Production-teaching-research of a Commercial Aircraft Corporation in the Chinese Industry Chain

For the future development of a commercial aircraft corporation, this paper focused on the research and technological innovation model in an industrial chain and explored how to promote the sustainable development of technological innovation on the basis of the Chinese aviation industry. It puts forward several ways to reinforce cooperation, such as strengthening policies and regulations, government＇s support for research cooperations, accelerating construction of the production-teaching-research oriented public technology platform and service system, and firming the industry awareness of universities and research institutes, and so on.

Construction of Regional Grain Industry Chain and Supply Chain in Yunnan Province

As a southwestern border province of China,Yunnan is featured by the geographical advantage of proximity to the Indo-China Peninsula which is known as World Rice Warehouse,and its capital and technology are ahead of the neighboring countries of China.Therefore,to enhance its support capability in consolidating and improving the national food security strategy,Yunnan should further develop its comparative advantages by building the regional food industry chain and supply chain depending on the province's grain system of production,processing,storage and transportation,as well as its agricultural economic and trade cooperation platforms and channels with the neighboring countries of China.In this study,comparative analysis and related methods were used to systematically analyze the scale of grain production in Yunnan,the proportion of its grain production to the national total amount,the transition of its grain variety structure and the characteristics of its food security system,as well as the grain export trade of the 6 countries in the Indo-China Peninsula from 2010 to 2019.Then,the problems in grain production in Yunnan were clarified,such as the decrease of grain ration production capacity,the decline of comparative benefits of grain production and the insufficient support for agricultural"going global"strategy.Finally,a series of countermeasures were put forward,including further implementing the strategy of"reserving grain in land and technology"to increase Yunnan's production capacity of grain,focusing on agricultural products storage and transportation system to improve the ability to obtain grain from abroad,expanding the border processing and logistics industry,optimizing the policy of agricultural products'import and export,and etc.

Study on the Development of the Entire Industrial Chain of Rice Production and Its Role in the Rural Revitalization of Zhejiang Province

Taking rice production in Zhejiang Province as an example,the ideas and key technologies for adjusting the development of rice industry from the perspective of the entire industrial chain are discussed.It is believed that the development of high-quality rice should be regarded as an important guide for industrial transformation and upgrading to promote the healthy development of high-quality rice industry.The key to the development of highquality rice is the technical promotion of the entire industrial chain of rice production.It is necessary to actively promote the breeding of rice varieties with good taste quality and the improvement,demonstration and promotion of green cultivation techniques,promote the improvement,demonstration and promotion of rice storage and preservation technology and rice deep processing technology,promote the demonstration and promotion of the integrated production and marketing model of variety and brand,and promote the development of beautiful rice fields and colored special rice,so as to enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of rice industry in Zhejiang Province and help rural revitalization.

“Products-Knowledge” Two-Dimensional Increment Model of Fashion Industry Value Chain Based on Industry Analysis

Fashion industry has a complex characteristic for it spans the first, second, and third industries. In addition, the characteristic of creative industry has high value-added for its knowledge outputting, which makes the traditional value-added analysis based on supply chain not easy and good enough to interpret its industry value-added features. From the perspective of "products-knowledge" two-dimensional analysis,a fashion industry value chain increment model is built,by simulating the process of "product flow" and "information flow" value-added. The fashion industry value chain increment model provides an effective way for the enterprise strategy formulation and production strategy adjustment.

Research on Big Data Platform Design in the Context of Digital Agriculture:Case Study of the Peony Industry in Heze City,China

In recent years,China has successfully set up multiple single-product big data platforms.As an indigenous and unique plant in China,the peony contains immense economic returns,strong social benefits,and profound cultural heritage.Its seed oil,as an emerging edible oil,has attracted much attention.Heze city is one of the places optimal for cultivating peonies.In this context,a study of the big data of the peony industry in Heze city bears practical significance.This paper begins with the literature review of big data platforms for the entire industry.Referring to established single-product big data platforms,it reports the results of a case study of the peony industry in Heze city that identify potential difficulties and problems regarding the building of a big data platform for the peony industry that incorporates the five dimensions of service,management,application,resource,and technology.

Integration of Forestry Industrial Chain in China

Based on the Smile Curve and Michael E. Porter' value chain model,this paper points out that China's forestry industry stays at the low end of the value chain for a long time. Raw materials are imported from foreign countries and also sold in foreign countries. Then,the authors analyze characteristics and existing problems of China's forestry industrial chain. They put forward the development direction of China's forestry industrial chain with reference to International Paper Company. Finally,they present their recommendations for integration of China's forestry industrial chain.

新质生产力与制造业产业链供应链韧性:理论分析与实证检验

新质生产力能够实现技术革命性突破、生产要素创新性配置、产业深度转型升级,为提升制造业产业链供应链韧性注入新动能.在构建城市层面新质生产力综合测度体系与制造业产业链供应链韧性指标基础上,使用2003-2020年154个地级市的平衡面板数据,实证分析新质生产力对制造业产业链供应链韧性的直接效应与空间溢出效应.研究发现:基准回归结果与异质性检验结果表明,新质生产力能够显著增强制造业产业链供应链韧性,这一结论在不同区域、不同产业结构合理化程度的地区中存在差异;空间计量回归结果表明,新质生产力不仅能够直接增强本地区制造业产业链供应链韧性,且会通过空间溢出效应对邻近地区制造业产业链供应链韧性产生正向影响;进一步分析结果表明,国内价值链的战略替代性能够正向调节新质生产力的制造业产业链供应链韧性提升效应.为制造业产业链供应链突破传统发展模式,提高自主可控能力提供有益参考.

