Magnetic fields parallel to the electrodes were introduced during a pulse plating process to obtain cobalt thin films from alkaline baths. Ef-fects of different magnetic intensities on the composition, microstructure, and magnetic properties of cobalt thin films were investigated. It was found that the deposition speed increased gradually with the increase of magnetic intensity. Almost all of the deposited films were crys-talline and showed Co(002), Co(100) peaks. With the rise on the magnetic intensity, the intensity of Co (002) peak raised gradually. Mag-netic fields would induce cobalt growing along (002) orientation. The films were densely covered with typical nodular structure. Films of smaller grain size and smooth surface could be formed under high magnetic intensity (1 T) as a result of magnetic force and MHD effects. Moreover, higher magnetic intensity induced larger saturation magnetization and lower coercivity. With the rise on magnetic intensity, cobalt contents in the films increased gradually, which led to the rise of saturation magnetization. 展开更多

Pure cobalt(Co)thin films were fabricated by direct current magnetron sputtering,and the effects of sputtering power and pres-sure on the microstructure and electromagnetic properties of the films were investigated.As the sputtering power increases from 15 to 60 W,the Co thin films transition from an amorphous to a polycrystalline state,accompanied by an increase in the intercrystal pore width.Simultaneously,the resistivity decreases from 276 to 99μΩ·cm,coercivity increases from 162 to 293 Oe,and in-plane magnetic aniso-tropy disappears.As the sputtering pressure decreases from 1.6 to 0.2 Pa,grain size significantly increases,resistivity significantly de-creases,and the coercivity significantly increases(from 67 to 280 Oe),which can be attributed to the increase in defect width.Corres-pondingly,a quantitative model for the coercivity of Co thin films was formulated.The polycrystalline films sputtered under pressures of 0.2 and 0.4 Pa exhibit significant in-plane magnetic anisotropy,which is primarily attributable to increased microstress. 展开更多

A cobalt-iron alloy thin-film electrode-based electrochemical hydrogen-phosphate-ion sensor was prepared by electrodepositing on an Au-coated Al2O3 substrate from an aqueous solution of metal-salts. The use of a cobalt-iron alloy electrode greatly improved the hydrogen-ion sensor response performance, i.e., the sensor worked stably for more than 7 weeks and showed a quick response time of several seconds. Among the cobalt and iron alloy systems tested, the electrodeposited Co58Fe42 thin-film electrode showed the best EMF response characteristics, i.e., the sensor exhibited a linear potentiometric response to hydrogen-phosphate ion at the concentration range between 1.0 × 10–5 and 1.0 × 10–2 M with the slope of –43 mV/decade at pH 5.0 and at 30℃. A sensing mechanism of the Co-based potentiometric hydrogen-phosphate ion sensor was proposed on the basis of results of instrumental analysis. 展开更多

Optical properties of cobalt xanthate films on different substrates

Cobalt isopropyl xanthate thin films (CXTFs) were deposited via chemical bath deposition onto different substrates:commercial glass (CG), indium tin oxide (ITO), and poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMM). Isopropyl xanthate was synthesized according to a method described in the literature. The cobalt nitrate and isopropyl xanthate were mixed in a beaker, which allowed the thin films to be deposited via a simple ion-ion mechanism. The transmission, reflectivity, refractive index, dielectric constant, and optical conductivity were investigated for various thin films coated onto different substrates. An ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer was used to measure the optical properties of the thin films. The lowest value of the transmission and the highest value of the refractive index were observed for the thin films deposited onto PMM. The structure of the cobalt xanthate was characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, which was measured using a Perkin-Elmer Spectrum 400 spectrometer. The stretching vibration of the Co-S bonds was observed at 359 cm^-1 in the FTIR spectrum of the CXTFs. 展开更多

