As the study suggested that the basic position of the primary forestry industry should be strengthened and promoted, deep processing capacity and resources utilization of the secondary industry should be further developed, and the leading role of the tertiary industry should be further enhanced in accordance with the low carbon concept. 展开更多

Under the target of the sustainable development,optimization of forestry industrial structure contains rationalization and advancement of forestry industrial structure in the traditional sense,as well as ecologicalization of forestry industrial structure.The connotation of optimization of forestry industrial structure is analyzed at first,and then the paper chooses the typical evaluation indexes from the three sides of rationalization,advancement and ecologicalization to evaluate the current situation of the regional forestry industrial structure.With the aid of the theory of fuzzy mathematics and information entropy,the paper establishes a fuzzy evaluation model which is based on information entropy for optimization of forestry industrial structure,and the evaluation model is applied in the study for the current situation of forestry industrial structure from 2000 to 2006 in Hubei province.The results show that the grade of forestry industrial structure is bad basically during the research,of which the overall level of forestry industrial structure of Hubei province is poor,the degree of utilizing forest resource is lower,and ecological environment in the forest region has been damaged to some extent.On this basis,the author presents the countermeasure to promote the optimization of forestry industrial structure. 展开更多

Acting as an important driving force for the change of the regional land use,the change of industrial structure also has some influences on the ecological environment.The assessment and mechanism analysis of these influences will be beneficial to the sustainable development of regional economy and the im- provement of relationships between man and earth.Taking Chuzhou City in Anhui Province as an example,on the basis of a qualitative analysis of the influence of the development of differ- ent industry on the regional ecological environment,this paper builds the influence factor of industrial structure on natural envi- ronment and the influence index of industrial structure on natural environment,makes a quantitative assessment of the change of the industrial structure and its comprehensive influences on the eco- logical environment in the Chuzhou City from 1974 to 1995. Studies show that,during the analysed period,Chuzhou City's industrial structure has changed markedly,having undergone two transformations.The influence of industrial structure on natural environment from 1974 to 1995 increased as a whole,while from 1996 to 2004,the influence of industrial structure on natural en- vironment decreased year-on-year.These changes indicate that the regional change of industrial structure results in better ecological effects.Finally,we propose appropriate regulatory measures ac- cording to our research results. 展开更多

The grey relevance analysis is applied to study the 1996-2009 output value structure of China forestry system. Based on GM(1,1) model, information model is established to predict the forestry industrial structure of China in the next 10 years. Result shows that grey correlations between the three forestry industries and the forestry output value are 0.849 1, 0.731 1 and 0.821 3, respectively, with its order being secondary industry<tertiary industry<primary industry. Prediction result shows that forestry industry of China is in the middle stage of industrialization; and both secondary and tertiary industries will develop rapidly and become the leading industries. 展开更多

[Method]Based on the statistical data of Shaanxi Province during 1978- 2013,the ecological environmental impact index and effect index of industrial structure in Shaanxi Province were calculated,and then the ecological environment benefit of changes in industrial structure in Shaanxi Province from1978 to 2013 was assessed quantitatively. [Result]The impact of changes in industrial structure on ecological environment in Shaanxi Province was moderate,but later changes in industrial structure had greater influences on ecological environment than before. Our intent is to place that reduction in a larger context, that of the process of industrializat... Greenhouse-gas (GHG) emissions in China have aroused much interest, and not least in recent evidence of their reduction. Our intent is to place that reduction in a larger context, that of the process of industrialization. A lengthy time perspective is combined with a cross-sectional approach-China plus five other countries-and addressed through two general models. The findings are salutary. First, they suggest that a diversified economic structure is consistent with diminished intensity in energy use. Secondly, and the obverse of the first, they imply that a diversified energy structure promotes reductions in CO2 emissions. Finally, one is led inevitably to the conclusion that, together, the findings point to a path for countries to transform their economies while at the same time undertaking to drastically moderate their energy use, switching from a pattern of heavy carbon emissions to one in which lighter carbon emissions prevail. The implications of such findings for environmental management are enormous. 展开更多

