BACKGROUND When exposed to high-altitude environments,the cardiovascular system undergoes various changes,the performance and mechanisms of which remain controversial.AIM To summarize the latest research advancements ...BACKGROUND When exposed to high-altitude environments,the cardiovascular system undergoes various changes,the performance and mechanisms of which remain controversial.AIM To summarize the latest research advancements and hot research points in the cardiovascular system at high altitude by conducting a bibliometric and visualization analysis.METHODS The literature was systematically retrieved and filtered using the Web of Science Core Collection of Science Citation Index Expanded.A visualization analysis of the identified publications was conducted employing CiteSpace and VOSviewer.RESULTS A total of 1674 publications were included in the study,with an observed annual increase in the number of publications spanning from 1990 to 2022.The United States of America emerged as the predominant contributor,while Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia stood out as the institution with the highest publication output.Notably,Jean-Paul Richalet demonstrated the highest productivity among researchers focusing on the cardiovascular system at high altitude.Furthermore,Peter Bärtsch emerged as the author with the highest number of cited articles.Keyword analysis identified hypoxia,exercise,acclimatization,acute and chronic mountain sickness,pulmonary hypertension,metabolism,and echocardiography as the primary research hot research points and emerging directions in the study of the cardiovascular system at high altitude.CONCLUSION Over the past 32 years,research on the cardiovascular system in high-altitude regions has been steadily increasing.Future research in this field may focus on areas such as hypoxia adaptation,metabolism,and cardiopulmonary exercise.Strengthening interdisciplinary and multi-team collaborations will facilitate further exploration of the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying cardiovascular changes in high-altitude environments and provide a theoretical basis for standardized disease diagnosis and treatment.展开更多

Groundwater is a vital component of the hydrological cycle and essential for the sustainable development of ecosystems.Numerical simulation methods are key tools for addressing scientific challenges in groundwater res...Groundwater is a vital component of the hydrological cycle and essential for the sustainable development of ecosystems.Numerical simulation methods are key tools for addressing scientific challenges in groundwater research.This study uses bibliometric visualization analysis to examine the progress and trends in groundwater numerical simulation methods.By analyzing literature indexed in the Web of Science database from January 1990 to February 2023,and employing tools such as Citespace and VOSviewer,we assessed publication volume,research institutions and their collaborations,prolific scholars,keyword clustering,and emerging trends.The findings indicate an overall upward trend in both the number of publications and citations concerning groundwater numerical simulations.Since 2010,the number of publications has tripled compared to the total before 2010,underscoring the increasing significance and potential of numerical simulation methods in groundwater science.China,in particular,has shown remarkable growth in this field over the past decade,surpassing the United States,Canada,and Germany.This progress is closely linked to strong national support and active participation from research institutions,especially the contributions from teams at Hohai University,China University of Geosciences,and the University of Science and Technology of China.Collaboration between research teams is primarily seen between China and the United States,with less noticeable cooperation among other countries,resulting in a diverse and dispersed development pattern.Keyword analysis highlights that international research hotspots include groundwater recharge,karst water,geothermal water migration,seawater intrusion,variable density flow,contaminant and solute transport,pollution remediation,and land subsidence.Looking ahead,groundwater numerical simulations are expected to play a more prominent role in areas such as climate change,surface water-groundwater interactions,the impact of groundwater nitrates on the environment and health,submarine groundwater discharge,ecological water use,groundwater management,and risk prevention.展开更多

