Relationship between parenting stress and behavioral and emotional problems in preschool children: A mediation effect analysis

BACKGROUND Emotional reactions,such as anxiety,irritability,and aggressive behavior,have attracted clinical attention as behavioral and emotional problems in preschool-age children.AIM To investigate the current status of family rearing,parental stress,and behavioral and emotional problems of preschool children and to analyze the mediating effect of the current status of family rearing on parental stress and behavioral/emo-tional problems.METHODS We use convenience sampling to select 258 preschool children in the physical examination center of our hospital from October 2021 to September 2023.The children and their parents were evaluated using a questionnaire survey.Pearson's correlation was used to analyze the correlation between child behavioral and emotional problems and parental stress and family rearing,and the structural equation model was constructed to test the mediating effect.RESULTS The score for behavioral/emotional problems of 258 preschool children was(27.54±3.63),the score for parental stress was(87.64±11.34),and the score for parental family rearing was(31.54±5.24).There was a positive correlation between the behavioral and emotional problems of the children and the“hostile/mandatory”parenting style;meanwhile,showed a negative correlation with the“support/participation”parenting style(all P<0.05).The intermediary effect value between the family upbringing of parents in parental stress and children's behavior problems was 29.89%.CONCLUSION Parental family upbringing has a mediating effect between parental stress and behavioral and emotional problems of children.Despite paying attention to the behavioral and emotional problems of preschool-age children,clinical medical staff should provide correct and reasonable parenting advice to their parents to promote the mental health of preschool-age children.

Suitability Evaluation of Physical Activity Places in Urban Parks for Children's Play Activities:A Case Study of Four Urban Parks in Handan

Taking 4 urban parks in Handan City as the research objects, 41 suitability evaluation indicators are selected according to the relevant literature reading. The common factors are extracted through factor analysis and the importance questionnaire and summarized into 6 dimensions, namely children's play facilities and auxiliary facility quality factor, natural environment participation factor, children's play space convenience factor, artificial environment participation factor, space environment quality and safety factor, children's game activity facility perfection factor, and the weights of public factors and indicators are calculated. Then the index score is calculated through field measurement and satisfaction survey, and the IPA analysis method is used to draw the coordinate map of key optimization indicators for 4 parks. Finally, corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward for Handan urban parks according to the analysis and evaluation results.

研究生学位论文评议结论异议的申诉制度探析

我国目前的研究生学位论文评议有两种情况:一种是已获得学位的学位论文被教育行政部门或学校抽检评议;另一种是学位论文答辩前的例行评议。学位论文评议结论对学位申请人是否能参与答辩或学位获得者能否保留住学位有重要影响,学位申请者或获得者在对学位评议结论有异议时应享有申诉权。各学位授予单位关于申诉权的发生事由与提出条件有不同规定,在国家法律层面缺失救济程序的情况下,学位申请者或获得者只能根据各学位授予单位的申诉程序去寻求权利救济与保护。目前,我国现行的学位论文评议结论异议申请程序在一定程度上存在程序缺失、申诉范围狭隘、审查职责不清等问题,应完善学位论文申诉权及申诉程序的原则,各学位授予单位根据实际情况细化程序规则,扩大研究生学位论文评议结论异议申诉的范围,加强异议申诉程序的正当性设计以及完善我国现行的学位论文的复审机制。

Research on the influence of the public service advertising appeals to the individual＇s pro-social behavior tendency

At present, from the aspect of promoting consumers＇ pro-social consumption behaviors, the public service ads has a clearly insufficient persuasive problem. In order to make a theoretical explanation and provide suggestions for this phenomenon, this article compares the effect of different orientations of public service ads＇ appeals on the tendency of individual＇ s pro-social consumption behaviors experiment. The experimental results prove that comparatively speaking, altruism orientation of public service ads＇ appeals can make the individual to produce higher levels of pro-social consumption behaviors. Based on the above research results, the author respectively puts forward some advices about public service ads for the management of profit and non-profit organizations.