This paper utilizes the relevant data of Sichuan to set up the econometric model and quantitatively studies the factors influencing economic growth of Sichuan. Through comparing the greatness that each factor influences the economic growth of Sichuan, the paper takes system changes as leading factor to influence the economic growth during 1984-2003 of Sichuan. At the same time, the upgrading of industrial structure will be a core of economic growth in the future, and the scientific and technological progress is the potential force of economic growth. 展开更多

本文构建了一个包含中央政府和地方政府行为的产业结构变迁模型,理论研究发现,财政分权通过影响财政支出在中央政府和地方政府之间的配置来影响全要素生产率,并进一步影响产业结构变迁,促进产业升级。财政分权对产业结构变迁的影响与财... 本文构建了一个包含中央政府和地方政府行为的产业结构变迁模型,理论研究发现,财政分权通过影响财政支出在中央政府和地方政府之间的配置来影响全要素生产率,并进一步影响产业结构变迁,促进产业升级。财政分权对产业结构变迁的影响与财政分权水平,以及非农业部门中央政府财政支出和地方政府财政支出的产出弹性有关,经济中可能存在最优的财政分权可以极小化农业部门的劳动力份额。本文通过省级面板数据模型考察财政分权对我国产业结构变迁的影响。在此基础上,我们运用省内县级政府的税收分权指标,以及双重差分方法做了稳健性检验。实证研究发现,财政分权程度越高,农业部门劳动力份额越低,这说明财政分权有利于我国产业结构升级,且这一结论是稳健的。 展开更多

[目的]在加快推进数字经济与实体经济深度融合赋能现代产业体系的背景下,研究数字乡村建设对林业产业发展升级的影响机制,为森林资源富集地区制定数字赋能林业产业高质量发展的政策策略提供科学依据。[方法]基于浙江省山区26县2001—2021年面板数据,构建县域数字乡村建设水平评价指标体系测度数字乡村建设水平,采用双向固定效应模型、中介效应模型、门槛效应模型和空间杜宾模型等量化分析数字乡村建设对林业产业发展升级的影响及其作用机制。[结果]1) 2001—2021年浙江省山区26县数字乡村建设水平呈增长态势,其中跨越发展县的数字乡村建设水平高于生态发展县;林业产业发展规模不断扩大,但区域间差异明显且两极分化较严重;林业产业结构合理化程度小幅上升,林业产业结构高级化程度波动上升。2)数字乡村建设能够促进林业产业发展升级,即数字乡村建设对林业产业发展规模、林业产业结构合理化和林业产业高级化均产生显著正向影响;数字乡村建设对林业产业结构合理化和林业产业结构高级化的影响存在门槛效应。3)数字乡村建设能够通过技术赋能、劳动力赋能和治理赋能等路径促进林业产业发展升级。4)数字乡村建设对林业产业发展升级存在正向空间溢出效应;数字乡村建设能够显著促进本地区林业产业发展规模、林业产业结构合理化和林业产业结构高级化,同时对邻近地区的林业产业发展规模、林业产业结构合理化和林业产业结构高级化产生显著正向影响。[结论]2001—2021年浙江省山区26县数字乡村建设水平不断提高,林业产业发展升级状况向好,技术应用水平、人力资本水平和森林生态产品价值实现效率等因素在不同程度上影响数字乡村建设、促进林业产业发展。各县域单元需加快推进数字乡村建设,从创新技术运用、大力引进人才、提升林业部门生态治理能力和林业企业经营管理水平以及培育林业龙头企业并发挥辐射带动作用等方面发力,因地制宜,分类施策,推动山区县林业产业发展升级,打造数字赋能现代林业产业高质量发展的示范样板。 展开更多