A bibliographic co-occurrence analysis system(BICOMB software) was used to perform keyword word frequency analysis and generate a keyword co-occurrence matrix. In addition, Ucinet software's Netdraw tool was used to create visualized network diagrams.Results: A total of 27890 articles were retrieved, and word frequency analysis revealed that the highestfrequency keywords consisted of anxiety, depression, the elderly, expectant women, coronary heart disease, diabetes, breast cancer, perioperative period, quality of life, and psychological intervention.Research hotspot analysis revealed that consistent hotspots comprised anxiety, depression, health education, and perioperative period; expectant women became a hotspot during 2010-2012, and quality of life and efficacy became hotspots during 2013-2015.Conclusions: In addition to the care process, clinical psychological nursing research hotspots in China have increasingly included the effectiveness of psychological nursing and impact on patient quality of life. In addition, the corresponding visualization tool is developed. We use the tree-maps algorithm to statistically analyze quantity and type of the policy integration conflicts. On that basis, the semantic substrates algorithm is applied to concretely analyze the policy element levels of inter-domain and role and permission mapping of cross-domain. Fast and high-throughput determination of drugs is a key trend in clinical medicine.Single particles have increasingly been adopted in a variety of photoanalytical and electroanalytical applications,and microscopic an...Fast and high-throughput determination of drugs is a key trend in clinical medicine.Single particles have increasingly been adopted in a variety of photoanalytical and electroanalytical applications,and microscopic analysis has been a hot topic in recent years,especially for electrochemiluminescence(ECL).This paper describes a simple ECL method based on single gold microbeads to image lecithin.Lecithin reacts to produce hydrogen peroxide under the successive enzymatic reaction of phospholipase D and choline oxidase.ECL was generated by the electrochemical reaction between a luminol analog and hydrogen peroxide,and ECL signals were imaged by a camera.Despite the heterogeneity of single gold microbeads,their luminescence obeyed statistical regularity.The average luminescence of 30 gold microbeads is correlated with the lecithin concentration,and thus,a visualization method for analyzing lecithin was established.Calibration curves were constructed for ECL intensity and lecithin concentration,achieving detection limits of 0.05 m M lecithin.This ECL imaging platform based on single gold microbeads exhibits outstanding advantages,such as high throughput,versatility and low cost,and holds great potential in disease diagnostics,environmental monitoring and food safety.展开更多

Objective This study examined the research status and development process of FU Qingzhu’s Obstetrics and Gynecology(Fu Qing Zhu Nv Ke,《傅青主女科》,FQZNK)in the past 40 years with bibliometrics and visual analysis.M...Objective This study examined the research status and development process of FU Qingzhu’s Obstetrics and Gynecology(Fu Qing Zhu Nv Ke,《傅青主女科》,FQZNK)in the past 40 years with bibliometrics and visual analysis.Methods Retrieved all related literature in the research field of FQZNK from the domestic and foreign databases:China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),Wanfang Database,and Web of Science(WOS)core database,including Science Citation Index Expanded(SCIE),Social Sciences Citation Index(SSCI),and Arts&Humanities Citation Index(A&HCI).The search range was from January 1,1980 to March 10,2021.In addition,bibliometrics and CiteSpace 5.7.R2 software were used to analyze literature types,published journals,cited literature,the number of author publica-tions,co-author networks,co-institution networks,keyword co-occurrence networks,keyword clusters,and keyword bursts.Results A total of 678 valid records were included in the final dataset.Literature types,high publication journals,highly cited literature,high-yield institutions,high-yield research teams,and high-productivity scholars in this research field were found through bibliometrics.Liter-ature types can be divided into four categories,among which 451 are theoretical studies on academic thoughts of FQZNK,accounting for 66.5%of the included journals.The Journal of Shanxi Traditional Chinese Medicine had the largest volume of published articles(61),ac-counting for 9.0%of the total number of the included journals.The most cited literature was ZHOU Mingxin’s article“Using the quantitative method to discuss author’s authenticity and formula characteristics of FU Qingzhu’s Obstetrics and Gynecology”,which was cited 94 times.Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,the institution with the most publications,published 45 articles,and YOU Zhaoling,the most published author,published 33 articles.Moreover,it was found that most high-yield researchers came from high-yield institutions and that Hun-an University of Chinese Medicine had the most research on FQZNK.Keyword co-occur-rence analysis revealed that the keyword“FQZNK”had the highest frequency(597 times)and the highest centrality(1.00).Keyword cluster analysis used the Log-Likelihood Ratio(LLR)al-gorithm to form eleven important clusters:#0 treatment aiming at its root causes,#1 gynecopathy,#2 Siwu Decoction(四物汤),#3 FU Qingzhu,#4 post-partum,#5 infertility,#6 dysmenorrhea,#7 sterility,#8 coordinate the heart and kidney,#9 Danggui Buxue Decoction(当归补血汤),and#10 treatment.It was found that the prescriptions of FQZNK were studied mainly before 2000,the theoretical studies were mainly conducted before 2010,and its clinic-al application was mainly explored from 2010 until now.Diseases such as dysmenorrhea,morbid vaginal discharge,infertility,metrorrhagia,and polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)have recently become popular topics in this field.Conclusion The current study provides more scientific,accurate,and comprehensive sci-entific support for further research and development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in FQZNK.With this foundation,people can use burst detection to ascertain the current hot-spots in research,get their development trends,and forecast future research directions.In ad-dition,infertility,morbid vaginal discharge,flooding,and PCOS treatments based on TCM syndrome differentiation are currently popular research topics for FQZNK.展开更多

