Rail transit is considered one of the safest and most efficient modes of transportation.Ticketing,vehicle dispatching,and passenger flow control during rail transit operations in China have been improving over the years.Smart city construction and intelligent management models has also been increasingly emphasized with the rapid development of information and internet technology.Therefore,it is essential to conduct relevant research and discussions to improve the overall efficiency and quality of urban rail transit operation and management.This article provides an overview of smart city rail transit operation and management informatization,the principles of construction,and the functions of smart city rail transit operation and management informatization.Additionally,it discusses the strategies for the construction of smart city rail transit operation and management information and its development prospects.

The Fuzzy Synthesizing Evaluation of City's Environmental Quality Based on GIOWA Operator:A Case of 13 Cities of Jiangsu Province

In this paper, the generally induced ordered weighted averaging (GIOWA) operator is used to construct the fuzzy evaluating system of the quality of a city’s environment including air, water and noise. Based on the part data of air, water and noise of the 13 cities under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu provincial government in 2002, a case study is given. The evaluating results show that the evaluating system of the quality of a city’s environment based on the GIOWA operator can reflect the condition of pollution controlled and environmental quality of a city in a period of time.

Occupational Carbon Monoxide Poisoning Associated with Diesel Motor Operation in an Air-raid Shelter in June 2015, Jinan City, China-An Epidemiological Investigation

Carbon monoxide （CO） is an odorless, colorless gas produced by incomplete combustion of carbonbased compounds. Exposure to CO can cause various adverse health effects ranging from headache and fatigue to coma and death. Thousands of illnesses and deaths have been documented through CO poisoning surveillance systems and accident investigations each year.

Operational Characteristics of Paratransit Services with Ride-Hailing Apps in Asian Developing Cities: The Phnom Penh Case

Rapid adoption of ride-hailing apps (RHAs) has greatly influenced the way people travel—there is no exception for paratransit users. However, it remains unclear whether RHAs would be regarded as threats or opportunities among paratransit operators in Asian developing cities. While RHAs have been viewed as disruptive transportation, several studies explored the threats of RHAs on taxi industry—but only a few examined such threats on other paratransit services (e.g., auto-rickshaws). This study assessed the changes in the operational services among paratransit operators who have adopted RHAs. The changes were examined by statistical comparisons using data collected from questionnaire survey with 182 Bajaj drivers in Phnom Penh, January 23-27, 2018, as a case study. Results showed that majority of the interviewed drivers started new services with RHAs less than a year ago—they were younger (88%) satisfied with RHAs and acknowledged improvements on their operational services. The results suggested that RHAs would be opportunities for those paratransit drivers who have adopted them, while they would be threats for those who have not. The collected data serve as useful inputs for future public transport planning in Asian developing cities.

Operation mode of smart cities: A comparative study

The three aspects of construction, investment and operation belong to systematic projects of smart cities. Smart cities could not be fully accomplished merely with any single aspect being well done. Feasible and efficient models lay the foundation to set up modern smart cities. Standardized models arouse various intellectualized conceptions, and fulfill concrete practices. Reasonable operation modes make smart city system to be organic and dynamic, so that various intelligent attributes of smart cities would be fully exerted. The operation process promotes sustainable development of smart cities, on the condition of which intelligentized services be provided to urban residents. This aspect accounts for different results of different cases at home and abroad. By comparing different operation modes of smart city construction at home and abroad, this thesis focuses on backgrounds, contents and successful operations of typical urban constructions. Several chief operation modes of foreign smart city constructions are researched, thus provids references for the construction of smart cities in China, so that innovations of operation and management modes of smart cities in China are expected to occur, and hence push forward construction and development of smart cities in China.

Revitalizing and Preparing Drainage Operation and Maintenance to Anticipate Climate Change in Semarang Heritage City

Semarang urban coastal areas are experiencing tidal flood. In addition, land subsidence of 5 to 10 centimetres per year is taking place. The climate change phenomenon provokes land areas that are lower than sea water level from time to time. This makes the situation with respect to flooding increasingly risky. Semarang Old City （heritage） as part of principal Semarang area is suffering also from regular flooding and pollution that hamper the revitalisation of the old city. These areas used to be productive lands, but flooding make the existing public infrastructure does no longer function, and residential areas have changed into unhealthy slams. To overcome these problems, the Government of Semarang chooses a polder drainage system to address the flooding in Semarang. In the framework of the cooperation between Indonesia and the Netherlands, these activities consist of research and workshops on Urban Heritage. The scope consists basically of five components： experiences with urban drainage and flood protection in Semarang with a focus on Semarang Old City, field visit to relevant places with respect to urban drainage and flood protection of Semarang Old City, lectures on the relevant aspects of urban drainage and flood protection, exercises to get an insight in the processes that can take place under normal and extreme conditions, formulation of a preliminary plan to improve the situation with respect to urban drainage and flood protection of Semarang Old City. In this paper, the various relevant points are described, such as scenarios analysis as well as the findings and recommendations for improvement of the urban drainage system and flood protection of Semarang Heritage City.