刑事申诉审查制度改革研究

刑事申诉案件的审查是非常重要的特别救济程序,但我国法律一直没有将这一审查活动纳入诉讼程序的轨道,相关规定散见于司法解释和规范性文件中。目前我国的刑事申诉审查存在审查主体多元化、审查内容和程序不完善、配套制度作用发挥不到位等问题,因此,需要对刑事申诉审查制度进行改革探索,取消法院审查主体地位,在检察机关内部设立相对独立的刑事申诉案件审查委员会对申诉案件进行实质性审查;区分形式审查和实质审查,构建刑事申诉审查程序;完善律师代理刑事申诉制度,规范刑事申诉案件异地审查制度,提高刑事申诉审查质效,并逐步将其确立为正式的刑事诉讼制度,推动刑事诉讼立法的发展。

A Study of Translation of Chinese Children's Literature in Light of Re-ception Aesthetics—A case study of Bronze and Sunflower

As an important branch of literature, children's literature is exerting a pivotal role in social education. From the perspec-tive of reception aesthetics, English version of Cao Wenxuan's work Bronze and Sunflower is studied from four aspects:horizon of expectation, indeterminacy, aesthetic distance and fusion of horizons. In reception aesthetics, target readers-children are the center of the reading. So translation methods are to satisfy children's demand. It has also been found out that there are some features for children's literature translation include using colloquial words, concise sentence structure and the combination of domestication and foreignization.

Charles Dickens—the greatest representative of English critical realism writer in the 19th century.The age when he lived and his own experience contributed to his more attention to the low-class people of the society and children's education.His first work of critical realism Oliver Twist is also not exceptional which shows attention of the children's education,compassion and concerning about children's growth in the novel.The author argues from the view of pedagogy to analyze the causes of the tragic fate of five secondary typical characters(Monks,Dick,Noah,Dodger and Charley)to reveal children's educational view of Charles Dickens—the harmony of family relationships,the humanization of school system and the fraternity of social system in Oliver Twist.At the same time,the author would study that children educational view of Charles Dickens's influence on the children's education in our country,especially for the education of delinquent children in modern society.

突出流行性还是稀缺性?——地理标志农产品地区典型性与广告诉求方式的匹配效应研究

地理标志农产品的本质特征在于产品与产地的关联性,但不同的地理标志农产品,消费者对其产品与产地关系的联想即地区典型性存有差异。针对地区典型性不同的地理标志农产品,如何采用配套的广告诉求方式以提升品牌传播的有效性?为此,本研究将地区典型性与广告诉求方式相匹配探究其对消费者态度的影响,以及这一影响发生的内在机制与边界条件。四个实验结果表明,当地理标志农产品的地区典型性高时,采用流行性诉求更能引发消费者对产品的积极态度,感知可靠性在其中起中介作用;当地理标志农产品的地区典型性低时,采用稀缺性诉求更能引发消费者对产品的积极态度,感知独特性在其中起中介作用。此外,产品属性在地区典型性与广告诉求方式对消费者产品态度的交互作用中起调节作用,高地区典型性与流行性诉求对消费者产品态度的交互作用在实用性属性下更显著,低地区典型性与稀缺性诉求对消费者产品态度的交互作用在享乐性属性下更显著。本研究为地理标志农产品消费行为研究提供了新的视角,同时对提升地理标志品牌价值及促进地理标志产业均衡发展具有实践意义。

治在微端:政务新媒体社会治理研究

政务新媒体社会治理是政府及其他多元治理主体基于政务微博、政务微信、政务APP、政务短视频等政务新媒体实施社会生活管理、开展社会公共事务治理的行动与过程,主要应用于回应性、协商性、协同性、发展性四种治理场景,是国家治理体系的重要组成部分。文章基于过程分析的微观视角,从诉求先导、通力合作、价值生成三个维度构建了理解政务新媒体社会治理的基本框架。治理诉求的输入是触发政务新媒体社会治理的基本驱动力,政府及其他相关治理主体基于政务新媒体联结成为行动者网络,积极开展线上、线下多元治理行动并促进主流社会治理理念和价值的生成。在实践中,虽然政务新媒体社会治理亦存在数字形式主义、舆情风险、行动者协调困难等问题,但仍可在发挥各类政务新媒体功能优势、扩大并优化治理行动者网络、扩展治理应用场景、推动政务新媒体社会治理由“应对式”向“智慧治理”转变等方面加以改进。

是谁在努力——医疗募捐情境下力量情绪诉求类型对个体捐赠意愿的影响研究

力量情绪诉求是一种被广泛应用于医疗募捐情境下的诉求策略,但学术领域对其的研究仍处于起步阶段。本文通过3项实验探究了不同类型的力量情绪诉求对于个体捐赠意愿的影响及机制。研究发现,两种类型的力量诉求均会对个体捐赠意愿产生积极的影响,但自我力量诉求主要通过预期内疚来提高个人捐赠意愿,而他人力量诉求主要通过感知自助来提高个人捐赠意愿。低权力感个体更加偏好自我力量诉求,而高权力感个体更加偏好他人力量诉求。本文不仅丰富了慈善领域关于情绪诉求的理论研究成果,还为医疗募捐网站的募捐实践提供了管理启示。

