃... 目的:探究右美托咪定与利多卡因靶控输注在无痛胃肠镜麻醉中的相互作用和配伍方案优化。方法:选择进行无痛胃肠镜检查的患者92例为研究对象,随机分为A、B、C、D四组,每组23例。比较四组麻醉时(T_(1))、无痛胃肠镜置入时(T_(2))、无痛胃肠镜检查第5 min时(T_(3))疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、拉姆赛(Ramsay)镇静评分、心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)、脉搏氧饱和度(SpO_(2))、麻醉满意度以及不良反应方式情况。采用等辐射法分析右美托咪定与利多卡因在脑电双频谱指数(BIS)为50时的相互作用。结果:A组患者T_(2)和T_(3)时Ramsay镇静评分高于其他三组(均P<0.05);T_(3)时HR、MAP低于其他三组,SpO_(2)高于其他三组(均P<0.05)。A组麻醉诱导时间长于其他三组,麻醉满意度低于其他三组(均P<0.05)。D组苏醒时间和离院时间长于其他三组,恶心呕吐和嗜睡发生率高于其他三组(均P<0.05)。等辐射法分析结果显示,右美托咪定和利多卡因在无痛胃肠镜麻醉中有协同作用。结论:右美托咪定和利多卡因在麻醉作用上有协同作用。0.50μg/kg右美托咪定+0.80 mg/kg利多卡因与0.60μg/kg右美托咪定+0.60 mg/kg利多卡因靶控输注在无痛胃肠镜麻醉中麻醉效果和血流动力学指标稳定性更好,不良反应发生率更低,麻醉满意度更高。 展开更多

社会建构、反馈效应与延迟退休年龄政策停滞

党的十八届三中全会以来,我国屡次提出研究和制定“渐进式延迟退休年龄政策”的方针策略,然时至今日,全国性的延迟退休政策尚未出台。以社会建构与政策设计理论为理论基础与分析框架,以1951—2021年54份中央政府文件为样本,考察目标群... 党的十八届三中全会以来,我国屡次提出研究和制定“渐进式延迟退休年龄政策”的方针策略,然时至今日,全国性的延迟退休政策尚未出台。以社会建构与政策设计理论为理论基础与分析框架,以1951—2021年54份中央政府文件为样本,考察目标群体的社会建构如何通过反馈效应影响延迟退休年龄政策进程,研究发现:干部和高级专业技术人员被正面建构且因政策受益,产生正反馈,政策长期仅适用于该群体,普通劳动者被正面建构但因政策受损,产生负反馈,以致全国性政策无法出台,政策陷入停滞;而正反馈效应长期积累促使社会建构转向,社会环境因素改变政策认知,进而推动政策进程。因此,政策制定者坚定决心,不断优化政策设计,回应目标群体的社会建构转向;党和中央政府以积极应对人口老龄化战略吸纳延迟退休年龄政策,塑造公众政策认知;地方政府积极开展政策试验,总结经验教训,这些措施都有助于加快政策进程。 展开更多

目的 探讨目标策略模式下知信行干预在脊柱内镜术后患者中的护理应用。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年12月腰椎间盘突出症合并腰椎管狭窄症患者。2022年1月至12月60例为观察组。2021年1月至12月腰椎间盘突出症合并腰椎管狭窄症患者60例为... 目的 探讨目标策略模式下知信行干预在脊柱内镜术后患者中的护理应用。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年12月腰椎间盘突出症合并腰椎管狭窄症患者。2022年1月至12月60例为观察组。2021年1月至12月腰椎间盘突出症合并腰椎管狭窄症患者60例为对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予常规护理+目标策略模式下知信行干预。两组患者出院后继续予延续性护理共3个月,记录并比较护理前后两组患者自我效能评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、日本骨科协会(JOA)评分、生活质量各维度评分及护理满意度。结果 两组患者护理后的JOA评分与自我效能评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),SAS评分、SDS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组。两组患者护理后生活质量各维度评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度为90.00%,明显高于对照组75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 目标策略模式下知信行干预在脊柱内镜术后患者中具有良好的护理效果,能有效减少焦虑、抑郁情绪、提高患者的自我效能、腰椎功能及生活质量,且护理满意度高,具有临床应用价值。 展开更多
