A rapid, straightforward, sensitive, efficient, and cost-effective reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic method was employed for the simultaneous determination of Sorbitol, Sodium Lactate, and Chloride...A rapid, straightforward, sensitive, efficient, and cost-effective reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic method was employed for the simultaneous determination of Sorbitol, Sodium Lactate, and Chlorides in a drug solution for infusion. Sorbitol, Sodium lactate, and Chloride are all officially recognized in the USP monograph. Assay methods are provided through various techniques, with titrations being ineffective for trace-level quantification. Alternatively, IC, AAS, and ICP-MS, though highly accurate, are costly and often unavailable to most testing facilities. When considering methods, it’s important to prioritize both quality control requirements and user-friendly techniques. A simple HPLC simultaneous method was developed for the quantification of Chlorides, Sorbitol, and Sodium Lactate with a shorter run time. The separation utilized a Shimpack SCR-102(H) ion exclusion analytical column (7.9 mm × 300 mm, 7 μm), with a flow rate of 0.6 mL per min. The column compartment temperature was maintained at 40°C, and the injection volume was set at 10 μL, with detection at 200 nm. All measurements were conducted in a 0.1% solution of phosphoric acid. The analytical curves demonstrated linearity (r > 0.9999) in the concentration range of 0.79 to 3.8 mg per mL for Sodium Lactate (SL), 0.16 to 0.79 mg per mL for Sodium Chloride (SC), and 1.5 to 7.2 mg per mL for Sorbitol. Validation of the developed method followed the guidelines of the International Conference on Harmonization (ICH Q2B) and USP. The method exhibited precision, robustness, accuracy, and selectivity. In accelerated stability testing over 6 months, no significant variations were observed in organoleptic analysis and pH. Consequently, the developed method is deemed suitable for routine quality control analyses, enabling the simultaneous determination of Sodium Lactate, Sodium Chloride, and Sorbitol in pharmaceutical formulations and infusions.展开更多

The results suggest that the vapor pressures of lead and lead chlorides increase with increasing temperature. For the slag systems without chlorine, the logarithm of vapor pressure (lnp) shows highly linear dependency on the reciprocal of temperature (1/T), and higher vapor pressure is observed in the condition where more metallic lead vapor is formed. In this case, the vapor pressure of lead increases with increasing slag basicity (w(CaO)/w(SiO2)), increasing FeO content andw(Fe2+)/w(Fe3+) ratio. For the case of slag system with chlorine addition, the total pressures of PbCl2 and PbCl increase with decreasing basicity and FeO content of slag.展开更多

Advanced analytical methodology based on comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography-time of flight mass spectrometry(GC×GC-TOFMS) is proposed for investigation of organic chlorides in different oilfield che...Advanced analytical methodology based on comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography-time of flight mass spectrometry(GC×GC-TOFMS) is proposed for investigation of organic chlorides in different oilfield chemicals.The target screening was initially carried out on 8 suspected organic chlorides by evaluating the capability of the enhanced separation and reliable identification at a trace concentration. GC×GC-TOFMS allowed for the fast and automated analysis of organic chlorides at a level of 200 μg/L. This method was subsequently applied for non-target screening of organic chlorides in different oilfield chemicals at various locations across China. 22 organic chlorides were identified and verified by comparison with pure standards in the mixed sample. Finally, this method was used to determine the content of the organic chlorides in individual samples. The result showed that the organic chloride levels in 19 of the 39 tested oilfield chemicals were above the threshold limit of 1.0 mg/L.展开更多

However, the induced electronic states can hardly survive in the mate...Devices of electric double-layer transistors (EDLTs) with ionic liquid have been employed as an effective way to dope carriers over a wide range. However, the induced electronic states can hardly survive in the materials after releasing the gate voltage VG at temperatures higher than the melting point of the selected ionic liquid. Here we show that a permanent superconductivity with transition temperature Tc of 24 and 15K is realized hi single crystals and polycrystalline samples of HfNCI and ZrNCI upon applying proper VG's at different temperatures. Reversible change between insulating and superconducting states can be obtained by applying positive and negative VG at low temperature such as 220K, whereas VG 's applied at 250K induce the irreversible superconducting transition. The upper critical field He2 of the superconducting states obtained at different gating temperatures shows similar temperature dependence. We propose a reasonable scenario that partial vacancy of Cl ions could be caused by applying proper VG's at slightly higher processing temperatures, which consequently results in a permanent electron doping in the system. Such a technique shows great potential to systematically tune the bulk electronic state in the similar two-dimensional systems.展开更多

文摘In this paper a critical assessment and optimization of the phase diagrams and thermodynamic properties of the PrCl_3-MCl(M=Li,Na)and PrCl_3-MCl_2(M=Mg,Ca,Sr,Ba) binary systems have been per- formed.The assessed and optimized binary phase diagrams and thermodynamic data with self consistency are a better basis for constructing multicomponent phase diagrams.
