Methods: Based on the principal component analysis of element contents in Chinese herbs, the effects of 25 chemical elements in the 11 kinds of Chinese herbs in the caine kidney mixture have been analyzed. Results: The traditional Chinese medicines of rehmannia, astragalus, mulberry, salvia miltiorrhiza, rhubarb in the caine kidney mixture play a major role in the treatment of chronic renal failure. Conclusion: The principal component analysis is very practical in the compatibility of medicines and concentrated prescriptions.展开更多
目的探讨产妇安合剂口服液联合自由体位干预对初产妇第二产程时长及分娩结局的影响。方法选择医院2016年5月至2017年7月收治的欲分娩初产妇80例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。两组患者均由同一组医护人员帮助分娩,两组产妇均采...目的探讨产妇安合剂口服液联合自由体位干预对初产妇第二产程时长及分娩结局的影响。方法选择医院2016年5月至2017年7月收治的欲分娩初产妇80例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。两组患者均由同一组医护人员帮助分娩,两组产妇均采用自由体位,观察组产妇在分娩期前4 d开始口服产妇安合剂,每日3次,每次25 m L,直至分娩结束当日,共用药5 d。结果观察组产妇术第二产程、产妇自我用力分娩时间均短于对照组,分娩过程中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);两组产妇会阴和分娩情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组产妇主要分娩及产后并发症为产后出血、产后发热、伤口愈合不良、胎膜早破,观察组分娩及产后并发症发生率低于对照组(55.00%比80.00%,P<0.05);两组新生儿主要并发症为巨大儿、新生儿窒息、新生儿住院、新生儿酸血症,两组新生儿并发症发生率相当(57.50%比62.50%,P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率虽高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论产妇安合剂口服液联合自由体位干预可缩短初产妇第二产程时长,对产妇分娩结局有积极影响,可有效减少产妇分娩及产后并发症、新生儿并发症发生率,且安全性高,值得临床推广。展开更多

A su...The present work uses the concept of a scaled particle along with the perturbation and variation approach, to develop an equation of state (EOS) for a mixture of hard sphere (HS), Lennar-Jones (L J) fluids. A suitable flexible functional form for the radial distribution function G(R) is assumed for the mixture, with R as a variable. The function G(R) has an arbitrary parameter m and a different equation of state can be obtained with a suitable choice of m. For m = 0.75 and m = 0.83 results are close to molecular dynamics (MD) result for pure HS and LJ fluid respectively.展开更多
