It is established that these practice network platform for supply chain management are presented service for Chinese businessmen. And they are realized these integration innovation in the logistics system, financial system, Chinese business culture system, production manufacturing system, and customer service system. These suggestions are provided for the development of Chinese business culture in supply chain theory. These further forward Chinese culture are given some fruitful reference for con- structing a new development for the world Chinese businessmen’s culture management.

Firm Size, Innovation and Vertical Integration Incentives： The Case of Food Supply Chain

This study aims to investigate and explore the relationship between vertical integration and the firm＇s innovativeness in food supply chain. For doing so, a two-stage least-squares model was used. It encompassed instrumental variables that attempt to describe the effective determinants of firm＇s vertical integration willingness. Results based on data concerning a set of 130 food-manufacturing firms, highlighted that vertical integration of a firm is strongly affected by internal incentives such as innovation rate and firm size. Moreover, it is simultaneously influenced by the economies of scale and some structure incentives. To conclude, results indicate globally that important and statistically significant differences exist across the studied firms and the small effective ones which acquire a high level of vertical integration.

Supply Chain Integration, a Chain of Efficient Utilization of Information Technology: Its Benefits &Challenges

Business renovation, effective utilization of information technology and the role of business process modeling are dealt in supply chain integration projects. The main idea is to show how the performance of supply chain can be improved with the integration of various tiers in the chain. Integration is preconditioned for efficient sharing and utilization of information between diverse companies in the chain.

Investigating Supply Chain Integration Effects on Environmental Performance in the Jordanian Food Industry

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of supply chain integration on environmental performance of food manufacturing companies in Jordan. Data for this study were collected from one hundred and nineteen food companies. To answer the study questions, and to verify its hypotheses, descriptive statistical tools and linear regression tests were used. The study results indicated that supply chain integration positively affected environmental performance. Additionally, the results showed that supply chain integration positively affected environmental control and pollution management.

Achieving Responsiveness through Supply Chain Integration:A Moderating Effect of Industry-4.0

This article is aiming to investigate the emerging impact of industry-4.0 on supply chain integration and responsiveness in the electronics industry in China.Specifically,it is to investigate the moderating effect of industry-4.0 as a strategic factor on the causal relationship from operational integration to supply chain responsiveness.This study develops hypotheses based the on selected literature reviews in the relevant research areas,and tests the hypotheses in the empirical sample data set collected from 76 electronics firms by using hierarchical multiple regression method.The results of this study shows that industry-4.0 as an emerging strategic factor has not only directly helped the level of market responsiveness of the firms,but also has significantly strengthens the already proven positive causal relationship from operational integration within the supply chain to the overall market responsiveness as part of supply chain performance.To improve the supply chain responsiveness in the electronics industry,managers can now make more confident and informed decisions to channel their resources towards the initiatives of industry-4.0 by up-grading perhaps their current information systems and business processes,knowing full well the dual benefits offered by the Industry 4.0 initiatives.The study extends the concurrent literature by conceptualising the moderating effect of industry-4.0 on the causal relationship between supply chain integration and business responsiveness.

Revisiting Port Regulatory Governance & Substance: Towards a Holistic Supply Chain Approach

The evolution and integration of ports in global logistics chains has altered their traditional role while has initiated restructuring processes in many ports worldwide. While most of the research addresses this issue by highlighting the need for re-positioning and redefining the role of the port within the supply chains, not much attention has been given to the structure, scope and reach as well as to the tools of regulation hat competent authorities could exploit in order to avert potential abusive actions of global powerful actors along the containerized transport chain, that would affect the competitive functioning of distinct segment or the integrity of supply chains. In this context, we propose the reconceptualization and reinforcement of the regulatory governance structures of ports on a national and international level as well as the extension of the scope of ports’ regulations along the supply chain to counterbalance the globalization, consolidation and integration of containerized transport actors.

Research on Integrated Green Supply Chain Management

On the basis of the analyzing product life cycle and value chain management in green supply chain,integrated green supply chain is put forward and constructed which involve lean production,agile manufacturing and green supply chain. This integrated structure provides an effective method for resolving some questions such as cost,market,environment,etc. in enterprise. A case study is presented at the end of paper to demonstrate how integrated supply chain implemented successfully in enterprise.

