Assessment of past-climate simulations of regional climate models(RCMs)is important for understanding the reliability of RCMs when used to project future regional climate.Here,we assess the performance and discuss possible causes of biases in a WRF-based RCM with a grid spacing of 50 km,named WRFG,from the North American Regional Climate Change Assessment Program(NARCCAP)in simulating wet season precipitation over the Central United States for a period when observational data are available.The RCM reproduces key features of the precipitation distribution characteristics during late spring to early summer,although it tends to underestimate the magnitude of precipitation.This dry bias is partially due to the model’s lack of skill in simulating nocturnal precipitation related to the lack of eastward propagating convective systems in the simulation.Inaccuracy in reproducing large-scale circulation and environmental conditions is another contributing factor.The too weak simulated pressure gradient between the Rocky Mountains and the Gulf of Mexico results in weaker southerly winds in between,leading to a reduction of warm moist air transport from the Gulf to the Central Great Plains.The simulated low-level horizontal convergence fields are less favorable for upward motion than in the NARR and hence,for the development of moist convection as well.Therefore,a careful examination of an RCM’s deficiencies and the identification of the source of errors are important when using the RCM to project precipitation changes in future climate scenarios. 展开更多

Distributed generators now is widely used in electrical power networks, in some cases it works seasonally, and some types works at special weather conditions like photo voltaic systems and wind energy, and due to this continuous changes in generation condition, the fault current level in network will be affected, this changes in fault current level will affect in the coordination between protection relays and to keep the coordination at right way, an adaptive protection system is required that can adaptive its setting according to generation changes, the fault current level in each case is evaluated using ETAP software, and the required relay setting in each case is also evaluated using Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO) algorithm, and to select suitable setting which required in each condition, to select the active setting group of protection relay according to generation capacity, central protection unite can be used, and to improve protection stability and minimizing relays tripping time, a proposed method for selecting suitable backup relay is used, which leads to decrease relays tripping time and increase system stability, output settings for relays in all cases achieved our constrains. 展开更多

An energy-saving control strategy based on predictive control for central air-conditioning systems is proposed in this paper. The cold load model is developed to describe the dynamic characteristics of temperature control systems, and then parameters in the cold load model and in the central air-conditioning system model are estimated. Generalized predictive control (GPC) is used to establish an optimization model to minimize the consumption of energy and the control error of temperature. The simulated annealing (SA) algorithm, combined with quadratic programming, is adopted to solve the optimal problem. Contrasted with the simulation of traditional PID control, the results prove the effectiveness of this proposed strategy. 展开更多

Energy performance assessment on central air-conditioning system is essential to optimize operating, reduce operating costs, improve indoor environmental quality, and determine whether the retrofitting of the equipment is necessary. But it is difficult to evaluate it reasonably and comprehensively due to its complexity. A "holistic" approach was discussed to evaluate the energy performance of central air-conditioning system for an extra-large commercial building in a subtropical city. All procedures were described in detail, including field investigation method, field measurement instruments, data processing and data analyzing. The main factors affecting energy consumption of air-conditioning system were analyzed and the annual cooling-energy use intensity of this building was calculated and also compared with other shopping malls and other types of buildings in Guangzhou. And COP(coefficient of performance) of chiller, water transfer factor of chilled water system and cooling water system were taken into consideration. At last, the thermal comfort and indoor air quality issues were addressed. The results show that the chilled water pumps are over-sized and the indoor environmental quality should be improved. The purpose of this work is to provide reference for energy performance assessment method for air-conditioning system. 展开更多

