During his visit to China at the invitation of the CPAFFC in September 2004, Paul Hoeffel, chief of the Non-Governmental Organizations Section of DPI held talks with the CPAFFC. Both sides agreed to report UN activities on CPAFFC’s journal Voice of Friendship. Voice of Friendship has published several articles about the purposes of the United Nations and CPAFFC’s participation in the UN NGO activities. Starting from this issue, a special column on the U. N. is added. In doing so we hope to raise public concern about major global issues.展开更多