BICOMB,Net Draw,g CLUTO and SPSS19. 0 software were used to conduct co-clustering analysis and visualization analysis for included articles. Keywords were analyzed,and social network graph,visualization matrix,peak image and multidimensional scaling analysis map were drawn. Correlation among high-frequency key words were analyzed. [Results] Totally 723 articles were included,among which 70 articles were issued during 2012-2016; 76 key words were obtained by key word co-occurrence network map,among which mogroside,MOG,extraction process,tissue culture,cultivation technology,varieties,growth and development were in the core position; visualization and the peak image showed that the topics in this research field could be divided into 6 categories; research hotspot dynamic evolution showed that S. Fructus flower,beverage,total flavonoids,gene expression,gene cloning,enzyme,apoptosis,and S. Fructus seed oil would be the hot spots of further study. The 2d, 3d seismic and earlier vintages show that Balkassar is composed of two folds that impart heart shaped geometry. It appears likely the early Eocene age Bhadrar formation may provide commercial production with lower water cuts from the eastern lobe (yet untapped) of the structure that may have at least 30 million barrels of unrecovered oil. Horizontal drilling may have promise as an optimum technique for recovery of oil from Paleogene reservoirs. Encouraging oil indications have also been recorded from the early Permian age tobra formation from Balkassar oxy-1 that was not tested by Oxy. Tobra sandstone reservoir can have a matrix porosity approaching 8%. When fractured recoveries from it can be relatively better than the Paleogene reservoirs. The 2D and 3D seismic acquisition has confirmed that the eastern lobe (yet untapped) of the Balkassar field is structurally higher and steeper than the Western lobe which has thus far produced over 30 million barrels. The Eastern lobe thus offers good potential for recovery of oil from the Bhadrar reservoir. The entire field is likely to have potential for recovery of oil from the early Eocene aged Tobra formation. 2-d and 3-D Seismic data interpretation, attribute analysis and visualization for deeper prospect carried in Balksasar field. Tobra and Khewra formation studied for deeper potential drilling. Time contour and depth contour map shows potential for deeper prospects. Also attribute analysis and 3d visualization show good results for deeper potential of Tobra and Khewar formations. Seismic amplitude, Reflection strength, Apparent polarity attribute are visualized and interpreted to find the potential for Tobra and Khewra formation. 3-D visualization also showed positive results for Tobra and Khewra formations.展开更多

The K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Random Forest (RF) are selected as the predictive tool. Based on the experimental result, the machine learning predictive tools are integrated into the medical data visualization analysis platform. The platform software can provide a flexible medical data visualization analysis tool for the doctors. The related practice indicates that visualization analysis result can be generated based on simple steps for the doctors to do some research work on the data accumulated in hospital, even they have not taken special data analysis training.展开更多

