Ligustri lucidi Fructus is a traditional Chinese medicine and possesses various bioactivities,including hypoglycemic effect.Ligustrum lucidum Ait flowers are poorly investigated.Thus,we hypothesized that L.lucidum flo...Ligustri lucidi Fructus is a traditional Chinese medicine and possesses various bioactivities,including hypoglycemic effect.Ligustrum lucidum Ait flowers are poorly investigated.Thus,we hypothesized that L.lucidum flowers also could have hypoglycemic effect.Chemical composition and glucose uptake effect of L.lucidum flowers on 3T3-L1 adipocytes were investigated.In this study,the components of L.lucidum flowers were investigated by various chromatographic and spectroscopic methods and the effects of L.lucidum flowers on the induction of glucose uptake were investigated by 3T3-L1 adipocytes.Seven compounds were isolated and identified from L.lucidum flowers,including ursolic acid(1),kaempferol-7-O-α-Lrhamnoside(2,KR),β-sitosterol(3),β-daucosterol(4),kaempferitrin(5,KF),10-hydroxy oleuropein(6,HO),and kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside-7-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(7,KGR).The results of glucose uptake showed that total extract(TE),KR,KF and HO from L.lucidum flowers significantly enhanced glucose uptake.This study demonstrated that compounds 2,5-7 were isolated for the first time from this plant and compounds 2 and 7 were isolated for the first time in genus Ligustrum,L.lucidum flowers,KR,KF and HO may possess potential hypoglycemic effect.展开更多

X-ray diffraction results indicate that all these Al1-xInxN epilayers hav...This paper reports that Al1-xInxN epilayers were grown on GaN template by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition with an In content of 7%--20%. X-ray diffraction results indicate that all these Al1-xInxN epilayers have a relatively low density of threading dislocations. Rutherford backscattering/channeling measurements provide the exact compositional information and show that a gradual variation in composition of the Al1-xInxN epilayer happens along the growth direction. The experimental results of optical reflection clearly show the bandgap energies of Al1-xInxN epilayers. A bowing parameter of 6.5~eV is obtained from the compositional dependence of the energy gap. The cathodoluminescence peak energy of the Al1-xInxN epilayer is much lower than its bandgap, indicating a relatively large Stokes shift in the Al1-xInxN sample.展开更多

目的:基于分子对接分析复方一枝黄花喷雾剂化学成分与HIV-1蛋白酶和组织蛋白酶L的结合情况。方法:利用TCMSP(Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology)结合文献构建复方一枝黄花喷雾剂小分子配体库,采用Surflex-Dock模块完...目的:基于分子对接分析复方一枝黄花喷雾剂化学成分与HIV-1蛋白酶和组织蛋白酶L的结合情况。方法:利用TCMSP(Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology)结合文献构建复方一枝黄花喷雾剂小分子配体库,采用Surflex-Dock模块完成复方一枝黄花喷雾剂与HIV-1蛋白酶和组织蛋白酶L的分子对接分析。通过Ligplot计算核心成分与HIV-1蛋白酶和组织蛋白酶L形成的氢键、疏水作用。结果:获得复方一枝黄花喷雾剂活性成分74个,通过分子对接发现,26个活性成分与HIV-1蛋白酶有较好的结合(Total score>7),5个活性成分与Cathepsin L蛋白酶有较好的结合(Total score>7)。Diosmetin与HIV-1蛋白酶相互作用形成四个氢键(Gly27,Gly48,Gly49,Arg8),Harmonyl与HIV-1蛋白酶相互作用形成两个氢键(Arg8,Asp30)。结论:本研究初步筛选复方一枝黄花喷雾剂具有抗HIV-1蛋白酶和组织蛋白酶L的化学成分,为抗病毒药物的开发提供思路。展开更多