红/蓝光质调控聚乙烯(PE)棚膜一直以来是农膜行业亟需解决的难题。在PE中引入铈红(CeS)和钴蓝(CoO·Al_(2)O_(3)),通过吹塑工艺制备PE红/蓝光棚膜。光电雾度仪测试结果发现CeS和CoO·Al_(2)O_(3)对PE棚膜的透光率影响较小,但雾... 红/蓝光质调控聚乙烯(PE)棚膜一直以来是农膜行业亟需解决的难题。在PE中引入铈红(CeS)和钴蓝(CoO·Al_(2)O_(3)),通过吹塑工艺制备PE红/蓝光棚膜。光电雾度仪测试结果发现CeS和CoO·Al_(2)O_(3)对PE棚膜的透光率影响较小,但雾度和散光度有所增加;光纤光谱仪和手持式光谱照度仪表征结果显示CeS和CoO·Al_(2)O_(3)明显提升450~520 nm的蓝光和605~700 nm的红光透过率,且CeS与CoO·Al_(2)O_(3)质量比为1∶2时,红光透过率为39.2%,蓝光透过率为38.1%,红/蓝光透过比例为1.03;万能拉伸试验机测试结果发现CeS与CoO·Al_(2)O_(3)可改善PE棚膜的力学性能,其中拉伸强度较空白样提升约5.5%,断裂伸长率提升约16.8%,直角撕裂强度提升约3%,穿刺强度提升约21.8%;差示扫描量热仪表征结果显示添加CeS与CoO·Al_(2)O_(3)可提升PE氧化诱导期(Oit)达45 min以上,PE具有良好的耐热老化性能。上述测试表征结果表明:CeS与CoO·Al_(2)O_(3)的引入可明显提升PE棚膜的散光性能、力学性能、耐热稳定性能、红/蓝光透过率及透过比例。此外,可通过调控CeS与CoO·Al_(2)O_(3)的质量比获得不同红/蓝光质调控的PE功能棚膜。 展开更多

电流密度对电沉积CoCrNi中熵合金薄膜显微组织及耐蚀性的影响

[目的]目前CoCrNi中熵合金的制备多采用粉末冶金、熔炼等工艺,存在操作繁琐、成本高等问题。电沉积技术不仅具有操作简单、成本低廉、能耗小等优点,还可通过改变工艺参数来调控薄膜的成分和组织结构。[方法]采用直流电沉积技术在铜基体上制备CoCrNi中熵合金薄膜。采用X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)、场发射电子探针扫描分析仪(FE-EPMA)和能谱仪(EDS)分析了不同电流密度下所得CoCrNi合金薄膜的晶相结构、形貌及元素分布,并通过电化学测量技术研究了电流密度对薄膜耐蚀性的影响。[结果]CoCrNi合金薄膜由球状颗粒及颗粒团簇组成,呈非晶态结构;薄膜中的Co、Cr和Ni元素都均匀分布。随电流密度增大,膜层中Co的质量分数先减小后趋于平缓,Cr的质量分数先增大再变平缓,Ni的质量分数则变化不大。随着Cr含量和显微硬度的增大,CoCrNi合金薄膜表面开始出现微裂纹,耐蚀性先变好后变差。[结论]电流密度对CoCrNi合金薄膜的耐蚀性有显著影响,在电流密度100 mA/cm^(2)下电沉积所得CoCrNi中熵合金薄膜虽然存在微裂纹,但其耐蚀性最佳。 展开更多

氟化钴具有良好的库伦效率、理论比容量、循环稳定性以及容量保持能力,表现出较好的电化学性能,在化学储能领域引起了研究人员的关注。以六水氯化钴为钴源、氟化铵为氟源,采用一步溶剂热法在活性碳布表面负载氟化钴晶体纳米片阵列,用TEM... 氟化钴具有良好的库伦效率、理论比容量、循环稳定性以及容量保持能力,表现出较好的电化学性能,在化学储能领域引起了研究人员的关注。以六水氯化钴为钴源、氟化铵为氟源,采用一步溶剂热法在活性碳布表面负载氟化钴晶体纳米片阵列,用TEM、SEM和XRD考察了氟化钴的微观形貌结构和物相组成,利用电化学工作站得到了氟化钴的电化学循环稳定、比电容等性能。结果表明:该纳米片厚10~30 nm,垂直生长在碳布纤维表面呈交错网络状分布;在1 m A/cm^(2)的电流密度下,复合电极的比电容为826.6 F/g,循环充放电1000次后,比容量保持率为93.7%。本研究为氟化物基复合材料的短路径合成提供了一种可行方案,在碳布表面阵列式生长氟化物晶体,构筑全电化学活性的无粘结剂型复合电极,为优化氟化物的电化学性能提供了一种新的研究思路。 展开更多