The Dabie orogen, Eastern Qinling orogen and Eastern Kunlun orogen are the major components of the Central Mountain Ranges of China and each has distinctively metamorphic processes in their oldest rock units. The Dabie orogen oldest rock units had experienced an intermediate-higher pressure, upper amphibolite to lower granulite facies metamorphism in the Indosinian intracontinental subduction collision event. The clockwise pt path, synchronous attainment of t max and p max and a segment of high slope retrograde path suggest a tectono driven rapid exhumation of the oldest rock units to upper middle crustal level following the end of the subduction collision process. The oldest rock units, also called Qinling Group, of Eastern Qinling Mountains suffered intensively collisional metamorphism at an immature plate tectonic framework during Jinningian movement about 1 000 Ma ago. The clockwise pt path with reach of t max following several hundreds of MPa decreasing from p max suggests that the denudation of the deeply burial rock units was due essentially to isostatic relaxation. During the Caledonian stage, the highly metamorphosed oldest rock units suffered from a high t thermal event in arc environment and superimposed by contact metamorphism. After thermal peaks, the rock units were exhumed in a short distance and cooled down isobarically. No regional metamorphism higher than upper greenschist facies condition since 300 Ma has been traced within exposed rocks in the eastern portion of Northern Qinling orogen. The oldest rock units in the Eastern Kunlun orogen were metamorphosed to upper amphibolite facies to lower granulite facies rocks early or during the Luliang movement (some 1 800 Ma ago). The high grade metamorphic rock units had a long resident time at the deep crustal level, and were exhumed to middle upper crustal level during the Caledonian to Hercynian tectonometamorphic events. Shallow erosion of the orogenic belt led to good preservation of the low pressure metamorphic belt. 展开更多

The UN General Secretary’s High Level Task Force [2] on Access to Medicines calls for a new approach to reduce the gap between medical innovations and access to medicines. Inequality in access to quality pharmaceutical products in a framework of global health democracy poses a threat to the ethical and equitable management of the provision of quality health care, particularly during global health crises. In French-speaking Africa, the lack of a unified production of pharmaceutical medicines forces wholesalers (public and private) to import almost all of their medicine demands resulting in a risk of dependence and major pharmaceutical quality defects. These central purchasing units are therefore often faced with the major challenge of guaranteeing the performance of their services and the security of their supplies. In order to achieve component 3 (“Access to Health”) of the SDOs (sustainable development goals), in particular the access to affordable medicines, it is essential for a country to have a strategy of pharmaceutical independence [3] by anticipating the epidemiological transition and the management of health crises. This strategy of pharmaceutical independence is based in the short and medium term on the strengthening of central purchasing units and the establishment of a public-private partnership between central purchasing units and wholesalers, and in the long term on the establishment of competitive production units that comply with international standards. However, recent health crises have shown the fragility of public central purchasing units and make it difficult to anticipate health crises. 展开更多

BACKGROUND The central venous line is an essential component in monitoring and managing critically ill patients.However,it poses patients with increased risks of severe infections with a higher probability of morbidity and mortality.AIM To define the trends of the rates of central line-associated bloodstream infections(CLABSI)over four years,its predicted risk factors,aetiology,and the antimicrobial susceptibility of the isolated pathogens.METHODS The study was a prospective case-control study,performed according to the guidelines of the Center for Disease Control surveillance methodology for CLABSI in patients admitted to the adult intensive care unit(ICU)and auditing the implementation of its prevention bundle.RESULTS Thirty-four CLABSI identified over the study period,giving an average CLABSI rate of 3.2/1000 central line days.The infection's time trend displayed significant reductions over time concomitantly with the CLABSI prevention bundle's reinforcement from 4.7/1000 central line days at the beginning of 2016 to 1.4/1000 central line days by 2018.The most frequently identified pathogens causing CLABSI in our ICU were gram-negative organisms(59%).The most common offending organisms were Acinetobacter,Enterococcus,and Staphylococcus epidermidis,each of them accounted for 5 cases(15%).Multidrug-resistant organisms contributed to 56%of CLABSI.Its rate was higher when using femoral access and longer hospitalisation duration,especially in the ICU.Insertion of the central line in the non-ICU setting was another identified risk factor.CONCLUSION Implementing the prevention bundles reduced CLABSI significantly in our ICU.Implementing the CLABSI prevention bundle is crucial to maintain a substantial reduction in the CLABSI rate in the ICU setting. 展开更多