文摘BACKGROUND When exposed to high-altitude environments,the cardiovascular system undergoes various changes,the performance and mechanisms of which remain controversial.AIM To summarize the latest research advancements and hot research points in the cardiovascular system at high altitude by conducting a bibliometric and visualization analysis.METHODS The literature was systematically retrieved and filtered using the Web of Science Core Collection of Science Citation Index Expanded.A visualization analysis of the identified publications was conducted employing CiteSpace and VOSviewer.RESULTS A total of 1674 publications were included in the study,with an observed annual increase in the number of publications spanning from 1990 to 2022.The United States of America emerged as the predominant contributor,while Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia stood out as the institution with the highest publication output.Notably,Jean-Paul Richalet demonstrated the highest productivity among researchers focusing on the cardiovascular system at high altitude.Furthermore,Peter Bärtsch emerged as the author with the highest number of cited articles.Keyword analysis identified hypoxia,exercise,acclimatization,acute and chronic mountain sickness,pulmonary hypertension,metabolism,and echocardiography as the primary research hot research points and emerging directions in the study of the cardiovascular system at high altitude.CONCLUSION Over the past 32 years,research on the cardiovascular system in high-altitude regions has been steadily increasing.Future research in this field may focus on areas such as hypoxia adaptation,metabolism,and cardiopulmonary exercise.Strengthening interdisciplinary and multi-team collaborations will facilitate further exploration of the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying cardiovascular changes in high-altitude environments and provide a theoretical basis for standardized disease diagnosis and treatment.

文摘BACKGROUND In the rapidly evolving landscape of psychiatric research,2023 marked another year of significant progress globally,with the World Journal of Psychiatry(WJP)experiencing notable expansion and influence.AIM To conduct a comprehensive visualization and analysis of the articles published in the WJP throughout 2023.By delving into these publications,the aim is to deter-mine the valuable insights that can illuminate pathways for future research endeavors in the field of psychiatry.METHODS A selection process led to the inclusion of 107 papers from the WJP published in 2023,forming the dataset for the analysis.Employing advanced visualization techniques,this study mapped the knowledge domains represented in these papers.RESULTS The findings revealed a prevalent focus on key topics such as depression,mental health,anxiety,schizophrenia,and the impact of coronavirus disease 2019.Additionally,through keyword clustering,it became evident that these papers were predominantly focused on exploring mental health disorders,depression,anxiety,schizophrenia,and related factors.Noteworthy contributions hailed authors in regions such as China,the United Kingdom,United States,and Turkey.Particularly,the paper garnered the highest number of citations,while the American Psychiatric Association was the most cited reference.CONCLUSION It is recommended that the WJP continue in its efforts to enhance the quality of papers published in the field of psychiatry.Additionally,there is a pressing need to delve into the potential applications of digital interventions and artificial intelligence within the discipline.
文摘With the proposal of the double carbon target,the task of energy saving and emission reduction of buildings has become more arduous.The application of building photovoltaic technology is identified as a significant breakthrough to address this challenge.In this paper,the visual analysis and interpretation of literature on building photovoltaic(PV)technology were conducted by using the Cite Space analysis tool based on a review of Chinese and international literature databases.Meanwhile,global research on BIPV technology was summarized and compared.This paper provides ideas for the future application of building photovoltaic technology by constructing a knowledge map for the application of building photovoltaic technology to help the construction of a low-carbon society.

文摘Groundwater is a vital component of the hydrological cycle and essential for the sustainable development of ecosystems.Numerical simulation methods are key tools for addressing scientific challenges in groundwater research.This study uses bibliometric visualization analysis to examine the progress and trends in groundwater numerical simulation methods.By analyzing literature indexed in the Web of Science database from January 1990 to February 2023,and employing tools such as Citespace and VOSviewer,we assessed publication volume,research institutions and their collaborations,prolific scholars,keyword clustering,and emerging trends.The findings indicate an overall upward trend in both the number of publications and citations concerning groundwater numerical simulations.Since 2010,the number of publications has tripled compared to the total before 2010,underscoring the increasing significance and potential of numerical simulation methods in groundwater science.China,in particular,has shown remarkable growth in this field over the past decade,surpassing the United States,Canada,and Germany.This progress is closely linked to strong national support and active participation from research institutions,especially the contributions from teams at Hohai University,China University of Geosciences,and the University of Science and Technology of China.Collaboration between research teams is primarily seen between China and the United States,with less noticeable cooperation among other countries,resulting in a diverse and dispersed development pattern.Keyword analysis highlights that international research hotspots include groundwater recharge,karst water,geothermal water migration,seawater intrusion,variable density flow,contaminant and solute transport,pollution remediation,and land subsidence.Looking ahead,groundwater numerical simulations are expected to play a more prominent role in areas such as climate change,surface water-groundwater interactions,the impact of groundwater nitrates on the environment and health,submarine groundwater discharge,ecological water use,groundwater management,and risk prevention.

