Smart industrial IoT empowered crowd sensing for safety monitoring in coal mine

The crowd sensing technology can realize the sensing and computing of people,machines,and environment in smart industrial IoT-based coal mine,which provides a solution for safety monitoring through distributed intelligence optimization.However,due to the difficulty of neural network training to achieve global optimality and the fact that traditional LSTM methods do not consider the relationship between adjacent machines,the accuracy of human body position prediction and pressure value prediction is not high.To solve these problems,this paper proposes a smart industrial IoT empowered crowd sensing for safety monitoring in coal mine.First,we propose a Particle Swarm Optimization-Elman Neural Network(PE)algorithm for the mobile human position prediction.Second,we propose an ADI-LSTM neural network prediction algorithm for pressure values of machines supports in underground mines.Among them,our proposed PE algorithm has the lowest average cumulative prediction error,and the trajectory fit rate is improved by 24.1%,13.9%and 8.7%compared with Kalman filtering,Elman and Kalman plus Elman algorithms,respectively.Meanwhile,compared with single-input ARIMA,RNN,LSTM,and GRU,the RMSE values of our proposed ADI-LSTM are reduced by 36.6%,52%,32%,and 13.7%,respectively;and the MAPE values are reduced by 0.0003%,0.9482%,1.1844%,and 0.3620%,respectively. 展开更多

The total coal consumption in China is on the rise.The characteristics of CO2 and SO2 emissions in the whole process of coal processing and utilization in China are worthy of study.Based on the five links of the whole process of coal production and utilization,including coal production,raw coal processing,logistics and transportation,conversion and utilization and resource utilization,this paper summarized and analyzed the energy consumption and pollutant emission sources of these five links,combined with the US Environmental Protection Agency’s AP-42 method and IPCC method,to calculate total pollutant discharge and emission factors,where the emission factors were corrected by conversion efficiency.At the same time,uncertainty analysis is performed about CO2 and SO2 emissions.The results showed that CO2 emissions were 3.657 billion tons,and emission reductions were 61 million tons,and SO2 emissions were 4,844,500 tons,and emission reductions were 10.3595 million tons in 2015. 展开更多

The catalytic effects of four industrial wastes,namely,the soap residue(SR),brine sludge(BS),calcium carbide residue(CCR),and white lime mud(WLM),on coal thermal ignition were investigated.The acidity of palmitate anion associated with Na+in SR was lower than that of chloride anion combined with Na+in BS,which resulted in an improved the combustion of SR.The acidity of OH-anion combined with Ca2+in CCR was lower than that of CO32-anion combined with Ca2+in WLM,resulting in CCR exhibiting a better catalytic effect on coal ignition.The alkaline metal Na had lower initial ionisation energy than the alkaline earth metal Ca.Therefore,the Na-rich SR exhibited higher catalytic activity on coal ignition than Ca-rich CCR.The ignition temperature of coal with 0.5%SR decreased from 544 to 503°C. 展开更多

In this paper, the important role of coal played in the total primary energy supply was described, and the status of modern coal chemical industry and clean coal technologies was analyzed. Based on the scientific research experiences of author, strategy and suggestion for Chinese development were proposed according to the regulation of scientific panning. In China, there are more social benefits and strategic meaning for developing the coal high-efficiency utilization technology. Considering of the general situation of our countries, these technologies with the features of can be industrialized, advanced, applicative, mature and feasible should be developed preferentially. The high-expend, low economic effectiveness and behindhand technologies should be abandoned. So, the development of coal clean technology in China should meet the natural resources, restrictive condition and elements of our countries industry situations. 当今世界地缘政治风险加剧、气候环境问题凸显,能源转型变革加快。在此背景下,构建更加适应形势变化的能源体系对提高我国能源供应系统的可持续性及安全稳定性意义重大。目前我国化石能源仍占据主体地位。油气资源存在能源安全问题及新... 当今世界地缘政治风险加剧、气候环境问题凸显,能源转型变革加快。在此背景下,构建更加适应形势变化的能源体系对提高我国能源供应系统的可持续性及安全稳定性意义重大。目前我国化石能源仍占据主体地位。油气资源存在能源安全问题及新能源技术水平有待提升,中国短期内对煤炭能源仍将保持较高依赖性。因此,推进煤炭清洁高效转化对于新型能源体系的构建具有重要意义。首先对新型能源体系的具体内涵与构建方向展开讨论,并在此基础上,对新时代中国煤化工产业的发展现状以及面临的机遇与挑战进行了阐述,以期为煤炭的清洁高效转化技术的进步及煤化工产业的未来发展提供建议。新时代要求赋予新型能源体系更多的内涵。因此从战略上看,未来能源体系应具备“安全高效、清洁低碳、多元协同、智能普惠”多个特征,这也对煤炭产业的清洁高效发展提出了更高的要求。我国的煤炭清洁高效转化已取得显著进步,但多个关键技术仍亟待突破。结合煤炭产业转型发展与“双碳”目标关系的系统性认识,在新型能源体系建设的需求下,推进煤炭清洁高效转化对于社会经济发展、助力“双碳”目标实现具有重要意义,其关键在于加强该领域相关学科专业的基础研究和煤炭清洁高效转化技术的创新开发。 展开更多