目的探讨重症患者导管相关性血流感染(catheter-related bloodstream infection,CRBSI)的病原菌分布及影响因素。方法回顾性分析2019年7月1日至2022年7月2日期间在简阳市人民医院重症医学科接受中心静脉置管患者的临床资料,依据患者是... 目的探讨重症患者导管相关性血流感染(catheter-related bloodstream infection,CRBSI)的病原菌分布及影响因素。方法回顾性分析2019年7月1日至2022年7月2日期间在简阳市人民医院重症医学科接受中心静脉置管患者的临床资料,依据患者是否发生中心静脉CRBSI分为CRBSI组与非CRBSI组。对CRBSI组患者行病原菌种类分析,同时比较两组临床资料信息,并将有统计学意义的变量纳入多因素Logistic回归分析,明确接受中心静脉置管患者发生CRBSI的危险因素,通过受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)构建重症患者发生CRBSI的预测模型。结果共纳入接受中心静脉置管患者293例,其中CRBSI组38例、非CRBSI组255例。38例CRBSI患者共检出病原菌52珠,其中革兰氏阳性菌占比50.00%(26/52),以金黄色葡萄球菌19.23%(10/52)、表皮葡萄球菌7.69%(4/52)为主;革兰氏阴性菌占比44.23%(23/52),以大肠埃希菌17.31%(9/52)、肺炎克雷伯杆菌13.46%(7/52)为主;真菌占比5.77%(3/52),均为白色念珠菌。CRBSI组年龄≥60岁、合并糖尿病、置管部位为股静脉或颈内静脉、静脉营养液输液、置管前应用抗菌药物者占比显著高于非CRBSI组;CRBSI组BMI、入院时APACHEⅡ评分显著高于非CRBSI组,置管时间显著长于非CRBSI组,P值均<0.05。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄≥60岁、高BMI、合并糖尿病、入院时高APACHEⅡ评分、置管部位为股静脉或颈内静脉、置管时间长、输液类型为静脉营养液、置管前应用抗菌药物为重症患者发生CRBSI的危险因素。ROC分析表明,BMI、入院时APACHEⅡ评分、置管时间均能用于重症患者发生CRBSI的预测,曲线下面积分别为0.778、0.919、0.975(P<0.05)。结论重症患者中心静脉置管后CRBSI的病原菌以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌较为多见,同时CRBSI的发生与年龄、BMI、置管天数、置管部位等因素关系密切,临床治疗过程中应当予以关注。 展开更多

数据驱动建模方法改变了发电机传统的建模范式,导致传统的机电暂态时域仿真方法无法直接应用于新范式下的电力系统。为此,该文提出一种基于数据-模型混合驱动的机电暂态时域仿真(data and physics driven time domain simulation,DPD-T... 数据驱动建模方法改变了发电机传统的建模范式,导致传统的机电暂态时域仿真方法无法直接应用于新范式下的电力系统。为此,该文提出一种基于数据-模型混合驱动的机电暂态时域仿真(data and physics driven time domain simulation,DPD-TDS)算法。算法中发电机状态变量与节点注入电流通过数据驱动模型推理计算,并通过网络方程完成节点电压计算,两者交替求解完成仿真。算法提出一种混合驱动范式下的网络代数方程组预处理方法,用以改善仿真的收敛性;算法设计一种中央处理器单元-神经网络处理器单元(central processing unit-neural network processing unit,CPU-NPU)异构计算框架以加速仿真,CPU进行机理模型的微分代数方程求解;NPU作协处理器完成数据驱动模型的前向推理。最后在IEEE-39和Polish-2383系统中将部分或全部发电机替换为数据驱动模型进行验证,仿真结果表明,所提出的仿真算法收敛性好,计算速度快,结果准确。 展开更多

ICU患者中心静脉导管拔除意外综合征风险的列线图预测模型构建与验证

目的探讨重症监护室(ICU)患者中心静脉导管(CVC)拔除意外综合征的影响因素,构建风险预测模型,并进行验证。方法回顾性收集2018年1月-2022年12月在我院ICU接受CVC置管3016例患者,根据是否发生CVC拔除意外综合征,分为发生组28例和未发生组... 目的探讨重症监护室(ICU)患者中心静脉导管(CVC)拔除意外综合征的影响因素,构建风险预测模型,并进行验证。方法回顾性收集2018年1月-2022年12月在我院ICU接受CVC置管3016例患者,根据是否发生CVC拔除意外综合征,分为发生组28例和未发生组2988例。比较2组一般资料,采用logistic回归分析其危险因素,探讨护理预防措施。结果ICU患者CVC拔除意外综合征发生率为0.93%,年龄≥65岁、置管时间≥7d、冠心病史、导管相关血流感染、空气栓塞是ICU患者发生CVC拔除意外综合征的危险因素。利用上述5个因素构建列线图模型,并对列线图模型进行内部验证,绘制校准曲线图显示校正曲线与理想曲线拟合良好,HosmerLemeshow拟合优度检验结果显示,χ^(2)=7.240,P=0.412,模型拟合优度良好。AUC=0.742,灵敏度为69.08%,特异度为79.32%,预测结果较好,DCA曲线和临床决策曲线均表明具有较好的临床实用性。结论年龄≥65岁、置管时间≥7d、冠心病史、导管相关血流感染和空气栓塞是ICU患者发生CVC拔除意外综合征的独立危险因素,基于此建立的列线图模型对于护理工作者早期干预,降低CVC拔除意外综合征的风险具有重要意义。 展开更多

