Authentication Mechanism for Secret Sharing Using Boolean Operation

A lossless image secret sharing using a simple Boolean operation is proposed. The concept of visual cryptography in the secret sharing scheme is used to redesign a lossless secret sharing scheme. To ensure that the reconstructed image is the true secret image, an authentication mechanism is imported into the proposed scheme to verify whether the shadows are authentic before reconstructing the secret image. The proposed scheme delivers much more effective performance than Chen and Wu＇s scheme.

Optimal Overbooking Mechanism in Data Plan Sharing

For mobile devices users, the inconvenience caused by the fixed data plans becomes a popular issue. With the help of personal hotspot (pH), however, the smartphone users can share network connection with other users nearby. In this paper a data plan sharing platform with reservation mechanism is proposed. The users on this platform can sell their surplus data plan traffic to make profit. A Markov decision process model was formulated and analyzed for data plan sharing platform revenue management through overbooking mechanism. The results of experiment and simulation show that the platform revenue has a considerable growth using this model.

Incentive Mechanism Model Design for Sharing of Information Resources in Rural Areas

In order to solve the issues concerning the cross-unit sharing of information resources in rural areas, we analyze the incentive problem of the sharing of information resources in rural areas using the incentive theory method; establish corresponding incentive mechanism model (It is divided into positive incentive model and negative incentive model, and only when the two models guarantee each other and are used at the same time can they be effective). Based on this, we put forward the institutional design for sharing of information resources in rural areas as follows: firstly, establishing an administrative agency of rural information resources sharing, above the authority of all units, responsible for related work on sharing of information resources in rural areas; secondly, establishing and improving the positive and negative incentive mechanisms, to ensure the realization of sharing of information resources in rural areas.

Interaction Relationship Between Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Performance:Evidence from 201 Chinese Listed Companies and Preliminary Study of Its Underlying Mechanism

Corporations actively fulfilling corporate social responsibility(CSR)is of more significance to society's sustainable development nowadays.This research discusses the interaction between CSR and corporate performance and then adopts other mediation variables to explain the underlying mechanism.The empirical analyses are performed on a sample of 201 listed Chinese firms.The result shows that CSR has a weak negative impact on corporate perfbnnance while being positively influenced by corporate performance significantly.Further study finds the reason may be CSR requires financial support,but has little to do with increasing shareholder wealth.

面向新型电力系统的储能规划方法研究进展及展望

储能是新型电力系统非常重要的灵活性调节资源,在源网荷各端均可发挥重要的作用,在中国,储能的发展已经进入规模化发展期,如何合理、经济地利用好储能的关键是规划配置方法。在对储能规划方法研究现状的基础上,分析了储能投资运营主体多元化、应用场景和运行模式复杂化、储能技术多样化等新变化对储能规划方法的影响;提出了新能源聚集区考虑时空互补和共享机制的储能规划方法、电网侧充分市场竞争下的储能与输配电系统协同规划方法,以及用户侧电、热、氢多元储能合作/竞争共存下的规划方法。面向新型电力系统的储能规划,未来应注重电力系统不同发展阶段的整体协调性、储能投资运营主体多元化内生博弈机制的影响,以及规划方案在多目标多场景下的迁移学习方法。

数字化背景下教学资源共建共享机制研究

随着信息技术的快速发展,教育领域面临着前所未有的数字化变革,在线教育、远程学习以及教育科技都有着广泛应用。传统的教材和教学方法逐渐与数字技术、网络平台和多媒体资源相结合,导致资源分配不平等问题越发严重,建立一个有效的教学资源共建共享机制,以确保资源易获取且质量高,成为了当前教育研究和实践中的重要议题。通过探讨数字化背景下的教学资源特点的相关研究,结合开放式在线课程、社区和协作平台、教育资源聚合平台的有关教学资源共建共享模式分析,提出了建立标准化和互操作性框架、搭建技术支持平台、培养共建共享文化等三大共建共享机制的建设路径,并通过问卷调查实验得出相关结论。