交通改善、产业链贸易与区域生产网络

理论上,交通改善能够促进企业间贸易与产业间的分工合作,进而形成区域乃至全国性生产网络。本文利用福建省企业增值税发票数据构建了产业链关联变量,考察了高速公路对省内企业间产业分工与产业链形成的影响,有以下发现:首先,高速公路促进了企业的产业间销售,加深了与产业链企业的贸易联系,并提升了销售对象的产业多样性;其次,上游企业贸易对下游企业贸易有显著推动作用,而且上述结果在考虑内生性以及可能产生估计偏误的情形下保持稳健;最后,对不同产业以及生产网络中心度的异质性分析发现,交通改善对制造业下游的产业影响强于服务业,而且高速公路能够带动生产网络中的弱势产业,从而降低网络的结构失衡。

数字经济赋能新质生产力发展的实践路径

新质生产力是通过扬弃传统生产力发展方式而形成的反映未来发展方向的生产力新跃迁。数字经济时代新质生产力的生成逻辑体现为,数据是创造新质生产力的关键生产资料、数字技术能够构筑新质生产力发展基础、数字基础设施为新质生产力形成提供平台。在实践过程中,应从发展数字技术,引领科技迭代创新;推动全产业链数字化,开辟发展新空间;增强人才储备,发挥人才赋能作用等方面赋能新质生产力发展。

Implementation of Hybrid Genetic Algorithm for CLSC Network Design Problem—A Case Study on Fashion Leather Goods Industry

The implementation of closed loop supply chain system is becoming essential for fashion leather products industry to ensure an economically sustainable business model and eco-friendly industrial practice as demanded by the environmental regulations, consumer awareness and the prevailing social consciousness. In this context, this research work addresses a closed loop supply chain network problem of fashion leather goods industry, with an objective of minimizing the total cost of the entire supply chain and also reducing the total waste from the end of life product returns. The research work commenced with a literature review on the reverse and closed loop supply chain network design problems of fashion and leather goods industry dealt in the past. Then, the identified CLSCND problem is solved using a mathematical model based on Mixed Integer Non-Linear Programme (MINLP) and then a suitable Hybrid Genetic Algorithm (HGA) developed for the CLSCND is implemented for obtaining optimum solution. Both the MINLP model and HGA are customized as per the CLSCND problem chosen and implemented for the industrial case of an Indian Fashion Leather Goods Industry. Finally, the solutions obtained for MINLP model in LINGO 15 and for HGA in VB.NET platform are compared and presented. The optimum solution obtained from the suitable HGA is illustrated as an optimum shipment pattern for the closed loop supply chain network design problem of the fashion leather goods industry case.

新质生产力对中国式产业链现代化的影响研究

作为传统生产力蝶变的先进生产力,新质生产力是推进重点产业全链条数智化改造升级的核心动力,亦是实现中国式现代化的重要物质技术基础。本文以2010~2022年我国30个省(区、市)面板数据为研究样本,在理论分析的基础上,通过构建多种计量模型,对新质生产力与中国式产业链现代化的关系以及作用机制进行实证考察。研究发现:新质生产力对中国式产业链现代化建设具有正向促进作用。机制检验结果表明,新质生产力可通过提升创业活跃度正向促进中国式产业链现代化。数字化转型在新质生产力与中国式产业链现代化间的关系中发挥正向调节作用。异质性检验结果显示,在南方地区、小规模产业地区中,新质生产力对中国式产业链现代化建设的正向推动作用较强。

数字化转型对企业全要素生产率的影响——基于产业链关联视角

文章选取上市公司年报以及投入产出表的相关数据,通过面板数据模型考察数字化转型对企业全要素生产率的影响效应及其作用机制。结果表明:数字化转型能够提升企业全要素生产率,并且在缓解内生性问题和进行一系列稳健性检验后结论依然成立;数字化转型能够通过前向关联、后向关联两种渠道来增强产业链关联的创新效应和结构效应,进而促进企业全要素生产率增长;数字化转型对企业全要素生产率增长的促进作用存在行业异质性,在劳动密集型和竞争性行业的作用效果更为明显。

数字乡村建设与中国式农业产业链现代化:内在机制与经验证据

以2013—2022年中国30个省级行政区为样本,研究利用基准回归模型与中介效应模型,探究数字乡村建设对中国式农业产业链现代化的影响及内在作用机制。结果表明:数字乡村建设可以有效助力中国式农业产业链现代化发展。数字乡村建设能够通过提高农业劳动生产率、农村居民数字素养,推动中国式农业产业链现代化。数字乡村建设对中国式农业产业链现代化的影响具有区域异质性、农业资源禀赋异质性,对东部地区和农业大省中国式农业产业链现代化的促进作用更强。数字乡村建设对中国式农业产业链现代化的影响存在以自身为门槛的双重门槛效应。