文摘Objective:To evaluate the current state of research and areas of interest for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the field of colorectal cancer treatment.Methods:Related papers published between January 1,2012,and November 27,2021,were found using the Web of Science Core Collection Science Citation Index Expanded.Using CiteSpace's network map generation capability,we then determined the top writers,organizations,countries,keywords,co-cited writers,journals,references,and research trends.Results:This investigation yielded a total of 336 relevant papers.China is the most productive country.Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is the leading institution.The journal with the most popularity and publishing volume is Evidence-based Complementary and Alternative Medicine.The author with the most citations and centrality is Lin JM.The terms"epithelial-mesenchymal transition,""cell cycle arrest,""apoptosis,"and"autophagy"are highly frequent and have a high betweenness centrality.Conclusion:According to the results,research on natural products,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)extracts,and the molecular mechanisms of TCM chemical constituents constitutes the primary focus within TCM cancer treatment investigations.In recent years,there has been a surge of interest in exploring the role of gut microbiota in TCM chemical constituents research,particularly in its ability to induce apoptosis and autophagy in tumor cells,thereby suppressing tumor cell proliferation,metastasis,and invasion.However,due to the intricate composition of TCM and existing technical limitations,the underlying principles guiding TCM's efficacy in treating colorectal cancer remain unclear and warrant further investigation.
文摘This study aims to explore the application of Bayesian analysis based on neural networks and deep learning in data visualization.The research background is that with the increasing amount and complexity of data,traditional data analysis methods have been unable to meet the needs.Research methods include building neural networks and deep learning models,optimizing and improving them through Bayesian analysis,and applying them to the visualization of large-scale data sets.The results show that the neural network combined with Bayesian analysis and deep learning method can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of data visualization,and enhance the intuitiveness and depth of data interpretation.The significance of the research is that it provides a new solution for data visualization in the big data environment and helps to further promote the development and application of data science.

文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to explore the application and development trend of Chinese medicinal material cinnamon in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.[Methods]Articles published from 2008 to 2023 were exported using"cinnamon"as the subject word in the Chinese database of CNKI.Knowledge graphs were drawn by CiteSpace software on the number of articles published,the institutions publishing articles,and keyword clustering,and the data were sorted by Excel.Combined with the extracted information,the application of cinnamon in traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was analyzed,and its development trend was discussed and prospected,providing further reference for researchers.[Results]The number of articles published showed an overall upward trend and maintained a high number of articles.In the analysis of the journals publishing articles,the journal with the largest number of articles was West China Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences,which had certain representativeness.In the analysis of institutions publishing articles,the institution with the largest number of articles was Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,and most institutions had little cooperation.Four categories was obtained in keyword clustering,respectively,general research,component identification,production process and product development of cinnamon."Glycyrrhizin"was the keyword with the earliest burst time,and the hot words that have received much attention in recent years are"medication law"and"data mining".[Conclusions]The application of cinnamon in the field of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly to treat diseases and as raw materials for traditional Chinese medicine products.The development trend is"quality control"and"product research and development".Further research and development of cinnamon in traditional Chinese medicine need to promote the participation of more institutions to participate,and cooperation and communication between institutions should be strengthened to promote the deep integration of production,research and academia.

文摘The Chinese traditional medicine,agarwood,is a commonly used medicine for regulating qi,which has many clinical applications because of its unique curative effect.In this study,CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the application and development trend of agarwood in the literature from CNKI website in the period of 2007-2022.The analysis results showed that the research on agarwood has basically formed core groups of authors,and universities and their affiliated hospitals are main publishing institutions.Moreover,in this study,several research directions of agarwood were also summarized,including clinical research,chemical composition,structural identification and quality standards,showing that agarwood has rich and flexible application prospects in many aspects.On this basis,several suggestions were put forward:strengthening the cooperation between universities and research institutes and building a scientific research cooperation community,and promoting the combination of clinical research and laboratory research.