The amorphous TbCo/Cr films with perpendicular magneto-anisotropy were prepared by nonbiased r.f magnetron sputtering and the effects of Cr underlayer on the magnetic properties of TbCo films were investigated. It is found that both the TbCo layer thickness and the Cr underlayer can influence the magnitude of anisotropy for TbCo films. A perpendicular anisotropy as high as 4.57×10~6 erg·cm^(-3) was obtained in 120 nm thick Tb_(31)C_(69) films with a 180 nm thick Cr underlayer. But it is only 3.24×10~6 erg·cm^(-3) for the Tb_(31)Co_(69) film without Cr underlayer of the same thickness. The cross-sectional SEM observations indicate that the TbCo films with Cr underlayer consist of columns structure. It is considered that this heterogeneous structure gives rise to the anisotropy enhancement of TbCo films in case with Cr underlayer. 展开更多

A voltammetric sensor based on the electropolymerization of cobalt-poly(methionine)(Co-poly(Met)) on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was developed and applied for the determination of estriol by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) for the first time. The electrochemical properties of the Co-poly(Met)/GCE were analysed by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) were used to characterize the polymers on the GCE surface. The deposition of the Co-poly(Met) film on the GCE surface enhanced the sensor electronic transfer. CV studies revealed that estriol exhibits an irreversible oxidation peak at t0.58 V for the Co-poly(Met)/GCE (vs. Ag/AgCl reference electrode) in 0.10 mol/L Britton-Robinson buffer solution (pH=7.0). Different voltammetric scan rates (10-200 mV/s) suggested that the estriol oxidation on the Co-poly(Met)/GCE surface is controlled by adsorption and diffusion processes. Based on the optimized DPV conditions, the linear responses for estriol quantification were from 0.596 μmol/L to 4.76 μmol/L (R2 =0.996) and from 5.66 μmol/L to 9.90 μmol/L (R2 =0.994) with a limit of detection (LOD) of 0.0340 μmol/L and a limit of quantification (LOQ) of 0.113 μmol/L. The DPV-Co-poly(Met)/GCE method provided good intra-day and inter-day repeatability with RSD values lower than 5%. Also, no interference of real sample matrices was observed on the estriol voltammetric response, making the DPV-Copoly( Met)/GCE highly selective for estriol. The accuracy test showed that the estriol recovery was in the ranges 96.7%-103% and 98.7%-102% for pharmaceutical tablets and human urine, respectively. The estriol quantification in pharmaceutical tablets performed by the Co-poly(Met)/GCE-assisted DPV method was comparable to the official analytical protocols. 展开更多

We present a systematic investigation of magnetic anisotropy induced by oblique deposition of Co thin films on MgO(001) substrates by molecular beam epitaxy at different deposition angles,i.e.,0?,30?,45?,60?,and 75?with respect to the surface normal.Low energy electron diffraction(LEED),surface magneto–optical Kerr effect(SMOKE),and anisotropic magnetoresistance(AMR) setups were employed to investigate the magnetic properties of cobalt films.The values of in-plane uniaxial magnetic anisotropy(UMA) constant Ku and four-fold magnetocrystalline anisotropy constant K1 were derived from magnetic torque curves on the base of AMR results.It was found that the value of Ku increases with increasing deposition angle with respect to the surface normal,while the value of K_1 remains almost constant for all the samples.Furthermore,by using MOKE results,the Ku values of the films deposited obliquely were also derived from the magnetization curves along hard axis.The results of AMR method were then compared with that of hard axis fitting method(coherent rotation) and found that both methods have almost identical values of UMA constant for each sample. 展开更多

