大规模弃风现象会造成大量限电异常值,限电异常值会严重影响并网电力系统的稳定性。采用四分位法和灰狼优化箱线图算法(grey wolf optimized boxplot algorithm,GWO-Boxplot)对风电场中各风电机组限电和离散等异常值进行自适应识别与精...大规模弃风现象会造成大量限电异常值,限电异常值会严重影响并网电力系统的稳定性。采用四分位法和灰狼优化箱线图算法(grey wolf optimized boxplot algorithm,GWO-Boxplot)对风电场中各风电机组限电和离散等异常值进行自适应识别与精细划分。针对风电机组输出功率在时空上存在一定相关性,提出了一种融合时空相关性和权重系数分配的风电机组异常值处理方法,对历史功率填补数据和空间相关填补数据进行权重系数分配并加权求和,最后通过分形插值算法对曲线进行拟合。利用某座集群风电场中各风电机组实际出力数据对所提方法进行验证,仿真结果表明所提方法对异常值剔除率及拟合精度有明显提升效果。展开更多