数字新质生产力“以新促质”,锚定新发展理念与高质量发展目标,对推动经济增长动能转换具有重要意义。基于2013—2022年286个地级及以上城市面板数据,通过多种计量模型,实证检验数字新质生产力对经济增长动能转换的影响效应。研究表明:... 数字新质生产力“以新促质”,锚定新发展理念与高质量发展目标,对推动经济增长动能转换具有重要意义。基于2013—2022年286个地级及以上城市面板数据,通过多种计量模型,实证检验数字新质生产力对经济增长动能转换的影响效应。研究表明:数字新质生产力对于经济增长动能转换具有积极推动作用,且该推动作用在资源型城市以及中心城市更为显著。机制检验结果显示,数字新质生产力通过推动产业结构变迁和提升对外贸易水平两条机制渠道促进经济增长动能转换。调节效应检验结果证实,营商环境在数字新质生产力推动经济增长动能转换过程中发挥正向调节作用。门限效应分析表明,人力资本在数字新质生产力对经济增长动能转换的影响效应存在显著非线性门限效应。基于此,提出培育数字新质生产力,激发全新经济增长点,调整经济结构,加快新旧动能转换,优化营商环境布局,构建经济动能新引擎的政策建议,为培育数字新质生产力,赋能经济增长动能转换提供有益借鉴。 展开更多

在150℃烘箱中对3种不同纺丝工艺即常规工艺(A)、提高喷丝头拉伸倍数(B)、提高喷丝头拉伸倍数并降低第二级拉伸倍数(C)制备的涤纶工业丝试样F-A、F-B、F-C进行30~120 d热处理,研究纺丝工艺及热处理时间对涤纶工业丝乙二醇链段构象的影响... 在150℃烘箱中对3种不同纺丝工艺即常规工艺(A)、提高喷丝头拉伸倍数(B)、提高喷丝头拉伸倍数并降低第二级拉伸倍数(C)制备的涤纶工业丝试样F-A、F-B、F-C进行30~120 d热处理,研究纺丝工艺及热处理时间对涤纶工业丝乙二醇链段构象的影响,以此考察涤纶工业丝的聚集态结构变化。结果表明:提高喷丝头拉伸倍数促使纤维中乙二醇链段的旁式构象向反式构象转变,降低第二级拉伸倍数不足以破坏纤维的原有结构;喷丝头拉伸倍数从109.62提高到120.00,试样的乙二醇链段反式构象相对含量(X_(t))从23.37%增加至29.00%,结晶度(X_(c))从43.04%降至42.57%;第二级拉伸倍数从3.389降至3.200,试样的X_(t)从29.00%增加至41.73%,X_(c)从42.57%提高至45.44%;对于F-A与F-C试样,随着热处理时间的延长,试样的X_(t)及X_(c)均先增加后下降,均在热处理90 d时出现最大值;而对于F-B试样,随着热处理时间的延长,试样的X_(t)及X_(c)均逐渐增大,在热处理120 d时分别达到64.90%与63.36%。 展开更多

The Effect of Industrial Structure Change on Carbon Dioxide Emissions: A Cross-Country Panel Analysis 被引量:1

Reduction of carbon dioxide(CO2)emissions is one of the biggest challenges for global sustainable development,in which economic growth characterized by industrialization plays a formidable role.We innovatively adopted the input and output(I-O)table of 41 countries released by World I-O Database to determine the industrial structure change and analyze its impact on CO2 emission evolution by developing a cross-country panel model.The empirical results show that industrial structure change has a significantly negative effect on CO2 emissions;to be specific,0.1 unit increase in the linkage of manufacturing sector and service sector will lead to a decrease of 0.94 metric tons per capita CO2 emissions,indicating that upgrading industrial structure contributes to carbon mitigation and sustainable development.Further,urbanization,technology and trade openness have significantly negative impact on CO2 emissions,while economy growth and energy use take positive impacts.In particular,a 1%increase in per capita income will contribute to an increase of 8.6 metric tons per capita CO2 emissions.However,the effect of industrial structure on environment degradation is moderated by technology level.These findings fill the gaps of previous literature and provide valuable references for effective policies to mitigate CO2 emissions and achieve sustainable development. 展开更多