Study on the operation effect of long term care insurance system in Qingdao

Population aging has become a global social problem, the problem in our country has become the core of the aging problem. With the gradual aging of the elderly, loss of energy, loss of energy has become the norm for the elderly or sick elderly. According to the Ministry of Civil Affairs statistics, as of the end of 2014, the number of disabled elderly in China reached 35 million, about 90% of the disabled elderly need professional care services and professional treatment to ease the pain. In order to deal with the social problems brought about by the aging of the population, in July 1, 2012, Qingdao City, the first in the country to establish a long-term health care insurance system, has taken a key step to crack the problem of aging. In this paper, the situation of Qingdao long term care insurance system as the research object, taking Qingdao city as study sites, according to statistical data analysis of the implementation effect of long-term local health care policy, and through questionnaires and interviews in the form of local residents to participate in the investigation of awareness, and perception. At the same time, the results of the survey on long-term health care insurance system in Qingdao, the operation effect of the overall analysis.

Research on the Optimization Design of Intersections for Safe Operation of Large Trucks

When big trucks are running at urban road intersections,they are easy to interfere with other motor vehicles,and the turning big trucks are easy to have conflicts with non-motor vehicles and pedestrians,which will affect the safety of intersections.This paper first studied the intersection of trucks to the running trajectory,on this basis,through the establishment of mathematical model analysis of large truck steering conditions inside the wheel,and the influence of blind area to the driver.In the research of intersection safety design,the safety design is divided into three parts:Entrance road,internal operation and signal control.At the same time,the design method of the entrance road,the interior of the intersection and the signal control is given,which improves the safety of the truck driving at the intersection.Finally,the intersection of Jungong road and Zhoujiazui road in Yangpu district of Shanghai was selected as a case,and the optimal design of the intersection for large trucks was carried out through the investigation and analysis of actual data.The evaluation and analysis were carried out by using the multi-index matter-element model.The results show that the comprehensive safety correlation degree of the intersection is reduced to 0.42,and the safety level of is improved by one level.

数字孪生城市建设的实践探索及推进建议

基于CCR模型的中小城市公交运行效率评价方法

为了缓解资源的有限性和城市公交服务日益增长需求对公交系统运营和发展带来的压力,提高公交线路运行效率,构建以线路长度、重复系数、非直线系数、站点覆盖率、站点数量和线网密度为投入指标,线路可达性和行车准点率为产出指标的评价指标体系,采用数据包络分析法中的CCR模型对公交线路运行效率进行评价。以本溪市主城区16条公交线路运营情况为例,进行有效性分析。分析结果表明:1路、9路、25路、26路、32路、33路综合效益值均小于1,线路运行效率仍有待提升,其中线路长度、站点数量两个指标影响程度较高,可基于实际情况对该指标进行优化,提高线路运行效率。研究成果可为本溪市公交发展与城乡规划提供参考依据,也可为中小城市公交线路运行效率评价提供新的思路。

“非遗”志愿者团队的构建与运作--基于河北廊坊与浙江象山的考察

在保护传承“非遗”的队伍中,志愿者的力量与影响不可忽视。近年来,来自河北廊坊与浙江象山的两支“非遗”志愿者队伍表现突出、成绩优异。两者在地理位置上一北一南,团队建设与运作模式又各有特点。所以讨论其类同,对比其差异,在不以对比优劣为目的的比较中,发掘其各自值得肯定、学习之处,探讨让“非遗”志愿者团队能够良好、可持续运行的发展之路,不仅对各地开展“非遗”保护传承工作有较强的借鉴意义,对学界研究的不足也是一种颇有价值的补充。

