In the development of recent years, colleges and universities have to face certain challenges and difficulties in the process of training artistic talents due to the influence of teaching conditions, teaching staff and other factors. In the 21st century, the competition for talents has become increasingly fierce. The training of applied talents is an inevitable trend of social and economic development. In order to enhance the core competitiveness of artistic talents in vocational colleges and universities in practice, it is necessary to explore a complete and scientific training system based on the characteristics of employment-oriented and comprehensive applied talents training. To alleviate the difficulty and pressure of the training of application- oriented talents in vocational colleges at present, it can provide an effective reference for the curriculum of higher vocational colleges and fundamentally enhance the core competitiveness of vocational colleges. Based on this, this paper makes a simple research and analysis on the training of art applied talents in vocational colleges and universities based on the perspective of employment.

On the Development of Learner Autonomy in Art Majors through Metacognitive Strategy Training

Learner autonomy is considered as one of the key educational goals in all the countries of the world since 1980s.In China,developing learner autonomy is particularly emphasized in College English Curriculum Requirements.Some researches have been made on developing learner autonomy,which seem to prove that the training of language learning strategies helps to develop learner autonomy.But because the traditional teaching method has been dominant in universities,college students,in particular art majors are passive and lose interests in English.Consequently,English teaching method must be reformed and learn er autonomy must be developed.In the relevant researches on learning strategy training and the development of learner autono my,the subjects are not involved in art majors.So the author tries to make a research in the field by combining with her teaching experience.Developing learner autonomy in art majors through the training of metacognitive strategies may lay the basis for their future learning and development,which is important for the college English teaching of art majors.Key wrods:learner autonomy;art majors;metacognitive strategy

基于单样本的ART神经网络训练算法

由于成本和客观条件的限制,样本集合不可能无限大,很多时候只能是单样本的情况。将多尺度金字塔算法引入图像处理,将单样本转化成为系列低精度的子图像,作为ART神经网络的训练集合,训练ART神经网络中的注意机制,这符合人的视觉认知原理,即调节注意焦点实现由粗到精的认知图像的过程。进一步,多项式样条金字塔算法被采用,提高了计算效率,降低了复杂度。

Art and design specialty in university teaching will face significant new reforms. Modernization of teaching of art and design specialty is the comprehensive requirements for all types of talents, it regards improvement of teaching quality and efficiency as the guide and it is the theoretical basis of the principles and policies of higher education in our country, therefore, to strengthen the theoretical teaching of art and design specialty＇ s education, and the emphasis on students professional skills training and cultivation of basic quality become a key reform of teaching theory. This article makes the present situation of effective art and design specialty＇ s teaching in our country and makes deep analysis on how to strengthen the art and design specialty teaching in our higher schools.

Under the background of new liberal arts,in order to run a major well as well as highlight its characteristics and advantages,private colleges and universities cannot do without the construction of professional teaching teams and teaching reforms.Taking Sichuan University of Media and Communication as an example,a series of explorations and practices has been carried out from the aspects of professional team construction,personnel training objectives,professional curriculum system,professional teaching mode,and professional teaching quality,in which good results have been achieved.On this basis,a training base for journalism and communication talents serving the whole Sichuan Province and even the western region is constructed,so that the results of the project have a certain demonstration and promotion value for the construction and development of similar majors in new institutions of higher learning in Sichuan Province.

新文科建设的改革与实践对于培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人具有深远价值和意义,课程思政有效融入是新文科建设的重要内容。研究在S大学师范学院随机抽取38名专任教师和291名大一至大三年级师范生进行问卷调查,发现当前师范专业课程思政融入的主要困境在于教师课程思政融入意识薄弱、课程思政元素开发能力不足、教学方式的综合运用欠缺、课程思政评价方式单一。基于此,研究认为可以从教师和高校两个方面出发促进师范专业课程思政融入:教师需要树立以德育人观念,探课程思政融入策略;学校可以通过“减”“赋”“增”路径助力课程思政。