文摘Objective:The purpose of this study is to use CiteSpace software to examine the development patterns and hotspots in post-stroke hemiplegia research during the last 20 years.Methods:Articles about post-stroke hemiplegia from January 2005 to December 2024 were analyzed in the Web of Science database.CiteSpace software was used to conduct co-citation analysis of the articles about post-stroke hemiplegia as well as cooperative network analyses of authors,countries,and institutions,as well as keyword co-occurrence,clustering,emergence,and time line analyses.The results were displayed in a visual atlas.Result:A total of 2625 papers were obtained,and there were more publications overall.China and the United States had the most number of articles,while Chae,John was the author with the most number of articles.Capital Med University and Ohio State University had the most articles among their agencies.The keywords"stroke"and"rehabilitation"were used the most.The key word analysis indicates that the present study focus is on exercise rehabilitation measures and post-stroke treatment.Conclusion:Using CiteSpace software to analyze the literature on post-stroke hemiplegia,it is discovered that the use of new technologies in the field of mechanical thrombectomy and the effectiveness of rehabilitation techniques like mirror treatment are the key areas of study attention.This study has positive significance for finding safer and more effective treatments for post-stroke hemiplegia.

文摘Objective: To analyze clinical psychological nursing research hotspots in China and variation trends in order to provide reference points on the current state of development of clinical psychological nursing and future research hotspots.Method: Clinical psychological nursing research literature sourced from Wanfang Data for the three periods of 2007-2009, 2010-2012, and 2013-2015 were selected as the research sample. A bibliographic co-occurrence analysis system(BICOMB software) was used to perform keyword word frequency analysis and generate a keyword co-occurrence matrix. In addition, Ucinet software's Netdraw tool was used to create visualized network diagrams.Results: A total of 27890 articles were retrieved, and word frequency analysis revealed that the highestfrequency keywords consisted of anxiety, depression, the elderly, expectant women, coronary heart disease, diabetes, breast cancer, perioperative period, quality of life, and psychological intervention.Research hotspot analysis revealed that consistent hotspots comprised anxiety, depression, health education, and perioperative period; expectant women became a hotspot during 2010-2012, and quality of life and efficacy became hotspots during 2013-2015.Conclusions: In addition to the care process, clinical psychological nursing research hotspots in China have increasingly included the effectiveness of psychological nursing and impact on patient quality of life. In addition, research hotspots have been influenced by the incidence of illnesses and people's health consciousness.
文摘The complexity of multi-domain access control policy integration makes it difficult to understand and manage the policy conflict information. The policy information visualization technology can express the logical relation of the complex information intuitively which can effectively improve the management ability of the multi-domain policy integration. Based on the role-based access control model, this paper proposed two policy analyzing methods on the separated domain statistical information of multi-domain policy integration conflicts and the policy element levels of inter-domain and element mapping of cross-domain respectively. In addition, the corresponding visualization tool is developed. We use the tree-maps algorithm to statistically analyze quantity and type of the policy integration conflicts. On that basis, the semantic substrates algorithm is applied to concretely analyze the policy element levels of inter-domain and role and permission mapping of cross-domain. Experimental result shows tree-maps and semantic substrates can effectively analyze the conflicts of multi-domain policy integration and have a good application value.

文摘When conducting company performance evaluations,the traditional method cannot reflect the distribution characteristics of the company’s operating conditions in the entire securities market.Gephi is an efficient tool for data analysis and visualization in the era of big data.It can convert the evaluation results of all listed companies into nodes and edges,and directly display them in the form of graphs,thus making up for the defects of traditional methods.This paper will take all the listed companies in the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange as the analysis object.First uses tushare and web crawlers to collect the financial statement data of these companies.And then,uses the Economic Value Added model to calculate the EVA of each listed company and build graph data.Next,import the graph data into gephi to generate the distribution graph of all listed companies’performance,and summarize the distribution characteristics of business performance.Finally,select a listed company that you want to analyze in detail,using the traditional DuPont analysis method to conduct micro level visualization analysis of the business performance to find the main factors affecting the company’s operating performance.Incorporating gephi into traditional performance analysis methods will make the results of traditional analytical methods more effective and complete.