Three-scale integrated optimization model of furnace simulation,cyclic scheduling,and supply chain of ethylene plants

In order to explore the potential of profit margin improvement,a novel three-scale integrated optimization model of furnace simulation,cyclic scheduling,and supply chain of ethylene plants is proposed and evaluated.A decoupling strategy is proposed for the solution of the three-scale model,which uses our previously proposed reactor scale model for operation optimization and then transfers the obtained results as a parameter table in the joint MILP optimization of plant-supply chain scale for cyclic scheduling.This optimization framework simplifies the fundamental mixed-integer nonlinear programming(MINLP)into several sub-models,and improves the interpretability and extendibility.In the evaluation of an industrial case,a profit increase at a percentage of 3.25%is attained in optimization compared to the practical operations.Further sensitivity analysis is carried out for strategy evolving study when price policy,supply chain,and production requirement parameters are varied.These results could provide useful suggestions for petrochemical enterprises on thermal cracking production.

Systematic Methodology of Integrated Supply Chain Management

Supply chain management (SCM) is a strategy for global competition. The characteristics of SCM are integration, systematic and coordination. Using systematic, coordination thoughts and integration theory, a new model of enterprise integration based on supply chain management is put forward and an implementing paradigm for systematic methodology of supply chain management is developed.

Profit Allocation Scheme Among Players in Supply-Chain Based on Shapley Value of Fuzzy Bi-cooperative Games

The Shapley value of fuzzy bi-eooperative game is developed based on the conventional Shapley value of bi-cooperative game. From the viewpoint that the players can participate in the coalitions to a certain extent and there are at least two independent cooperative projects for every player to choose, Shapley value which is introduced by Grabisch is extended to the case of fuzzy bi-cooperative game by Choquet integral. Moreover, the explicit fuzzy Shapley value is given. The explicit fuzzy Shapley function can be used to allocate the profits among players in supply-chain under the competitive and uncertain environment.

Application of ontologies to traceability in the dairy supply chain

Systems for tracking products through supply chains range from paper-based records maintained by producers, processors, and suppliers to sophisticated ICT-based solutions. In addition to supporting product traceability, ICTs may also support data capture, recording, storage, and sharing of traceability attributes on processing, genetics, inputs, disease/pest tracking and measurement of environmental variables. A key success factor for a traceability system is the capability to integrate and share information along the supply chain. ICT represents a tool to overcome integration problems, data fusion and information dissemination. In this paper we illustrate the application of ontology as a tool to model business processes and rules within an agri- food chain. The business case is represented by the Bovlac project: a scientific and technologic platform to trace fresh cheese production.

The Role of Agility in the Effect of Trust in Supply Chain on Firm Performance

Emerging technologies and innovative developments cause the supply chain management to change dramatically. Therefore the subjects regarding trust have become important. Trust established in Supply Chain causes effective relationships among definitive numbers of suppliers in the long-run. The effect of trust in supply chain on firm performance and the contribution of agility to this relation have been supported in the literature. In this research, the role of agility in the effect of trust in supply chain on firm performance will be investigated. According to the results of hypotheses tests, there are positive and significant relations between supply management integration and trust in supply chain, between trust in supply chain and supply chain agility, and between supply chain agility and firm performance.

构建粮食产业链供应链一体化体系的研究

全球经济衰退和贸易供应链中断相互叠加加剧了世界粮食安全风险,尽管我国粮食安全形势总体看好,但粮食安全仍不能忽视,需要树立新时代的粮食安全战略,构建与新发展格局相适应的粮食安全观,针对我国粮食安全的主要风险,从高效推动粮食全链发展、积极谋划粮食产业链供应链安全、加大粮食产业高质量发展力度等3个方面提出有针对性地构建粮食产业链供应链一体化体系政策建议,从而确保中国人的饭碗牢牢端在自己手中。

低碳视角下集成式纺织服装闭环供应链运作决策

纺织服装产业的蓬勃发展,不仅有效带动了社会经济的快速发展,同时也造成了废旧服装数量的日益剧增。为有效提高废旧服装回收效率及其利用率,兼顾供应链整体运营与生态环境的目标,文章设计分析了一个由供应商、制造商和零售商组成的三级纺织服装闭环供应链网络,其中零售商集成废旧服装的统一回收,制造商集成废旧服装的统一分类及再利用废旧服装的加工处理。鉴于服装回收处理过程中碳排放量高且分布不均这一现实问题,引入碳配额机制,以供应链整体收益和成本为目标,建立一个双目标决策优化模型,并对模型设计了约束求解方法。最后通过数值实验说明了本文所建模型的有效性和相应运营决策方案的合理最优性。相关研究结果表明:废旧纺织服装的回收处理尽管需要一定的运营成本,但从长期运营视角来看,其能够给供应链整体带来较大的潜在收益。零售商和制造商的集成化运营模式不仅可有效的降低供应链的整体运营成本,同时亦可有效提升供应链整体的协同运作效率。合理的碳配额机制可有效激励相关成员企业去绿色低碳运营,进而提升自身竞争力和可持续发展能力。相关研究成果不仅具有一定的理论价值,同时对政府和服装产业制定合理的碳配额机制,设计构建纺织服装闭环供应链网络具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。

