Complex [Cu(C7H3NO5)(DMF)(H2O)] was crystallized from the reaction of Cu(CH3COO)2·H2O with 2,6-dicarboxy-4-hydroxypyridine (chelidamic acid) in DMF solution and its structure was characterized by X-ray ... Complex [Cu(C7H3NO5)(DMF)(H2O)] was crystallized from the reaction of Cu(CH3COO)2·H2O with 2,6-dicarboxy-4-hydroxypyridine (chelidamic acid) in DMF solution and its structure was characterized by X-ray crystallography. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1^- with a = 7.835(2), b = 8.594(2), c = 10.309(2) A, α = 84.16(3), β= 77.94(3), γ= 69.22(3)°, V = 634.4(2) A^3, Mr = 335.76, Z = 2, Dc = 1.758 g/cm^3, λ, = 0.71073 A,μ(MoKoα) = 1.756 mm^-1 and F(000) = 342. The structure was refined to R = 0.0367 and wR = 0.0805 for 2191 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The crystal structure shows a distorted square pyramidal geometry around the copper(Ⅱ) ion, which is chelated by one nitrogen atom and two oxygen atoms of the chelidamic acid, one water molecule and one DMF molecule. The title, complex displays 1-D hydrogen-bonded double chains. 展开更多

A novel complex [Cd4(HCAM)4(H2O)8] of Cd(Ⅲ) withchelidamic acid (H3CAM) was synthesized by the hydrothermal method and characterized with IR and emission spectra.The crystal structure was determined based on single-crystal X-ray diffraction data.It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group C2/c with a=17.538(5),b=12.916(4),c=16.505(7),β=100.690(14)o,V=3674(2) 3,Z=8,C14 H14 Cd2N2O14,Mr=659.07,Dc=2.383 g/cm 3,μ=2.400 mm-1,S=1.000,F(000)=2560,the final R=0.0242 and wR=0.0581 for 3656 observed reflections with I〉2σ(I).The inhibition of the complex against K562 and HL60 cells was determined by MTT assay.The results showed that the concentration of complex was positively correlated with inhibitions against K562 and HL60 cell lines,but inhibitory effects are relatively weak.IC 50 concentration of the title complex on K562 and HL60 cells is 15 and 5 μg/mL,respectively. 展开更多

Compound I crystallizes in triclinic, space group Pi with a = 9.6939(19), b = 10.176(2), c = 11.502(2)A, α = 111.52(3), β = 93.74(3), γ = 103.33(3)°, V = 1013.0(3)A3, Dc = 1.912 g/cm3, Z = 1, Mr = 1166.40, p = 2.188 mm-1, 2(MoKa) = 0.71073 A and F(000) = 574. The final R = 0.0342 and wR = 0.0737 for 4080 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I), and R = 0.0429 and wR = 0.0772 for all data. Compound 1 contains two lanthanum ions, four chelidamic acid ligands, four coordinated water molecules, two hydroniums, and three discrete water molecules. The LaⅢ atom is ten-coordinated by four oxygen and two nitrogen atoms from two tridentate chelating chelidamic acid ligands, two carboxylic oxygen atoms from an adjacent chelidamic acid ligand and two coordinated water molecules, leading to a distorted dodecahedral geometry. Complex 1 contains one cerium ion, two chelidamic acid ligands, three coordinated water molecules, one discrete toluene molecule, and two discrete water molecules. The Ce(IV) ion is nine-coordinate with the coordination polyhedron made up of four oxygen atoms and two nitrogen atoms from two tridentate chelating chelidamic acid ligands, and three coordinated water molecules. A three-dimensional network is formed by the H-bonds. Moreover, optical properties are investigated and the results show that this complex has sharp optical absorption at 221,396 and 571 nm but no marked fluorescent emission. 展开更多
