Facing the s evere challenge about quality, all the developed industry countries attach impor tance to the research and education about quality project. With the deepening of the reform of China and it’s joining to WTO, many industries and enterprises wi ll be confronted with severe challenge while being offered the opportunity to wa lk up to the world. The arrival of knowledge economy and web time has provided t he space for the innovation on enterprise management. It has also provided new m ethod and model for enterprise management, that is online management based on th e internet. The online management use an enterprise model including the goal of the enterprise and the scheme to carry out it to represent the whole operational of all the work. The online management is constructed on the integration of exp ert system, database, software and other technical models. How to scientifically manage the entire system of product, precisely master the condition of quantity and quality and analyze the rules of the change of produc t quality in order to carry out the overall control of quality, guarantee the go od condition of product as well as improve product quality and prolong it’s se rvice life was discussed in this thesis. Based on the above research the thesis also discussed how to develop the study on product quality information and const ruct it’s decision making support system. The concrete measures to improve peopl e’s concept of quality are also raised. Based on the type analysis, scientific management of product quality information should start from dynamic information of quality, instruction information as we ll as the information about the use, maintain, management and conservation of pr oduct, and induce them and further propose a design scheme of feedback system on product quality information, and then set up the blueprint of the information s ystem of product quality. This thesis included 7 chapters:1.the type of quality information;2.the content of quality information;3.the construction of the se nsitive web for transfering information, and collecting and transfering quality information rapidly and effectively;4.the way and procedure to transfer informa tion;5.the construction of quality information library for all phases; 6.the d isposal of quality information;7.the decision making support system of the mana gement of quality information;8.attach importance to three key factors on impro ving quality concept. 展开更多

Improving Supply Chain Strategies towards Mitigating the Effect of Crude Oil Theft and Pipeline Vandalism in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry: A Case Study of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC)

Generically, SCM may be said to include all activities carried out to ensure proper functioning of the supply chain. The activities included in proper management of a supply chain broadly include logistics activities, planning and control of the flow of information and materials in a firm, management of relationships with other organizations and government intervention, However, crude oil theft and pipeline vandalism are established products supply chain disruptors in Nigeria which are rendering the task of running an efficient petroleum supply chain onerous. This paper aims to establish the importance of effective supply chain strategies for companies in the oil and gas industry with special focus on the Nigerian oil and gas sector and the strategies by which the state oil and gas corporation in this sector may mitigate disruptions to its supply chain. This study investigates the enhancement of supply chain strategies towards meeting the challenge of crude oil theft and pipeline vandalism, using the Nigerian National Corporation (NNPC) as a case study. Based on this study, data were collected from two sources: A summary of incident reports obtained from NNPC and an interview with personnel in the PPMC Department. Incident report refers to a report produced when accidents such as equipment failure, injury, loss of life, or fire occur at the work site. Content analysis is utilized to evaluate data obtained from interview responses, CBN financial stability reports, NDIC annual reports, circulars, banking supervision reports and implementation guidelines. The study found out that NNPC should endeavor to sustain its value chain and ward of pipeline vandals and crude oil thieves by engaging in community partnership, detailing security outfits to ensure its pipelines’ right of way and bridging. Concluded that the oil supply chain of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation has been plagued by disruptions in the form of crude oil theft and pipeline vandalism which has had debilitating effects on its value. 展开更多

It is very important to build an effective integration mechanism for product data sharing of manufacturing enterprises in geographically dispersed, heterogeneous system platform. In order to integrate enterprise level product data management (PDM) system and shop floor level distributed numerical control (DNC) system, based on the description of Web services technology, a Web-services-based integration approach is presented for facilitating seamless sharing of product data between PDM and DNC systems in a networked manufacturing environment. In order to verify the validity of the proposed approach, an example-based integration development has been implemented with Java 2 Software Development Kit and Java Web Services Developer Pack in Windows 2000 Professional environment. 展开更多