文摘Fast and high-throughput determination of drugs is a key trend in clinical medicine.Single particles have increasingly been adopted in a variety of photoanalytical and electroanalytical applications,and microscopic analysis has been a hot topic in recent years,especially for electrochemiluminescence(ECL).This paper describes a simple ECL method based on single gold microbeads to image lecithin.Lecithin reacts to produce hydrogen peroxide under the successive enzymatic reaction of phospholipase D and choline oxidase.ECL was generated by the electrochemical reaction between a luminol analog and hydrogen peroxide,and ECL signals were imaged by a camera.Despite the heterogeneity of single gold microbeads,their luminescence obeyed statistical regularity.The average luminescence of 30 gold microbeads is correlated with the lecithin concentration,and thus,a visualization method for analyzing lecithin was established.Calibration curves were constructed for ECL intensity and lecithin concentration,achieving detection limits of 0.05 m M lecithin.This ECL imaging platform based on single gold microbeads exhibits outstanding advantages,such as high throughput,versatility and low cost,and holds great potential in disease diagnostics,environmental monitoring and food safety.

文摘Objective: To describe the revolution and research status of Advances in Psychological Science. Methods: A total of 3060 articles published in Advances in Psychological Science from 1983 to 2014 were analyzed with the information visualization method using Citespace software from the aspects of pub- lications, cited frequency and downloads, funding, organizations, authors and keywords. Results: The results showed that the amount of literature published annually had an upward tendency, and 49.4% of the papers were supported by national or provincial projects. Institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and the normal universities were rated in the forefront of the sci- entific research output. Xiting Huang, Hong Li and Yuejia Luo were at the top of the list of prolific authors. Conclusions: A new pattern of cooperative development of the theory and application in the field of psychological research is forming.

文摘Objective This study examined the research status and development process of FU Qingzhu’s Obstetrics and Gynecology(Fu Qing Zhu Nv Ke,《傅青主女科》,FQZNK)in the past 40 years with bibliometrics and visual analysis.Methods Retrieved all related literature in the research field of FQZNK from the domestic and foreign databases:China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),Wanfang Database,and Web of Science(WOS)core database,including Science Citation Index Expanded(SCIE),Social Sciences Citation Index(SSCI),and Arts&Humanities Citation Index(A&HCI).The search range was from January 1,1980 to March 10,2021.In addition,bibliometrics and CiteSpace 5.7.R2 software were used to analyze literature types,published journals,cited literature,the number of author publica-tions,co-author networks,co-institution networks,keyword co-occurrence networks,keyword clusters,and keyword bursts.Results A total of 678 valid records were included in the final dataset.Literature types,high publication journals,highly cited literature,high-yield institutions,high-yield research teams,and high-productivity scholars in this research field were found through bibliometrics.Liter-ature types can be divided into four categories,among which 451 are theoretical studies on academic thoughts of FQZNK,accounting for 66.5%of the included journals.The Journal of Shanxi Traditional Chinese Medicine had the largest volume of published articles(61),ac-counting for 9.0%of the total number of the included journals.The most cited literature was ZHOU Mingxin’s article“Using the quantitative method to discuss author’s authenticity and formula characteristics of FU Qingzhu’s Obstetrics and Gynecology”,which was cited 94 times.Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,the institution with the most publications,published 45 articles,and YOU Zhaoling,the most published author,published 33 articles.Moreover,it was found that most high-yield researchers came from high-yield institutions and that Hun-an University of Chinese Medicine had the most research on FQZNK.Keyword co-occur-rence analysis revealed that the keyword“FQZNK”had the highest frequency(597 times)and the highest centrality(1.00).Keyword cluster analysis used the Log-Likelihood Ratio(LLR)al-gorithm to form eleven important clusters:#0 treatment aiming at its root causes,#1 gynecopathy,#2 Siwu Decoction(四物汤),#3 FU Qingzhu,#4 post-partum,#5 infertility,#6 dysmenorrhea,#7 sterility,#8 coordinate the heart and kidney,#9 Danggui Buxue Decoction(当归补血汤),and#10 treatment.It was found that the prescriptions of FQZNK were studied mainly before 2000,the theoretical studies were mainly conducted before 2010,and its clinic-al application was mainly explored from 2010 until now.Diseases such as dysmenorrhea,morbid vaginal discharge,infertility,metrorrhagia,and polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)have recently become popular topics in this field.Conclusion The current study provides more scientific,accurate,and comprehensive sci-entific support for further research and development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in FQZNK.With this foundation,people can use burst detection to ascertain the current hot-spots in research,get their development trends,and forecast future research directions.In ad-dition,infertility,morbid vaginal discharge,flooding,and PCOS treatments based on TCM syndrome differentiation are currently popular research topics for FQZNK.

