皱锁瑚菌热带变种Clavulina rugosa var. tropica最早报道于菲律宾,其显著的特征是子实体受伤后有变色反应。2018年在中国云南省采集到该真菌,并对其进行了形态学观察和分子系统发育分析。结果表明,该真菌与皱锁瑚菌Clavulina rugosa并...皱锁瑚菌热带变种Clavulina rugosa var. tropica最早报道于菲律宾,其显著的特征是子实体受伤后有变色反应。2018年在中国云南省采集到该真菌,并对其进行了形态学观察和分子系统发育分析。结果表明,该真菌与皱锁瑚菌Clavulina rugosa并没有很近的亲缘关系,而是在锁瑚菌属中形成1个单独的支系。由此,对该真菌进行了分类学修订,命名为热带锁瑚菌Clavulina tropica,并重新进行了形态学描述。提供了中国锁瑚菌属已知物种的检索表。展开更多
