Objective:To analyze the feasibility of adopting a combined ladder and case teaching method in otolaryngology nursing teaching.Method:Nursing students in the otolaryngology department were selected.According to the admission time of nursing students,30 nursing students formed a control group(conventional nursing teaching),and 30 nursing students who were admitted later formed an observation group(ladder and case teaching method).The learning performance and teaching effectiveness of nursing students under different teaching methods were analyzed.Result:The academic performance and teaching effectiveness of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the ladder and case teaching method during the teaching of otolaryngology nursing significantly improved the student’s academic performance and teaching effectiveness.This method has great practical value. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the effect of using audible thinking combined with the case teaching method in the teaching of nursing checkups for regulation nurses.Methods:The period was April 2023–April 2024,and a randomized controlled group study was carried out in which 76 regulation nurses in our hospital were randomly divided into a research group and a control group,with 38 regulation nurses in each group.The control group used conventional teaching methods,and the research group used audible thinking combined with the case teaching method,comparing the two groups’independent learning ability scores,assessment scores,and teaching satisfaction.Results:Independent learning ability score:after teaching,the research group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);Assessment results:the research group was considerably higher than the control group(P<0.05);Teaching satisfaction:the research group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of audible thinking combined with the case teaching method in the teaching of nursing room visits for trained nurses can improve independent learning ability and assessment results and increase teaching satisfaction. 展开更多

Objective: To explore the application effect of case combined with seminar teaching method in Pediatric Nursing. Methods: Two classes in junior year were selected by convenience sampling in 2022, and the two classes were randomly divided into the intervention group and control group by tossing a coin. The intervention group utilized the case combined with seminar teaching method, while the control group used the traditional teaching-based method. The stage test average score, final exam results were compared after the end of the course. The autonomous learning ability evaluation scale and the Chinese critical thinking ability scale were used to attain students’ autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability before and after the course. The self-made evaluation scale was used to know students’ evaluation of the new teaching method after the course. Results: 1) The stage test average scores of the intervention group and the control group were 79.13 ± 6.39 and 74.67 ± 5.25 respectively (P , the final exam scores were 79.83 ± 6.09 and 75.21 ± 4.91 respectively (P < 0.05);2) The total scores of autonomous learning ability were 118.67 ± 7.70 and 106.49 ± 7.67 respectively (P , and the total scores of critical thinking ability were 283.45 ± 7.82 and 251.37 ± 8.93 respectively (P < 0.05);3) More than 80% of the students in the intervention group believed that the case combined with seminar teaching method could deepen the understanding of knowledge, promote the habit of thinking and literature consulting, and improve the ability to analyze and solve problems, integrate knowledge and communicate and coordinate. Conclusions: Application of case combined with seminar teaching method in Pediatric Nursing improved the students’ autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability, and strengthened the students’ understanding and application of knowledge. This article draws inspiration from the flipped classroom concept, using the “Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education and Practice (Theory)” course as an example to introduce the innovation and characteristics of the flipped classroom model: it is problem-oriented, addressing the “pain points” in teaching, motivating students towards “active learning,” and integrating diverse teaching methods. In the conclusion, the article proposed suggestions on the application of this model, encouraging teachers to summarize their teaching experiences, enhance their knowledge base, and foster students’ awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the effect of fragmented case teaching in the standardized training of residents in anesthesiology department.Methods:80 doctors who participated in the standardized training of residents in anesthesiology department from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the 80 doctors were divided into experimental groups according to the clinical teaching mode(n=40,implemented case fragmented teaching method)and the control group(n=40,traditional teaching method).The training lasted for 2 months,and the medical history collection,medical record analysis,practical operation ability,theoretical assessment results,and the degree of satisfaction towards the training of the two groups of doctors were compared.Results:After 2 months of training,the theoretical knowledge and operational ability of the doctors in the two groups have improved to a certain extent,but the medical history collection,medical record analysis,practical operation ability,theoretical assessment results and satisfaction of the doctors in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the fragmented case teaching method in the standardized training of anesthesiology residents is significantly better than the traditional teaching mode.The abilities of doctors have significantly improved after the training.Hence,the fragmented case teaching method is worthy of promotion in clinical practice. 展开更多

Objective:To evaluate the effect of CBL(case-based learning)combined with case analysis in the teaching of clinical anesthesia.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2020,a total of 100 clinical anesthesia interns in Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups,the reference group(50 interns)and the study group(50 interns),by random sampling method.The reference group was under the traditional teaching method,whereas for the study group,CBL combined with case analysis was implemented.The teaching satisfaction and achievement of the interns in both the groups were evaluated.Results:The teaching satisfaction of the study group was 98%,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group(86%)(P<0.05);before teaching,there was no significant difference in the theoretical and clinical practice scores between the two groups(P>0.05);however,after teaching,the theoretical and clinical practice scores of the two groups increased significantly,in which the change of the research group was significantly greater than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of CBL combined with case analysis in the teaching of clinical anesthesia has an ideal effect,improving the teaching satisfaction and achievement.It is a high-quality teaching method and is worthy of application. 展开更多