基于变色龙哈希和可验证秘密共享的联盟链修改方法

区块链具有去中心化、不可篡改、可追溯等特征。现有的联盟链系统在数据上链后会全程留痕,当出现敏感信息或恶意数据时无法处理,或处理后区块链分叉、中断。针对这些问题,提出一种基于变色龙哈希和可验证秘密共享的联盟链数据修改方法。首先,把变色龙哈希的陷门再分配给身份节点,从而将发起修改者与实际修改者进行隔离;其次,为保证再分配值的正确性,将不同时间周期变色龙哈希所对应的数据设为可验证数据,用验证节点上传承诺到可验证数据,并用提案节点通过承诺验证秘密共享值;最后,为防止节点作恶,提出基于奖励金机制的数据纠正方法提高节点纠正作恶的积极性,降低作恶的可能。在中山大学区块链与智能金融研究中心InPlusLab开发的DApps数据集上进行实验的结果表明:当恶意节点数30个时,所提方法相较于用传统变色龙哈希修改联盟链数据的方法在处理恶意节点的效率方面提高了44.1%;当恶意数据量达到30条时,在处理恶意数据的时间上缩短了53.7%。

基于区块链的知识密集型服务业数据共享动态激励机制的构建

过高的初始投资和维护成本以及知识密集型服务组织间天然竞争关系限制区块链广泛应用及数据共享平台发展。通过对知识密集型服务业数据共享策略进行演化博弈分析,构建一种基于区块链智能合约的知识密集型服务组织的数据共享动态激励机制。针对产业数据共享现状,于博弈模型中引入区块链投资维护成本、数据竞争成本及激励成本/收益3个影响因素,通过复制动态方程分析组织间数据共享演化稳定策略。设计数据共享激励规则,并利用智能合约技术实现动态调整激励成本/收益,鼓励服务组织积极参与数据共享。结果表明:当服务组织接受符合数据共享策略条件的激励收益后,数据共享参与者比例最终达到饱和,且激励收益越大,趋近饱和状态的速度越快;针对不同数据共享策略的激励成本不仅有效增加知识密集型服务组织参与数据共享的意愿,且为知识密集型服务业数据共享平台带来额外收入。

消费者风险厌恶的运费险分担机制与供应链定价研究

考虑消费者的退货行为、风险厌恶态度和运费险价值敏感,建立零售商承担、消费者承担、零售商与消费者共同承担、零售商与制造商共同承担4种不同运费险承担方式的Stackelberg价格博弈模型,研究供应链的定价决策和在线零售商的最优退货运费险策略。研究表明:低退货率和高运费险敏感性有助于提高供应链的整体利润;低退货率时,在线零售商主动为消费者购买运费险优于消费者自行购买;运费险的分担机制不能实现供应链协调。

共同体理论视角下研究生优质教学资源共享机制与实施路径设计

当前,研究生优质教学资源共享面临资源分布失衡、资源监管缺失、共享主体协同度不足、资源共享路径不清等问题,而共同体理论强调多元主体共同愿景的达成、成员的平等参与和共同体文化的建构等理念,为推动研究生优质资源共享提供了重要思路。基于此,文章首先梳理了目前研究生教学资源共享的现状;接着,文章构建了智能时代下的研究生优质教学资源共享机制,包括优质教学资源建设管控、优质教学资源场景整合以及优质教学资源共享主体三个层次;然后,文章提出了研究生优质教学资源共享的实施路径,包括打造泛在化的教学资源共享模式、构建社群化的教学资源共享组织、依托智能化的教学资源共享平台、建立多元化的教学资源共享补偿制度和形成全方位的教学资源监管机制,以期为全面推动研究生优质教学资源的有序共享与高质量发展提供参考。

基于组合拍卖的广义共享储能运营机制设计

共享储能已经成为缓解可再生能源大规模并网带来的一系列问题的有效途径,但现有共享储能机制未充分考虑用户对于储能的互补性和替代性需求,严重影响用户购买意愿。此外,当前共享机制也未考虑储能的电量约束、充放电功率约束和荷电状态的影响,不利于运营商的投标策略设计,使其面临经济损失风险。因此,该文设计基于组合拍卖的广义共享储能运营机制。首先,考虑基站备用储能、空调、电动汽车充电站等资源具有储能特性而运行行为迥异的特性,利用广义储能模型对其进行统一聚合封装,降低多种需求侧资源的调度难度;其次,对储能使用权进行划分,设计广义储能功率使用权和容量使用权两种交易品种,并为卖方设计计及储能荷电状态的投标曲线,为买方设计不同时段、不同品种耦合需求的组合形式,以满足用户对储能的多种需求,提高用户满意度;然后,基于组合拍卖理论,设计包含投标、竞胜标决定、资源定价与资金结算等环节的共享储能运营机制,以实现广义共享储能资源的高效利用和社会福利的公平分配;最后,算例仿真结果表明,所述运营机制可满足用户灵活性需求,降低储能服务成本。
