METHODS:In the last 30 years (1976-2006) we made 100 injections of sclerotherapy with cow milk in 86 chil-dren. In this study we included children who failed to respond to conservative treatment and we perform ope-rative treatment. RESULTS:In our study we included 86 children and in all of the patients we perform cow milk injection sclerot-herapy. In 95.3% (82 children) of patients sclerotherapy was successful. In 4 (4.7%) patients we had recurrent rectal prolapse where we performed operative treatment. Below 4 years we had 62 children (72%) and 24 older children (28%). In children who needed operative trea-tment we performed Thiersch operation and without any complications. CONCLUSION:Injection sclerotherapy with cow milk for treatment rectal prolapse in children is a simple and effective treatment for rectal prolapse with minimal com-plications.展开更多

METHODS: The genotypes for the C/T-13910 variant associated with lactase non-persistence/ persistence were determined using PCR-minisequencing in a group of 172 children with a mean age of 8.6 years (SE = 0.02, 93 boys) participating in a follow-up study for cow's milk allergy. The parents were asked to assess their children's milk consumption and abdominal symptoms. RESULTS: The presence of allergy to cow's milk was not associated with the C/C-13910 genotype related with a decline of lactase enzyme activity during childhood (lactase non-persistence). The frequency of the C/C-13910 genotype (16%) was similar to published figures for the prevalence of adult-type hypolactasia in Finland. The majority of the children (90%) in this series consumed milk but 26% of their families suspected that their children had milk-related symptoms. Forty-eight percent of the children with the C/C-13910 genotype did not drink milk at all or consumed a low lactose containing diet prior to the genotyping (P〈 0.004 when compared to the other genotypes). CONCLUSION: Analysis of the C/T-13910 polymorphism is an easy and reliable method for excluding adult-type hypolactasia in children with milk-related symptoms. Genotyping for this variant can be used to advise diets for children with a previous history of cow's milk allergy.展开更多

文摘Edutainment,in the kindergarten education stage, emphasizes the game as the basic activity and combines the content of education with the form of the game, thus it also forms the educational method of gamification teaching.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that the current kindergarten game activity design has the problem of improper combination of educational content and game form. The current kindergarten game activity design has problems such as stereotypes, children’s lack of active learning opportunities in activities, teachers’insufficient theoretical understanding, inappropriate teacher guidance methods, and so on.Embodied cognition theory attaches importance to the important role of the body in the development of cognition, provides new guidance for classroom teaching, and opens up a new path for classroom teaching reform.Based on the perspective of embodied cognition theory, the concept of body and mind integration should be adhered to in kindergarten teaching with games as the basic activity, experiential teaching situation should be created, children’s subjective experience should be respected, and games and interactions should be designed to promote children’s physical and mental participation, thus laying a foundation for the realization of children’s individual freedom, autonomy, and all-round development. Therefore, this paper aims at the existing problems in the current kindergarten gamification teaching and discusses the design strategy of children’s game activities based on embodied cognition theory.

Descriptive, Cross-Sectional, Hospital-based study design was used to conduct the study. The study was carried out at Organization of AL Thora public Hospital at Hodeida city in Yemen. Total coverage 200 children 6 - 59 months of age have Sever Acute Malnutrition with complication which was 14 medical complications and admitted at Therapeutics Feeding Center. Three research tools which used for data collection. The structured face to face Interview questionnaire, anthropometric measurements, and the Structure Observation Check list. The results showed that, the obvious reduction of complication when the Comparison at admission, 1st week and 2nd week are (40.9% to 18% to 7.6%). There is highly statistically significant relationship between the therapeutic feeding which was given, resolution the complication at 1st week and 2nd week at p < 0.05. 文摘AIM: To assess the role of lactase non-persistence/per- sistence in school-aged children and their milk-related symptoms. Genotyping for this variant can be used to advise diets for children with a previous history of cow's milk allergy.
文摘In recent years,a great majority of excellent foreign children' s literary works have sprung up in the domestic market,so the translation of children' literature are drawn much attention. However, the relevant studies which guide the translation of children literature are quite few.Reception Aesthetics which take readers reception as a goal provides a new prospective for the translation of children s literature and promote its development.

文摘Polysystem Theory was developed in 1970s by Israeli scholar Itamar Even-Zohar,and was well known for its three circumstances.Children' literature,as a special branch of literature, attracts more and more research nowadays. This paper explores the process of translation of Children' s Literature in China under polysystem.
文摘Children's literature being a unique type of literary at a peripheral position,it is difficult for translators to reappear itsessence in the target text, due to the diverse cultures and language conventions.Since Functional Equivalence Theory emphasizesthe functional equivalence between ST and TL which provides a new idea and method for literary translation, the thesis makes ananalysis of the Chinese version of Charlotte's Web.This comes from the perspective of Functional Equivalence Theory so as to dis-cusses whether Functional Equivalence Theory is effective in the translation of children's literature, and how has it been em-ployed.The thesis hopes that children's literature will be paid more attention, and the prosperity of children's literature transla-tion will be promoted.