认罪认罚案件被告人滥用上诉权法律规制之探讨

在我国认罪认罚从宽制度实施过程中存在被告人滥用上诉权的问题。被告人滥用上诉权有违认罪认罚从宽制度的设立宗旨,降低了诉讼效率,浪费了司法资源,有必要从法律上进行规制。我国应在借鉴域外规制认罪协商案件被告人滥用上诉权立法经验的基础上,结合我国司法实践,对认罪认罚案件被告人滥用上诉权问题进行法律上的规制,构建认罪认罚案件一审法院上诉理由过滤机制,同时建立认罪认罚案件二审法院上诉许可审查机制。处理好保障认罪认罚案件被告人上诉权和规制其滥用上诉权的关系,确保我国认罪认罚从宽制度有序运行。

区块链食品可追溯系统对消费者惠顾意愿的影响研究

区块链能有效解决食品供应链中因信息不对称导致的食品安全问题,但是其相关技术在零售商端口如何应用且发挥作用的研究仍非常有限。因此,立足于零售商视角,基于信任理论,通过三个消费者实验,探究了区块链食品可追溯系统对消费者惠顾意愿的影响。结果表明:消费者更加倾向于惠顾采用区块链食品可追溯系统的零售商店(实验一);零售商信任(能力、善意、正直)在其中发挥中介作用(实验二);该中介作用受到广告诉求的调节,相比利己诉求,利他诉求更能通过区块链系统提升消费者的信任与惠顾意愿(实验三)。因此,食品零售商应积极采用区块链食品可追溯系统并注意配合使用相应的广告策略,政府可通过大力推动区块链食品可追溯系统在零售中的应用来更好地治理食品安全问题。

嵌入、脱嵌到再嵌:职业教育吸引力下降的制度根源及重塑路径

提升职业教育吸引力,是新时代职业教育高质量发展的必然要求。职业教育吸引力的下降并非是一个旧问题,而是一个新问题。借助个体化理论视角,通过对老中专生回忆录文章的文本分析和新中专生的深度访谈,研究发现,中专生社会形象的变迁伴随着其从“嵌入”到“脱嵌”的个体化进程,即从“精英教育体制下的学业佼佼者”转变为“精英教育体制瓦解下的学业失败者”,从“城乡二元管理体制下渴望‘跳出农门’的农家子弟”转变为“城乡二元管理体制瓦解下渴望融入城市的新市民子弟”,从“就业包分配体制下的‘铁饭碗’获得者”转变为“就业包分配体制瓦解下的‘打工一族’”。在从社会主义计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制转型的背景下,以中专生为代表的职业教育学生个体化发展并未实现有效的制度“再嵌”,这是造成职业教育吸引力下降的根本原因。为提升职业教育吸引力,需要强化与职业教育学生个体化发展相匹配的制度建设。一是改革单一以分数为取向的普职分流制度,引导学生选择适合自身发展的教育类型;二是夯实职业教育质量保障制度,凸显职校毕业生在劳动力市场竞争中的技能优势;三是完善职业教育升学体系,健全技能型人才评价制度。

基于诉求溯源定制护理方案对糖尿病患者血糖水平与并发症的影响

目的探讨基于诉求溯源定制护理方案对糖尿病患者血糖水平、自我管理能力水平、并发症发生率以及生活质量的影响。方法选择2020年10月—2022年9月就治于医院的2型糖尿病患者100例为研究对象,按照组间基本特征匹配的原则分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者遵循2型糖尿病常规护理方法实施干预,观察组患者采用基于诉求溯源定制护理方案实施干预,比较两组患者干预前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平、自我管理能力评分、并发症发生率、糖尿病特异性生存质量量表(DSQL)评分。结果两组患者护理干预前血糖水平的比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者实施基于诉求溯源定制的护理方案后,各项血糖水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理干预前自我管理能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者实施基于诉求溯源定制的护理方案后自我管理能力评分高于对照组,经比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者实施基于诉求溯源定制的护理方案后糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病足、糖尿病高渗昏迷等并发症总发生率低于对照组,经比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理干预前糖尿病特异性生存质量量表中生理功能、心理健康、社会关系、治疗情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者实施基于诉求溯源定制的护理方案后糖尿病特异性生存质量量表中各维度评分均低于对照组,经比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论诉求溯源定制护理方案应用于糖尿病患者,有利于患者控制其血糖水平,提高其自我管理能力和生活质量,降低并发症的发生率。