数字孪生技术在土木工程中的应用:综述与展望

随着工业4.0概念的发展,数字孪生技术(digital twin)已经成为智能制造和产品全寿命周期管理相关领域的主要数字化解决手段。在工程建设领域,提升土木工程结构数字化防灾能力和管理水平是未来智慧城市建设的重要环节。建立精确可靠的数字孪生模型,一方面,可以帮助实现工程灾害的精准防控和重大灾害事故的风险识别预警;另一方面,数字孪生也为未来城市的数字化建设和管理提供了技术基础。本文首先对数字孪生技术的基本概念和阶段性发展成果进行梳理,总结了在土木工程领域里孪生数据获取和构建数字孪生体的技术手段。最后,从结构运营评估、灾害仿真推演和数字孪生城市建设三个领域来回顾与展望数字孪生技术在土木工程领域的应用进展。

考虑乘客旅行时间价值的市域轨道交通列车开行方案

[目的]鉴于市域铁路的功能定位,以及当前经济社会发展下乘客对出行快捷性、舒适性和经济性需求不一致的特性,需对考虑乘客旅行时间价值的市域铁路列车开行方案进行研究。[方法]构建了考虑乘客旅行时间价值的列车开行方案模型。该模型以乘客出行成本和列车开行成本为目标函数,以列车定员、站间客流及列车开行数量等为主要约束条件,同时采用帕累托模型对不同乘客的时间价值和不同编组列车的开行成本进行标定。以上海市域轨道交通机场联络线为研究背景,考虑了4节与8节两种列车编组形式,对虹桥站至上海东站站单方向高峰小时的列车开行方案进行了计算分析及评价。[结果及结论]考虑乘客旅行时间价值的列车开行方案能最大限度地减少乘客出行成本,更好地满足不同乘客的出行时间需求;增加乘客旅行时间价值较低的乘客旅行时间,缩短乘客旅行时间价值较高的乘客旅行时间,能更好地发挥列车开行方案的经济效益。

基于OWA算子赋权和后悔理论的城市水资源脆弱性评价

为解决城市水资源脆弱性评价方法主观性过强、未考虑自然人有限理性和后悔规避心理行为特征造成评价结果失真的问题,提出基于OWA(有序加权平均)算子赋权和后悔理论的城市水资源脆弱性评价方法。运用DPSIR模型,从驱动力、压力、状态、影响、响应5个方面构建29个评价指标;采用OWA算子对决策数据重新排序,充分考虑数据位置和大小,弱化极端决策数据对权重的负面作用;选择后悔理论中决策数据效用值和理想效用值间的差异性作为评判专家主观性的依据,实现决策主观数据的客观化,从而提升评价结果的客观性。最后对郑州市2017—2022年水资源脆弱性进行评价,并将评价结果与AHP(层次分析法)和后悔理论、OWA算子和模糊数学的评估结果对比分析。结果表明:基于OWA算子赋权和后悔理论的城市水资源脆弱性评价方法评价结果与其他方法评价结果基本一致,均认为郑州市水资源重度脆弱,但该方法评价结果相对误差更小,更贴近实际情况,可更好地用于城市水资源脆弱性评价。

数字孪生城市基础设施安全保障体系研究

数字孪生城市是信息技术驱动下城市数字化转型的新模式,正在推动城市现代化发展.随着城市数据和信息资源的不断集中,数字孪生城市与物理城市的联系愈发紧密,数字孪生城市基础设施安全问题越加突出.针对数字孪生城市基础设施的安全架构指导不足、安全风险复杂严重、安全可视化不足、安全策略优化困难等难题,提出了由管理体系、技术体系、推演体系、运营体系组成的数字孪生城市基础设施安全保障体系,研究了实现所需的关键技术和平台,为数字孪生城市基础设施安全建设提供参考.

By systematically reviewing the practical experience of management of urban parks at home and abroad,the advanced experience in organization,management system,operation mechanism and social participation were summarized,and the optimization and improvement measures for the construction and management of urban parks in Chengdu were proposed to provide reference for the high-level construction,high-quality experience and efficient management of urban parks in the construction of park city demonstration zone in Chengdu.

长序列赤水河赤水段降水趋势变化分析

伴随着极端气候的影响,近年来赤水河流域水文要素发生显著变化及区域差异性,为了解和明晰流域区段时间序列下降水变化特征及未来变化趋势,为相关决策提供重要的科学参考依据。文章基于赤水站1962-2015年长序列水文气象资料,采用线性趋势法、滑动检验法、M-K检验法及R/S分析法对贵州赤水河赤水段降水变化规律、突变性及未来变化趋势持续性等进行研究分析。研究结果表明:赤水河赤水段降水呈现不显著下降的趋势,下降速率27.706mm/10a,时间序列内发生2次突变,未来降水量变化趋势将出现反转,呈上升趋势,且反持续性较强。
