Protein was detected by immuno-precipitation and ERK activity by using ERK agent kit. p-ERK1/2 and down-stream cyclin D1, p21^waf/cip1 expression were detected by Western blotting and the interfering role of mitogen protein-activated kinase (MEK) suppressor U0126 in the afore-mentioned indicators was examined. MTT demonstrated ACC-2 cell proliferation was substantially enhanced by bFGF, immuo-precipitation displayed ERK activity was up-regulated by bFGF, and immuno-imprinting also showed p-ERK1/2, cyclin D1 expression was greatly enhanced and p21^waf/cip1 expression was inhibited by bFGE U0126 suppressed the effect of bFGF. It is concluded that bFGF can promote the proliferation of human adenoid cystic carcinoma ACC-2 cells, and its pathways are associated with the up-regulated activity and expression of p-ERK1/2, inhibited p21waf/cip1 expression and enhanced cyclin D1 expression.展开更多

We clarify the composition of the intermediate phase and attribute the transition of this phase to the hygroscopic nature of the organic product, i.e., methylammonium acetate. Thermal annealing aids in the coarsening of the grains. These decoupled processes result in better crystal formation with a lower spatial and energetic distribution of traps. Thermal annealing of the films without exposure to air results in a faster intermediate-phase transition and grain coarsening, which occur simultaneously, leading to disorder in the films and a higher deep trap-state density. Our results indicate the need for a humid environment for the growth of high-quality perovskite films and provide insight into intermediate-phase dissociation and conversion kinetics. Thus, they are useful for the large-scale production of effident solution-processed perovskite solar cells.展开更多

Scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy investigations reveal details about the seed layer surfaces, which consist of small hillocks, as well as about Sn inclusions and gaps along the glass substrate after solution growth. The successful growth of continuous microcrystalline Si layers with grain sizes up to several ten micrometers shows the feasibility of the process and makes it interesting for photovoltaics.展开更多