过渡金属硫属化合物(TMCs)由于具有优异的光学、电学及光电等特性,被广泛应用于光催化、太阳电池、激光器等领域。作为一类典型的TMCs材料,硫化钴量子点(CoS QDs)因禁带宽度较窄而具有优异的近红外吸收特性,有望用于红外技术领域。文中... 过渡金属硫属化合物(TMCs)由于具有优异的光学、电学及光电等特性,被广泛应用于光催化、太阳电池、激光器等领域。作为一类典型的TMCs材料,硫化钴量子点(CoS QDs)因禁带宽度较窄而具有优异的近红外吸收特性,有望用于红外技术领域。文中采用液相超声剥离法制备了CoS QDs,再用共混法制备得到CoS QDs/PDMS纳米复合薄膜,并对它们的光学性质进行了研究,结果表明:CoS QDs的平均尺寸约为5 nm,大小均匀,呈球形;CoS QDs与CoS QDs/PDMS纳米复合薄膜在红外波段均存在明显的吸收和发光特性,且复合薄膜的红外吸收特性优于CoS QDs薄膜;随着激发光波长的增加,纳米复合薄膜的光致发光(PL)峰出现了红移,表现出明显的Stokes位移效应和激发波长依赖性。CoS QDs/PDMS纳米复合薄膜优异的红外吸收和发光特性,表明其在红外探测、荧光成像、纳米光子器件等研究领域中具有重要的潜在应用价值,有望成为一种新型红外探测材料。 展开更多

采用循环伏安法在铂电极上电聚合了六氰合铁酸铜钴薄膜 ,并用电化学、XRD和XPS对该薄膜进行了表征 .研究表明此薄膜属于取代型的多核六氰合铁酸盐 ,由Cu2 + ,Co2 + 和Fe2 + 共同占据晶格格点 .通过改变Cu2 + ,Co2 +和Fe3 + 在沉积液中... 采用循环伏安法在铂电极上电聚合了六氰合铁酸铜钴薄膜 ,并用电化学、XRD和XPS对该薄膜进行了表征 .研究表明此薄膜属于取代型的多核六氰合铁酸盐 ,由Cu2 + ,Co2 + 和Fe2 + 共同占据晶格格点 .通过改变Cu2 + ,Co2 +和Fe3 + 在沉积液中的比例可以改变聚合膜的性质 .随沉积液中Cu2 + 含量的增加 ,聚合膜中铜的含量相应增加而晶格常数则逐渐减小 ,但保持着面心立方的晶格对称性 .当沉积液中Cu2 + ∶Co2 + ∶Fe3 + =1∶1∶2时 ,得到的聚合膜具有比较典型的性质 ,该薄膜修饰的铂电极在pH 4~ 10之间均能保持着稳定的电化学响应 .其对一价阳离子的选择性顺序为K+ >Li+ >Na+ >NH4 + ,与单组分的六氰合铁酸铜和六氰合铁酸钴都存在着较大的差别 .XPS实验表明氧化态薄膜中铁元素以Fe (Ⅲ )存在 ,并且在X射线的照射下很快转化为Fe (Ⅱ ) . 展开更多

根据钴锂膜废料的组成特点 ,本工艺通过碱煮除铝、盐酸溶钴、深度净化除铝铁和铜、草酸铵沉钴 ,再锻烧成氧化钴 ,或用氢气还原成氧化亚钴或钴粉 ,钴直收率为 91 5 % ,总回收率 95 4%。酸溶过程中采用两段浸出 ,使浸出渣含Co <1 0 % ... 根据钴锂膜废料的组成特点 ,本工艺通过碱煮除铝、盐酸溶钴、深度净化除铝铁和铜、草酸铵沉钴 ,再锻烧成氧化钴 ,或用氢气还原成氧化亚钴或钴粉 ,钴直收率为 91 5 % ,总回收率 95 4%。酸溶过程中采用两段浸出 ,使浸出渣含Co <1 0 % (质量分数ω) ,钴浸出率 >99 5 % (ω)。净化过程中采用喷淋法 ,终点pH值控制为 5 0~5 5 ,Al3 + 、Fe3 + 、Cu2 + 等杂质在同一个工序中被彻底除去 ,渣含钴平均约 1% (ω)。 展开更多