Subtropical “Yambaru” forest, situated in the northern part of Okinawa Island of Japan, has a precious ecosystem inhabited by many endemic species. However, this region is also the center for forestry on Okinawa. Therefore, sustainable forestry activities should take into consideration the natural environment. To contribute to sustainable forest management in the region, we conducted prediction of the site index at fine-scale resolution by using multiple regression analysis with easily calculated topographic factors. For the multiple regression analysis with site index as a dependent variable, three topographic factors (the effective relief, openness, and elevation) were adopted as independent variables. Approximately 68% of the variance was explained, and the effective relief was the variable with the greatest influence. This means that it is possible to predict forest productivity at a finer scale of resolution than ever before. For sustainable forest management of sites where environmental conservation and forestry are conflicting, it is useful to estimate the site index at the finest scale of resolution practically available in the field. It might be possible to improve estimation accuracy by examining further environmental factors in the future. 展开更多

The PA is also built on MAS, and it includes two agents, task agent (TA), and resource agent (RA). It has been found that the modelling is superior to the old one. 企业进行数字技术创新,不仅能够通过技术进步直接提高全要素生产率,而且可以通过赋能其他生产要素并改善要素配置来间接提高全要素生产率。采用沪深A股上市公司2011—2022年的数据分析发现:企业的数字专利增加对全要素生产率具有显著的... 企业进行数字技术创新,不仅能够通过技术进步直接提高全要素生产率,而且可以通过赋能其他生产要素并改善要素配置来间接提高全要素生产率。采用沪深A股上市公司2011—2022年的数据分析发现:企业的数字专利增加对全要素生产率具有显著的正向影响,表明企业进行技术创新能够显著提升其全要素生产率;数字技术创新能够提高企业员工中高学历人员和技术人员的比例以及技术资产占比,同时还能降低企业的信息不对称程度、管理费用和代理成本,表明数字技术创新可以通过优化要素结构和提升管理效率来促进企业全要素生产率提升;数字技术创新对国有企业、大型企业、成长性较高企业、西部地区企业的全要素生产率具有更强的提升作用;企业数字技术创新的全要素生产率提升效应在技术密集型行业、资本密集型行业、劳动密集型行业中依次减弱。因此,应将数字技术创新作为提高企业全要素生产率的着力点,政府、企业与高校三方联合共建数字技术人才高地,依托数字技术拓展企业的治理边界,并将企业家精神融入公司治理及技术创新的全过程。 展开更多

