Exploring the Application Effect of Flipped Classroom Combined with Problem-Based Learning Teaching Method in Clinical Skills Teaching of Standardized Training for Resident Doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine 被引量:1

Objective: To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning teaching method in clinical skills teaching of standardized training for resident doctors of traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods: The study used the experimental control method. The study lasted from September to November 2022. The subjects of this study were 49 students of standardized training for resident doctors of traditional Chinese Medicine from grades 2020, 2021 and 2022 of Dazhou integrated TCM & Western Medicine Hospital. They were randomly divided into experiment group (25) and control group (24). The experiment group adopted flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning teaching method, and the control group adopted traditional teaching method. The teaching content was 4 basic clinical skill projects, including four diagnoses of traditional Chinese Medicine, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, dressing change procedure, acupuncture and massage. The evaluation method was carried out by comparing the students’ performance and a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the students’ evaluation of the teaching method. Results: The test scores of total scores in the experimental group (90.12 ± 5.89) were all higher than those in the control group (81.47 ± 7.96) (t = 4.53, P P Conclusions: The teaching process of the flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning teaching method is conducive to improving the efficiency of classroom teaching, cultivating students’ self-learning ability, and enhancing students’ willingness to learn. 展开更多

Teaching method, which is defined by Spiro (2013) as the practical action that teachers make in the class, has been stud? ied for a long time. In the past decades, Chinese colleges and universities make great efforts on reform of teaching method to improve the college students’English level. Nevertheless, deficiencies of teaching methods still remain. Up to now, the research in this area mainly center on the comparison between certain teaching methods. It is necessary to discover problems before attempt at new methods. Therefore, the main purpose of this essay is to probe into teaching method for Chinese college students and provide several suggestions for peer teachers. It could be a precious data for my future career. Some limitations still exist. The focus will be the problems of current Chinese college English teaching methods and the possible reasons. Further analysis about feasible teaching methods is needed. The essay is organized by three sections. The first section is an overview of main teaching methods in Chinese universities and colleges. The second section presents the problems of current teaching methods for Chinese college students and their possible explanation. The development of ancien... This paper explores some problems concerning ancient Chinese classical linguistics. It is maintained that there are both similarities and obvious differences between it and western philology. The development of ancient Chinese linguistics from the Pre-Qin Period to the Qing Dynasty can be divided into five stages: the embryonic stage, the stage for laying the foundation, the preparatory stage, the stage of growth, and the stage of overall revival and prosperity. The literature produced during this period can be grouped in six categories: gloss exegesis, orthographical form and meaning, phonological form and meaning, historical phonology, grammar on function words, and rhetoric. It is pointed out that, in researching the theoretical history of ancient Chinese linguistics, great importance should be attached to the consistency between history and theoretical logic, cultural background as reference, and textual research methodology. 展开更多

Purpose:This study re-examines the relationship between jiao(lit.teaching)and xue(lit.learning)—the foundational education concepts in the traditional Chinese cultural contextto enlighten our contemporary understandings of education and educational research.Design/Approach/Methods:This study first lays its foundation on an etymological investigation.It then integrates two mutually connected approaches-the classics and the self as method-to present a comprehensive analysis.Finally,it critically reviews the methodology used in this study.Findings:The interdependency of xue and jiao has an etymological foundation,supported by canon-ical doctrines and verified by individualized experiences.The interpretation of xue as xiao(to imitate)describes the origin and process of education in which the junior imitated and followed the elder,while the extended interpretation of xue as jue(to awaken)stresses the effects and functions of edu-cation.In the classical Chinese context,greater significance was placed on xue the keyword concur-rently connoting the meaning of teaching and learning in the modern sense.It is misleading to narrowly render the originally meaningful word group xuexi as learning in modern English. 展开更多

目的探讨中医经典与临床病例结合的教学方式在中医肿瘤科临床教学实践中的应用效果。方法选择2021年5月至2022年3月每个周期来上海中医药大学附属普陀医院中医肿瘤科学习的108名医师为研究对象,根据教学方法的不同将其分为常规教学组和... 目的探讨中医经典与临床病例结合的教学方式在中医肿瘤科临床教学实践中的应用效果。方法选择2021年5月至2022年3月每个周期来上海中医药大学附属普陀医院中医肿瘤科学习的108名医师为研究对象,根据教学方法的不同将其分为常规教学组和经典教学组,各54名。以肿瘤常见病症为课程试验对象,常规教学组应用常规内科学教学方式,经典教学组应用中医经典与临床病例结合的教学方式。比较两组的教学效果。结果经典教学组学生的学习主动性、临床思维能力、自主学习能力、小组合作学习能力及探究学习能力评分均高于常规教学组(P<0.05)。经典教学组学生对病症认识、中西医关联理解、方药认识、经典医籍认识、经典医籍兴趣、论文写作启发的熟悉度高于常规教学组(P<0.05);经典教学组教师对教学方法的熟悉度高于常规教学组(P<0.05)。结论中医经典与临床病例结合的教学方式在中医肿瘤科临床教学实践中的应用效果良好。 展开更多

目的探讨以微信为载体结合基于案例的学习(Case-based learning,CBL)在中医经典教学中的应用效果。方法于2020年9月—2021年7月,以2019年10月在北京中医药大学各临床医学院参加中医住院医师规范化培训的59名中医内科专业住院医师为研究... 目的探讨以微信为载体结合基于案例的学习(Case-based learning,CBL)在中医经典教学中的应用效果。方法于2020年9月—2021年7月,以2019年10月在北京中医药大学各临床医学院参加中医住院医师规范化培训的59名中医内科专业住院医师为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,实验组30名,对照组29名。实验组采用微信公众号平台联合CBL教学,对照组采用单纯CBL教学,分别讲解《黄帝内经》《伤寒论》《金匮要略》及《温病条辨》经典条文理解及方药运用,每门课程20学时,比较两组学习效果。结果实验组住院医师中医经典测试成绩显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组住院医师对教学模式各方面的满意度差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医经典教学中,应用以微信为载体结合CBL的教学法能够提高住院医师综合能力,有助于培养住院医师中医临床思维。 展开更多