文摘[Objectives] To use co-clustering analysis and visualization method to analyze the research on Siraitiae Fructus in recent ten years,to know the hot spots and trend of research. [Methods] Relevant research results about S. Fructus in CNKI from January of 2007 to December of 2016 were retrieved by computers,and the retrieval time was February 20,2017. BICOMB,Net Draw,g CLUTO and SPSS19. 0 software were used to conduct co-clustering analysis and visualization analysis for included articles. Keywords were analyzed,and social network graph,visualization matrix,peak image and multidimensional scaling analysis map were drawn. Correlation among high-frequency key words were analyzed. [Results] Totally 723 articles were included,among which 70 articles were issued during 2012-2016; 76 key words were obtained by key word co-occurrence network map,among which mogroside,MOG,extraction process,tissue culture,cultivation technology,varieties,growth and development were in the core position; visualization and the peak image showed that the topics in this research field could be divided into 6 categories; research hotspot dynamic evolution showed that S. Fructus flower,beverage,total flavonoids,gene expression,gene cloning,enzyme,apoptosis,and S. Fructus seed oil would be the hot spots of further study. [Conclusions]This study reveals that the research on S. Fructus in the recent ten years is becoming mature,and expanding to deep level. This study can be promoted to discipline development evaluation of TCM research field.
文摘Balkassar is an old field with considerable remaining potential. The 2d, 3d seismic and earlier vintages show that Balkassar is composed of two folds that impart heart shaped geometry. It appears likely the early Eocene age Bhadrar formation may provide commercial production with lower water cuts from the eastern lobe (yet untapped) of the structure that may have at least 30 million barrels of unrecovered oil. Horizontal drilling may have promise as an optimum technique for recovery of oil from Paleogene reservoirs. Encouraging oil indications have also been recorded from the early Permian age tobra formation from Balkassar oxy-1 that was not tested by Oxy. Tobra sandstone reservoir can have a matrix porosity approaching 8%. When fractured recoveries from it can be relatively better than the Paleogene reservoirs. The 2D and 3D seismic acquisition has confirmed that the eastern lobe (yet untapped) of the Balkassar field is structurally higher and steeper than the Western lobe which has thus far produced over 30 million barrels. The Eastern lobe thus offers good potential for recovery of oil from the Bhadrar reservoir. The entire field is likely to have potential for recovery of oil from the early Eocene aged Tobra formation. 2-d and 3-D Seismic data interpretation, attribute analysis and visualization for deeper prospect carried in Balksasar field. Tobra and Khewra formation studied for deeper potential drilling. Time contour and depth contour map shows potential for deeper prospects. Also attribute analysis and 3d visualization show good results for deeper potential of Tobra and Khewar formations. Seismic amplitude, Reflection strength, Apparent polarity attribute are visualized and interpreted to find the potential for Tobra and Khewra formation. 3-D visualization also showed positive results for Tobra and Khewra formations.
文摘Trying to provide a medical data visualization analysis tool, the machine learning methods are introduced to classify the malignant neoplasm of lung within the medical database MIMIC-III (Medical Information Mart for Intensive Care III, USA). The K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Random Forest (RF) are selected as the predictive tool. Based on the experimental result, the machine learning predictive tools are integrated into the medical data visualization analysis platform. The platform software can provide a flexible medical data visualization analysis tool for the doctors. The related practice indicates that visualization analysis result can be generated based on simple steps for the doctors to do some research work on the data accumulated in hospital, even they have not taken special data analysis training.