露天煤矿作为我国煤炭工业的重要组成部分,具有生产能力大、开采成本低、安全条件好等优势,近年来在建设规模、生产总量、开采工艺及技术装备等多方面均取得了跨越式的发展,有力保障了煤炭作为国家能源安全稳定供应的“压舱石”地位。... 露天煤矿作为我国煤炭工业的重要组成部分,具有生产能力大、开采成本低、安全条件好等优势,近年来在建设规模、生产总量、开采工艺及技术装备等多方面均取得了跨越式的发展,有力保障了煤炭作为国家能源安全稳定供应的“压舱石”地位。首先回顾了新中国成立后我国露天煤矿70年来的发展历程,将其划分为起步恢复阶段(1949—1979年)、快速发展阶段(1980—1999年)、综合发展阶段(2000—2020年)和智能化初级发展阶段(2021年以后)4个时期;系统总结了每个时期的产量与数量规模、开采理论与技术、开采工艺与装备、资源开发与环境保护方面取得的突出成就。然后,探讨了现阶段露天煤矿发展面临的4个方面的主要问题,包括发展布局不均衡、可持续发展面临瓶颈、关键技术难题需深入攻关、人才短缺培养机制不完善。最后,提出构建以“安全、高效、绿色、低碳、智能”为总体目标的全链条、全周期、全要素露天煤矿高质量发展架构体系,其内涵特征包括以时效边坡理论、开采扰动指数理论、绿色开采理论、生态型开采理论、零碳负碳开采理论、智能化开采理论6种学术思想为理论基础,以灾害安全监测防控、复杂条件协同保障、生态源头减损开采、节能减污清洁利用、数字-自动-智能同建5类技术体系为核心支撑,以透明地质模型动态重构、边坡蠕滑全程精准预测、深大孔低扰动控制爆破、采空区超前探测与处置、粉尘抑制及煤自燃防治等30项关键技术为重点突破,以设计理念先进化、安全保障标准化、建设规模大型化、生产工艺综合化、开采装备智能化、核心制造国产化、矿区生态绿色化、煤炭利用清洁化、组织管理科学化、人才队伍国际化的“十化型”露天矿山为建设任务;同时给出了以规划引领为基础,以科技创新为驱动,以人才培育为保障的露天煤矿高质量发展实现路径。最终为推动我国露天煤矿向持续健康高质量方向发展提供指导。 展开更多

为探究不同冲击载荷和瓦斯压力作用下的含瓦斯煤动力学特征、裂隙扩展及瓦斯渗流变化规律,采用含瓦斯煤岩冲击损伤-渗流试验系统开展含瓦斯煤冲击试验以及原位渗流测试,并结合工业CT扫描系统进行试样裂隙结构的三维重构,分析含瓦斯煤内... 为探究不同冲击载荷和瓦斯压力作用下的含瓦斯煤动力学特征、裂隙扩展及瓦斯渗流变化规律,采用含瓦斯煤岩冲击损伤-渗流试验系统开展含瓦斯煤冲击试验以及原位渗流测试,并结合工业CT扫描系统进行试样裂隙结构的三维重构,分析含瓦斯煤内部裂隙扩展特征及其对瓦斯渗流的影响规律。研究结果表明,冲击载荷和瓦斯压力对含瓦斯煤的动力学性质、变形过程、裂隙扩展和渗流规律均具有重要影响,具体表现在:①受围压和轴压的影响,冲击载荷耦合瓦斯压力条件下的含瓦斯煤应力-应变曲线无明显压密阶段;含瓦斯煤的变形过程主要经历了弹性变形阶段、应变强化阶段及破坏阶段。②冲击载荷的增加对含瓦斯煤动力学参数具有强化作用,气体压力的升高则劣化了含瓦斯煤动力学参数;冲击载荷越大,瓦斯压力越高,含瓦斯煤的裂隙扩展愈充分,所形成的裂隙结构愈复杂。③含瓦斯煤的渗流规律受控于裂隙扩展,冲击载荷耦合瓦斯压力作用下,含瓦斯煤中存在孔隙流动、孔隙流动-裂隙流动并存及裂隙流动等3种气体流动形式;含瓦斯煤冲击破坏后,随着气体压力增加以及气楔作用的增强,瓦斯流动形式可由孔隙流动依次转变为孔隙流动-裂隙流动并存和裂隙流动;裂隙扩展和流动形式共同影响含瓦斯煤渗流规律,含瓦斯煤渗透率随瓦斯压力的增大总体上符合先增大后减小的变化趋势。 展开更多