中祁连东段元古代皋兰岩群是一套变质程度极不均一的变质岩系,本次工作根据变质程度将其重新划分为北部的低绿片岩相与南部的高绿片岩相(局部低角闪岩相)两个岩石单元。两者分别具有不同的岩相学、锆石U-Pb年代学和岩石地球化学特征,并... 中祁连东段元古代皋兰岩群是一套变质程度极不均一的变质岩系,本次工作根据变质程度将其重新划分为北部的低绿片岩相与南部的高绿片岩相(局部低角闪岩相)两个岩石单元。两者分别具有不同的岩相学、锆石U-Pb年代学和岩石地球化学特征,并以韧性剪切带相隔。低绿片岩相岩石单元中玄武岩和流纹岩的成岩年龄为502.5±3Ma、500.8±3Ma和507.8±4Ma,表明其形成时代为早-中寒武世;高绿片岩相(局部低角闪岩相)岩石单元中的斜长角闪岩变质锆石的U-Pb年龄为1873±10Ma,暗示其形成于古元古代中-晚期中祁连地块基底形成阶段,该岩石单元是中祁连地块对哥伦比亚超大陆聚合事件的物质记录。结合年代学、岩石组合以及区域资料,将低绿片岩相岩石单元从皋兰岩群中解体出来,划归北祁连寒武纪黑茨沟组。岩石地球化学分析显示,新解体出来的黑茨沟组双峰式火山岩形成于大陆裂谷环境,其中玄武质岩浆可能来自软流圈地幔,在上涌过程中受到轻微的地壳混染;流纹岩主要由玄武质岩浆结晶分异而来,并且有少量地壳物质的加入。综合分析祁连山地区原特提斯洋开启时限研究成果,认为新元古代晚期至早古生代早期北祁连地区的裂解作用乃至大洋化过程并非同步进行,而是呈现出西早东晚的特征。 展开更多

基于失效模式和效果分析模式的精细化管理在ICU中心静脉导管干预中的效果

目的探讨重症监护室(ICU)中心静脉导管干预中应用基于失效模式和效果分析(FMEA)模式的精细化管理措施的效果。方法选取2020年11月至2021年11月医院ICU接受中心静脉导管置管的患者106例纳入研究,按随机数字表法分2组,每组53例。对照组采... 目的探讨重症监护室(ICU)中心静脉导管干预中应用基于失效模式和效果分析(FMEA)模式的精细化管理措施的效果。方法选取2020年11月至2021年11月医院ICU接受中心静脉导管置管的患者106例纳入研究,按随机数字表法分2组,每组53例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用基于FMEA模式的精细化管理措施,比较2组的失效模式危急值(RPN)、护理质量、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果研究组患者因素、健康教育、置管操作因素、导管因素、冲、封管操作及置管后管理失效模式RPN分别为(119.83±12.21)、(133.45±13.63)、(113.68±11.26)、(134.35±13.57)、(98.83±9.92)、(108.36±10.05)分,低于对照组的(75.63±7.57)、(83.85±8.36)、(71.35±7.11)、(75.07±7.63)、(67.27±6.55)、(69.21±6.83)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组应急护理能力、基础护理水平、服务态度、患者应用效应评分及护理质量总评分分别为(96.42±9.55)、(92.72±9.17)、(94.68±9.32)、(94.55±9.33)、(379.42±37.81)分,高于对照组的(85.37±8.52)、(85.21±8.46)、(85.32±8.41)、(85.42±8.42)、(341.86±33.62)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为5.66%,低于对照组的22.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总满意度为96.23%,高于对照组的73.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU中心静脉导管干预中应用基于FMEA模式的精细化管理措施,可减少并发症发生率和降低各失效模式RPN,提高护理质量和护理满意度。 展开更多