预制菜冷链物流快递配送问题及其对策

预制菜产业发展环境越来越好,市场规模越来越大,对冷链物流服务的要求也越来越高。当前,预制菜产业存在成本高、品控难、损耗大、时效差等问题,要通过完善网络建设、增加设施设备投入、推动产业融合发展、提供一体化服务等举措,打造预制菜冷链快递物流新生态,增强预制菜供应链的韧性。

以文旅融合促进大运河文化带流通供应链完善的策略研究——以京津冀运河段为例

2020年我国发布的《大运河文化和旅游融合发展规划》为相关城市发展以及有关产业更新提供了思路,运河沿线的商流在逐渐恢复和壮大。京津冀作为大运河主要流经区域,对运河文旅产业的发展也十分重视。文章主要通过文献研究法,以京津冀运河段为研究对象,通过对京津冀运河段文旅产业发展现状的分析,针对其所存在的问题,探讨以文旅融合促进大运河文化带流通供应链完善的策略。

数字化转型对制造业企业风险承担水平的影响

数字化转型背景下,提高风险承担水平对制造业企业可持续发展具有重要的影响作用。文章以2012—2022年中国A股制造业上市公司为研究样本,通过构建过程机制模型,考察数字化转型对制造业企业风险承担水平的影响。结果表明:数字化转型显著提高了制造业企业风险承担水平;外部交易成本和内部控制质量在数字化转型影响制造业企业风险承担水平过程中发挥中介作用;供应链集成对数字化转型影响制造业企业风险承担水平起正向调节作用;数字化转型对制造业企业风险承担水平的提升作用在非国有制造业企业中显著,而在国有制造业企业中不显著。

知识供应链视域下产教深度融合的运行机理与实现路径研究

产教融合本质上是知识资源的跨组织流动。然而知识在流动过程中,可能出现知识粘滞、知识重复、知识残缺、知识冲突及知识保护等问题,导致产教融合深度不足、广度不够和机制不稳。基于知识供应链视角,可从知识形成、知识创新、知识组织与更新、知识储存与检索、知识分享与转移、知识应用与测评等过程推进产教深度融合,并通过强化个体与个体协同、个体与组织协同、组织与组织协同来确保产教深度融合的协同育人效果。

供应链部分整合对再制造产品渠道策略的影响分析

再制造的研究主要聚焦于集中和分散的供应链,但在现实商业实践中部分整合的供应链十分常见。本文分别在无供应链整合、供应链部分前向整合(PFI)和供应链部分后向整合(PBI)三种情况下探讨了再制造产品的销售渠道策略选择问题。研究发现,在无供应链整合和PFI下,直销再制造产品对于制造商而言总是占优策略,但不利于零售商,因而造成制造商赢零售商输(win-lose)的局面。在PBI下,直销再制造产品并不一定是制造商的占优策略,此时根据零售商持有股份的大小可能会出现制造商赢零售商输、双赢、制造商输零售商赢三种结果。当制造商直销再制造产品时,相较于无整合情形,在一定条件下PFI可以形成制造商赢零售商赢(win-win)的双赢局面,而PBI总是造成制造商输零售商赢(lose-win)的局面。从对环境的影响来看,由制造商直销再制造产品比零售商销售更环保,而此时不进行供应链部分整合是最环保的。

新质生产力驱动农业产业链供应链现代化:理论机制与实证检验

文章基于2012—2022年中国30个省份的面板数据,深入考察新质生产力对农业产业链供应链现代化的影响及作用机制。研究表明,新质生产力发展与农业产业链供应链现代化具有显著正相关关系。中介效应检验结果表明,推动农业技术进步和乡村产业融合是新质生产力影响农业产业链供应链现代化的关键途径。异质性分析结果显示,在东部地区和农业劳动生产率较高地区,新质生产力对农业产业链供应链现代化的赋能效应更为明显。空间溢出效应检验结果表明,新质生产力不仅可驱动本地区农业产业链供应链现代化发展,而且能够对周边地区农业产业链供应链现代化产生正向影响。
