目的:研究氧化亚氮(N2 O)镇静在儿童牙科畏惧症(DF)患者治疗中应用的效果并探讨 N2 O 镇静的应用浓度。方法:对66例患儿应用 N2 O 进行镇静,观察不同浓度 N2 O 应用前后的心率(HR)和氧饱和度(SpO2)变化,分别采用 RamSay镇...目的:研究氧化亚氮(N2 O)镇静在儿童牙科畏惧症(DF)患者治疗中应用的效果并探讨 N2 O 镇静的应用浓度。方法:对66例患儿应用 N2 O 进行镇静,观察不同浓度 N2 O 应用前后的心率(HR)和氧饱和度(SpO2)变化,分别采用 RamSay镇静评分和 Houpt 行为量表评分对镇静治疗浓度进行评价。结果:患儿镇静显效所需 N2 O 最低浓度为25%~70%(49.6%±12.1%);最大耐受浓度为35%~70%(56.4%±10.1%)。N2 O 产生的 Ramsay 镇静评分最大值为(2.3±0.6),患儿在治疗过程中均对医生的口头指令有所响应。患儿吸入 N2 O/O2混合气体后前后 HR(次/min)分别为(89.0±15.8)和(83.4±12.1)(P <0.05),Houpt 行为量表评分分别为(1.2±0.6)和(4.4±1.1)(P <0.01),能更好地配合治疗,SpO2分别为(98.4±0.9)%和(99.1±0.9)%(P >0.05)。结论:25%~70%的 N2 O 用于儿童牙科畏惧是安全有效的。展开更多