从“以俄为师”到自主探索:中亚国家反恐政策的演变

打击防范恐怖主义对于维护中亚地区稳定与安全有着重大意义。在内外形势深刻变化的背景下,中亚各国的反恐政策经历了两个较为明显的发展阶段。第一阶段为1991年至“9·11”事件发生前,其特点可总结为“以俄为师”;第二阶段为“9... 打击防范恐怖主义对于维护中亚地区稳定与安全有着重大意义。在内外形势深刻变化的背景下,中亚各国的反恐政策经历了两个较为明显的发展阶段。第一阶段为1991年至“9·11”事件发生前,其特点可总结为“以俄为师”;第二阶段为“9·11”事件发生后至今,其特点为自主探索。在三十多年的探索中,中亚反恐在观念上形成了严禁宗教歧视、维护联合国核心地位以及尊重国家主权及其独特身份的特征。在制度上,中亚各国纷纷建立起更强调反恐政治目的的反恐法律体系和更完备的国内外反恐组织体系;在行动上,则更注重开展多元平衡的国际反恐合作以及强调反恐举措的全面性。中亚反恐政策的调整受到中亚各国对外部势力干涉的不满、恐怖主义形势新变化以及上海合作组织规范扩散效应等因素的影响。截至目前,中亚国家已初步形成具有特色、符合自身需要的反恐策略。 展开更多

中央空调系统的能耗设备主要为制冷机组、水泵、风机。其中,制冷机组是整个系统中能耗最大的设备,因此,对制冷机组进行节能控制具有重要意义。但传统的恒温节能控制和时间节能控制方法往往无法根据环境温度的变化或负载变化进行智能调控... 中央空调系统的能耗设备主要为制冷机组、水泵、风机。其中,制冷机组是整个系统中能耗最大的设备,因此,对制冷机组进行节能控制具有重要意义。但传统的恒温节能控制和时间节能控制方法往往无法根据环境温度的变化或负载变化进行智能调控,为此,设计基于模糊理论的中央空调冷水机组节能控制方法。设计二维结构的自适应模糊PID节能控制器,定义输入和输出变量的词集,建立模糊PID节能控制器的控制规则,对进入控制器的两个采样输入量实施模糊化处理,输出模糊化处理结果,以温度误差和误差变化作为输入变量,以调整中央空调冷水机组的输出量为最终输出量,对中央空调冷水机组进行节能控制。结果表明,该方法的温度误差仅为0.2℃,湿度误差仅为0.4%,投入后年总耗电量有效降低,具有较好的温度均匀控制效果,对于阶跃扰动响应的反应速度更快。 展开更多

目的探讨集束化护理在预防成人重症监护室(ICU)经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)相关血栓中的应用价值,为预防PICC相关血栓提供新思路有望降低PICC相关血栓的发生率,减少患者的并发症风险,提高护理质量和患者满意度。方法选取医院2022... 目的探讨集束化护理在预防成人重症监护室(ICU)经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)相关血栓中的应用价值,为预防PICC相关血栓提供新思路有望降低PICC相关血栓的发生率,减少患者的并发症风险,提高护理质量和患者满意度。方法选取医院2022年6月—2023年6月ICU收治并行PICC的患者82例为对象,按照时间顺序将2022年6—12月实施常规护理的41例患者纳入对照组,2023年1—6月开始行集束化护理的41例患者纳入观察组。比较观察两组患者一次性置管成功率、PICC相关血栓发生率及相关并发症(导管感染、机械性静脉炎、导管异位等)发生率,同时观察不同置管时间患者D-二聚体(D-D)水平变化;采用纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表(NSNS)调查比较患者家属护理满意度水平。结果观察组患者一次性置管成功率高于对照组,PICC相关血栓发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组PICC其他并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在置管7 d后,观察组患者D-D水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者家属的临床护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理在成人ICU行PICC患者的应用,能够提高一次性置管成功率、减轻凝血状态,继而有效预防PICC相关血栓发生,具有患者家属认可度高的特点,同时提高了患者的满意度。 展开更多