作为高级化的生产力,新质生产力(New Quality Productive Forces)以科技创新为引领、战略性新兴产业和未来产业为主要载体,依靠创新驱动实现了符合高质量发展要求的生产力的跃升,也是数字时代更具融合性、更体现新内涵的生产力。作为新... 作为高级化的生产力,新质生产力(New Quality Productive Forces)以科技创新为引领、战略性新兴产业和未来产业为主要载体,依靠创新驱动实现了符合高质量发展要求的生产力的跃升,也是数字时代更具融合性、更体现新内涵的生产力。作为新时代经济发展的重要引擎,其内涵特征、发展路径、机遇与挑战等问题值得进一步探讨。为此本刊邀请了7位专家组织了本次笔谈。1)新质生产力与高质量数据资源建设的逻辑与路径:深入探讨了高质量数据资源建设的时代背景与内涵特征,分析了高质量数据资源与新质生产力发展之间的相互促进的内在逻辑。提出高质量数据资源建设需践行创新、协同、开放、可信和可持续的建设理念,遵循观念创新、模式创新、结构创新和技术创新的建设策略,从而全面提升数据资源管理和利用效率并推动新质生产力发展。2)数据要素赋能新质生产力的发展:数据要素与新质生产力之间呈现出深刻的辩证关系,在相辅相成的螺旋式上升中加速开拓经济社会发展新局面。揭示了数据要素赋能新型优质生产能力及其要素发展的主要路径与关键保障,指出应以人机协同、普惠共享、绿色智能为目标拓展新质生产能力与生产要素,推动经济社会可持续发展。3)推进新质生产力视域下的数据确权:数据从技术、要素与产业维度都能作用于新质生产力,加快推进新质生产力的形成。提出发挥数据要素对新质生产力乘数效应会涉及众多维度、层面及阶段,其中极为重要且基础的则是如何对数据进行确权。总结出构建契合数据特征及新质生产力发展规律的财产权理论、加快厘清数据确权的类型及范围、完善数据确权配套制度等加快推进新质生产力的举措。4)以中国式数字化助力中国式现代化行稳致远:加快推动中国式数字化,既是实现中国式现代化的必由之路,又是新形势下充分释放新质生产力、筑牢我国非对称竞争优势的核心抓手。提出了在我国数字化、信息化进程中,信息资源管理行业发挥着至关重要的作用,承担着数字化转型的重要责任。5)新质生产力视域下公共图书馆的价值与使命:面对社会深刻的数智化转型,公共图书馆需要进一步发挥在数字经济领域赋能于民众的潜能,使其在新质生产力发展中发挥积极作用。提出公共图书馆应积极主动地成为数据市场化的积极参与者,促进数据要素的有效利用和资源配置的高效性,并通过开放获取和数字化服务使其更为开放。6)新质生产力视域下大学图书馆的智慧化变革:作为推动科教兴国的重要力量,大学图书馆更应着力于如何有效支持科技创新和人才培养以推动新质生产力发展。阐述了大学图书馆对于新质生产力的3个关键词的理解,分析了大学图书馆发展新质生产力的关键“新”技术环境及其适用性分析,并提出重新认识和实现图书馆智慧化是发展新质生产力的重要抓手。7)为加快发展新质生产力提供信息资源管理学科支撑:从信息资源管理学科视角分析了新质生产力理念兴起下学科“有所为”的诸多方面,包括理论体系、信息资源保障、信息分析与咨询、场景打造、知识科普与公民素养培育等。与新质生产力相关的学术评价、信息政策、知识产权、数字消费行为等方向的内容也是学科需要关注的重要方向。 展开更多

针对蔗糖生产存在人工操作居多,现有自动化和信息化系统相对孤立,缺乏集成导致生产效率较低的问题,通过对制糖企业的当前生产经营特点和实际需求的分析,利用物联网、移动互联网、云计算、大数据等最新的技术手段开发蔗糖生产智能化计算... 针对蔗糖生产存在人工操作居多,现有自动化和信息化系统相对孤立,缺乏集成导致生产效率较低的问题,通过对制糖企业的当前生产经营特点和实际需求的分析,利用物联网、移动互联网、云计算、大数据等最新的技术手段开发蔗糖生产智能化计算机管理系统。系统可以通过企业内部网和互联网进行异地浏览和信息采集,其功能涵盖了制糖企业从底层的数据采集监视到上层的经营管理。系统实现了生产经营的精细化管理、实时管理和分级考核,企业物流、资金流和信息流的集成,使得生产经营过程协调有序地进行,解决了之前生产不能同时实现管理和现场监控相结合的问题。现场验证结果表明,该系统能够有效地提升生产效率,降低生产成本。 展开更多

以战略为导向的传统竞争情报(CI)系统间独立性强,无法满足企业产品开发的情报需求;以产品为导向的竞品分析缺乏方法论的指导,形式迥异、创新不足的信息产出会导致企业资源的浪费,因此,需要以互联网信息为导向开发一种针对产品的情报课... 以战略为导向的传统竞争情报(CI)系统间独立性强,无法满足企业产品开发的情报需求;以产品为导向的竞品分析缺乏方法论的指导,形式迥异、创新不足的信息产出会导致企业资源的浪费,因此,需要以互联网信息为导向开发一种针对产品的情报课题。在传统关键情报课题(KITs)构建流程的基础上提出产品关键情报课题(PKITs)的概念,划定PKITs的4种范围,并提出模型的凝聚流程和方法。研究发现,市场、用户和技术信息收集是企业产品开发情报流程的前提,在动态市场中需要构建前瞻性的情报思维与开发敏捷性的情报流程,以提高企业产品的竞争能力。 展开更多
